I love Costco. Big, clean store with so many things. This shopping trip was quick and easy even though I had a return. The ladies were quick and made it a painless process.

I was kind of torn. I like that this place has a lot of items that Sams club does not have. Also saw quite a few good deals that stood out from what I remember last time I was in a Sams club. Seem to be quite a few good benefits that come with this. I did notice when trying to use the hotel booking that theirs is much pricier than going through Sams club. The thing I found most irritating about going here was that they dont accept Mastercard. That was quite unfortunate considering how is what I planned on paying with. They do accept it online however. But it is a bit frustrating to have to move money around in my accounts, from my main, to go here. Its already a bit of a drive to go here as is. I will continue to try to weigh the benefits for a bit just to see if its worth it.

Lots of stuff. Great prices. The smell of fish was overbearing so I gave them a 4. Sweet kid helped me with my food. The produce section was absolutely gorgeous, so many wonderful and fresh options.

There are always a bunch of people here, but the designed fantastic flow doesnt make it seem that way. They have great selecton of bulk items and they have the best branded (Kirklands) food products. Consumer Reports has raved about their food products for years so I was incredibly stoked when we got one here.

Fast Unloading.. Can park in the parking lot against the curb by the street. MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL COSTCO STORES. They don’t put a sign on the door like most receivers..

Love Costco but it is truly ridiculous that you can only use CitiBank credit cards or debit cards only! No Discover, No Mastercard, No other payment accepted 😤

Nice Costco. Extremely heavy on organic food so normal items cost 30 percent more. Clothing appears to be geared towards work from home

Yesterday I went with a friend, as a guest. I had planned on signing up as well. We had a full basket and we were ready to check out. We received a notice her membership had expired on August 31st. Before we could proceed she had to pay her membership fee. Okay, no problem. However, since Costco is limited with what debit and credit cards they accept, only Visa, they werent able to accept payment. Luckily Sams was close so we went there to shop.

I came to see what it was all about. I left $300 down. But I have cured meats, salmon, and a lot of other stuff.

Costco delivery had a window of 2 hours. It was missed by over an hour and a half. No notification until it was an hour late. Paid for on time delivery and set up. Called the service center and placed on hold for over 45 minutes until I hung up.Waiting on the delivery still. Missed the notification update time.Once they arrived the techs did a good job on the install.You would think customer service would be a higher priority. They miss several opportunities to be better.

So pleased to finally have Costco in Oklahoma! Being allowed to use the pharmacy without a membership after losing insurance was an absolute blessing. Now that we did have a membership and can reap all the other benefits, I am even more appreciative of the value and quality. Were empty nesters but still stock up on plenty of items and not everything they sell comes in crazy bulk amounts so were able to benefit from our visits a great deal. We just discovered the Tuscan seasoned pork medallions... Oh my stars!!! Go get ya some! Youll not be disappointed.

I love shopping here. They didnt have something I wanted in stock so the employee there helped me find a similar product online. Great service.

Wonderful place to shop. The bakery food is fresh and delicious. I also reccomend the chicken salad and dont forget to fill up. Great gas prices, friendly staff.

Very nice. Had some good deals. We even scanned an item twice accidentally, and they were very nice and gotten it taken care of for me.

The selection here isn’t as wide/diverse as Sam’s club and they need more electric scooters available considering how busy they always are. My mother in law recently had knee surgery a couple months ago and needed one but they only had the ‘push behind’ one available instead of electric. I think they only have 3 scooters in total as opposed to Walmart or sams club that have 5+. They always have great sales/deals going and it’s always very clean inside. The staff is also very friendly and speedy service at checkout. There’s self check available here as well.

If you like Big Things and you cannot Lie this is the store for you! I love the Kirkland options and variety plus all the nuts you can imagine. Annnnd samples are back!

Bottled water rationing & COSTCO waist ING my time… I stopped by my local COSTCO quickly to pick up water for my gym and personal use for a road trip I have coming up in a couple of days. I grabbed a few other things I needed along with the water and waited in a line several minutes to check out. All this was normal and expected until I was checking out and told they were rationing water at this location “so everyone could get some” (what the manager on duty told me when I inquired about the reason I had to return six of the eight flats of water I had come to purchase). They had an entire wall of water on pallets when I was there. There were no visible signs. I was not notified in the app or by email they were rationing water. I made a special trip for this very purchase. COSTCO waited my time. I’m seriously reconsidering my membership at COSTCO. My second renewal is up very shortly. Back to SAMS club!

Big box store. Clean. The staff is usually hyper saturated with customers which translates into not great customer service (not their fault usually). It is really too busy for my taste, not worth the trouble for me. If you are stocking a business then sure, but not for the individual. Also, they dont take Mastercard. Check which pay methods are allowed in the line you are in before you commit.

