The website and Google says they are open until 8pm. We drove 40 mins to get there at 6:40 and the manager said they closed at 6:30pm. I asked him kindly if we could just do a simple return he refused. They need to update their times online so they don’t waste paying customers time and gas.

I was interviewing for a job here and they said I had to wear my “real hair” (I had on a blonde wig) by the assistant manager. I will NEVER shop here after seeing how they treat someone who’s trying to work there. I felt discriminated against.

The customer service is phenomenal here. They helped me walk right in and find exactly what I was looking for in under 10 minutes!

Hot day? Don’t matter. This store is closing at maximum capacity. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate of families with kids or if are on a lunch break.

Waited in line to go inside I didnt know we had to do that. I was abruptly stopped at the door. The workers were rude so I left.

I was in a few weeks ago during tax free weekend and maybe around 8-10 people were allowed inside. Today I went back to exchange a wallet and there were about 5 employees and 5 customers. I started to walk in and this woman put her arm up and her hand in my face and started mumbling. I had to ask again what she said. I was asked to wait outside. 😆 ok half the employees weren’t doing anything but whatever. As I was saying realized because the wallet was going to be a gift I took the tags out and didn’t have the receipt, however may possibly work with me if I can show cc proof. I get the same lady again, no eye contact, no help, no, no, no. Completely understand with all the fake stuff going around really not a problem. The problem was her snyde, better than you attitude. I have been in there several times before and all the ladies have always been so welcoming and helpful. This lady with long dark hair needs to realize anyone is allowed in the store!!!! And especially if their spending money... don’t treat people that are contributing to your paycheck like the dirt on your shoe!!!!! Kindness goes a long way!

I love the Michael Kors outlet. This was my first time coming in here. They have so many wonderful bags, jewelry, wallets and so much more to choose from. We found the perfect crossbody bags in here today. I would highly recommend coming here.

They are social distancing (10 person store limit) so be prepared to stand in line outside. It was an awesome experience, friendly salespeople.

Favorite store

I tried to go in with my 2 & 5 year old and was told that they needed masks and was refused entry and was not offered masks for my kids. I would have had theirs but was in a car accident and their masks were in my vehicle. Very upset I wanted a new purse so bad because my daughter ruined my other one coloring on the outside of it. I dont understand this apparent policy since the OKC mask standard applies to children over 10 years old. I have never had an issue with this store until today and most likely will NOT return. Bad experience.

My wife always enjoys going to this location. People here are nice and helpful. I can always find a good deal here and all their products are great quality. My wife and I will surely be back for more.

Staff was a little snobish!

Last time i go to this store manager would not let us in because the one year old did not have a mask on after 20 minutes of waiting in front of the store

This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had in the store. As previously frequent customers of MK products, we were used to not only quality merchandise but quality service. Unfortunately this was the worst experience as we were followed and hounded by at least three sales people which was beyond offensive. This resulted with us taking our money to Coach were we were treated with decency. Im not sure if anyone who works there will read this but my hope is that someone teaches them how to provide excellent customer service without treating people as if they cannot afford to shop there.

My sister is addicted! $500 spend today. The nicest, friendliest, patient employees. Great selection!

My daughter sends me a picture of a backpack. So I called the store to see if they could hold the backpack for me. So a young lady that helped me. She had put on hold for me. She was awesome, very helpful, and kind young lady. Thank you for your help!

Anytime we go in we are dressed casual so we usually get help right away, but today we are dressed in our work clothes due to us painting and remodeling our new house we are moving to. When we walked in nobody helped us or even acknowledged us. The employees just kept watching us to make sure we didnt steal anything. They made sure to tell everyone who was dresses nice about there new collection. But didnt even tell us hello. Ended up still buying 2 purses. Bad customer service.

Poor customer service by a man name Christian he was the cashier up front. This was the first time we shopped there and was happy with the price and purchase but the last impression was really bad he was short with me and had an attitude. I’m a retail manager myself and would never allow such energy in my store. Please fix this problem may or may not be back.

I have given 3 stars for a few reasons.1. I