Love this place. Has a ton of stuff. Its hard to leave not buying extra stuff.

I have been shopping Costco since the late 80 when they were PRICE Club in San Diego. I now live in Oklahoma and our Costco is amazing. I have never had a bad product or bad experience.

Rude employees. You are having a bad day sorry, but learn to talk to nicely with the people making it possible to earn your salary. Do not snap at them. Trust me, its no fun for us standing in lines either.

Great store. The Hearing Center, as always, was so helpful, addressed my issue, friendly and kind. Also, bought gas for the first time with my membership, the young man attendant was wonderful.

Wow, they just opened a Costco in Moore, OK. We are Sams members and thought we would go by and check it out to see if we wanted to be members of another warehouse store. I figured as long as we didnt purchase they would want you to view their store to show the value. NOPE. Stopped at the door, almost a bit rudely, and were told to go to membership. We told them we wanted to look around to see if we wanted to join, which we very well may have. We were told we would have to be chaperoned by a manager. We passed, we most likely will not be back and will share our story often.

Clean and nice. Not to crazy about bakery items. Could be my taste in rolls.

Parking lot was clean and fairly full. The personnel were courteous, professional, helpful, and efficient. Overall look is cleaner and nicer than Sams. However, based on my value to dollar ratio, I chose to opt out of a membership @ this time. They are a store, out to make a profit, afterall. I believe the majority of items were more expensive than Sams. They seem to have a larger selection of name-brand items, and a few other selections. After further, detailed, consideration I may decide to do BOTH memberships based on possible savings in specific areas. I have to sit down and look these areas over more thoroughly to see if I can save what I spend in a membership.Overall I would give this store a 4 out of 5 with loss of only half of a star due to the cost of items and another half for length of the lines.. Many customers were happily spending their, hard-earned, money to fill up there cart and vehicle to take home. IF you are considering paying a membership fee to shop check it out and decide how it fits your needs. The visit will be pleasant.

Wanted to buy some Wagyu steaks. A friend told me they were out of stock so I tried to call and find out when they would be back in stock. Tried several extensions. Nobody EVER answered!!! Phones rang & rang & rang!!! So annoying! I would drive up there, but I’m not a member and, likely, never will be if this is an example of Costco customer service!!

I called ahead to have them hold some meat for me. Had to buy a membership to get in, only to find out they sold it to someone else. BIG FAIL And this was for a Paycomm Event!

The cashier team in OKC need more training in serving diversity and being patient with them...

So just left Cosco in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. My husband and I have Executive Membership card. Sometimes we have our orders run up separately but in the same cart. Today A cashier informed me that we can not get our items run-up separately. I asked why not? She stated We cant ring them up that way anymore and she would ring them up together and we will have add it up later.My husband and I were informed by a Supervisor that it was a misunderstanding. People were allowing their family members to use their cards so they were cracking down on that. Doing nothing wrong butwe were profiled for being black! We must be doing wrong?!

Costco is a great store to buy it all! Would have given it 5 stars except for the confused employees in the Optical Department in Oklahoma City. Not the best service - probably due to folks not properly trained in customer service. Ordered glasses in Tulsa Costco, got them and then a screw promptly came loose. Took to Oklahoma City Costco and spent 2.5 hours with two employees so inept at trying to tighten up the screw. They wanted me to buy a new pair of glasses and told they could not be fixed and then tryed to match a new frame for the new glass in my frames. Finally grabbed my glasses from their clutches and rushed them to to a eye glass shop who fixed them in 5 minutes. Wow it was like watching The Keystone Cops!

The BEST prices on perscriptions!!!!! Been going to COSTCOs for years and years...will continue.

Love this place. No too busy and plenty of room to roam each isles. Anything Kirkland brand is usually better than the name brand products. I have to plan for these trips to Costco. I bring a vehicle that can hold a bunch of items and a fat wallet. I make a budget for the trip and usually spend double. It doesnt surprise me because it happens EVERY TIME!! HAHA!!! Just left the store and I am already planning my next trip.

Customer service need to be more Customer friendly...Yesterday at 6 pm Latino lady at self check out treated us so poorly and raising her voice more than one timeWe spend 500$ there I wished I canceled everything and leave because that unwelcome attitude

Good Costco pretty much same as home and others. Parked way out as to not block anyone we are 35ft plus toed 57ft total and darned if someone parked right in front of us. People I guess don t know that an rv with a toed Four down tow can not back up. So we had to unhook it back out and then hook back up.

Costco is new to Oklahoma City, I like it very much, the parking is the most spacious of any, no more dents I your car, I’ve purchased gas here three times, very pleased, but as I learn more about it I’ll let you know, but you should give it a try, I’ve been told it excellent. Friday nights are a good time to go shopping instead of Saturday mornings. It was busy but all the checkout lanes were only 2 deep. Maybe I shouldnt be sharing that?

A great addition in the OKC market. Tulsas Costco has been around for a while. Most compare warehouse shopping presented here with Sams Club. Upon closer examination, you will find Costco is superior. Larger selection, more volume, and more. My visit was last weekend and thought for a moment it was the grand opening weekend. The store has been opened for more than a month! Volumes of people continue to line up to obtain membership cards, parking challenges remain yet entering the warehouse you will see and feel a noticable difference and a sense of quality. Enjoy.

Highly recommend getting the membership. You can find high quality product at Costco. It is not cheap or expensive. Prices are fair to me. Beef are great here... so fresh.

Prices are worth our hour drive here. Only downside is the number of people in the store. Some of the isles are so crowded its hard to get a shopping cart through. Employees are very helpful. Checkout is fast and the employees unload your cart to the belt, very helpful when you also have children to keep an eye on. Will visit again.

Visited this place to buy groceries, produce and home needs.This is biggest place. TRAMONTINA 6 pc Steel cook set available here for 60$ which is best worth for each dollar of it’s price.Purchased Tiramisu cake, which is very tasty and nice.Water and milk are best deal and no where you get quality of this price.“Rainbath” body-wash is best in class. I recommend RAINBATH body wash to every one.

Whats not to like? This Costco is one of the best. Always clean and organized. Nice people (except for one supervisor who can be a bit abrasive), very nice parking and fuel facilities, and very rarely out of what I need. The pharmacy staff are quick, helpful, and fun to be around.Oh! My favorite recent development is that they finally got an optometrist! Im really excited because Oklahoma law has prevented them from having an optometrist on site and Ive been needing to update my prescription! Will be doing that soon. Costco kicks Sams Clubs butt.

Everyone know Costco never disappoints in their quality and stock! But finding a gift for that hard person, Costco is always a great place to start too! And don’t be discouraged with the parking lot! It always looks full, but I promise I’ve never had to wait in line long or have the feeling the isles are too crowded.

I’m from the west coast and I grew up with Costco.When I heard they were opening up a warehouse here in OKC I was extremely excited.Costco has some amazing bulk deals. If you don’t have a family or don’t eat tons of food then you won’t enjoy the benefits of this bulk store.You could get dirt cheap gas or amazing electronic deals. But that doesn’t even begin to cover the benefits you get by getting a membership.Their return policy is unmatched and it even applies to memberships.I’ve bought three laptops worth about 3k and had to return one. It came with a 90 days warranty, most products do, and on about day 88 I took it back because it just wasn’t powerful enough. They took it back no questions asked.I love Costco. Give it a chance. The worst that can happen is you get refunded for your membership and move on.

If I could give 0 stars as I review, I would.. This place was an absolute joke and all members of my family will cancel their memberships. We came here from Duncan, nearly a 2 hr drive. To take about 10 steps inside before being accosted by their employees for not wearing a mask. I am carrying open, and informed the individual that I cant conceal my face while carrying. He said he had to call his manager down. I waited and told him the same thing when he arrived. He demanded I put on the mask regardless. When I again stated I can not, that their Mandate doesnt supersede the Law, I was told that I had to remove my weapon from the premises. There are no signs on the building at all stating they dont allow carrying on their premises. I pointed this out and was told to leave entirely.. the attitude and overall aggressiveness expressed by these individuals was entirely unnecessary. And Im pretty sure Ill be seeking the advice of my lawyer.

I buy all my gas, groceries, paper goods, medications, vitamin supplements and miscellaneous household goods, etc., from Costco. My yearly purchases rendered me close to $450.00. I will use my rewards, to pay my yearly HOME OWNERS DUES, $500.00. Comes in handy, right before tax time! We love COSTCO!❤️

Whats the point of self checkout when I have to take everything from the cart, scan them & then put them back in the cart... AND ALL THE BARCODES ARE FACING UP & FRONT. ALREADY ORGANIZED... Utter waste of time. & Not efficient... MAKING THE LINES AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. THINK SMART.

Driving to this location was easy but little challenging because, the google location points needs to be updated. Once you reach near Costco it would say your destination will be on right, but you need to drive 0.25 miles to reach the main entrance.This Costco was good, I have been to various Costco in other states. As same it is, but certain products price are slightly different from other Costco. Overall so far it’s good experience.The gas station is located behind the Costco. Please look for it too.

I guess Sundays after church is when everyone & their dog goes to Costco. It was so crowded, I hated it. But as usual, their products are great.

Forget about Sams club, just go here. The executive membership option is the best deal all around.

I still go to Sams, but prefer Costcos food options, very diverse!

Yes, it does have some stuff like Sams but just like an apple is not an orange but a pear can sometimes taste like an apple, especially when you have a head cold, so it is with Costco and Sams.
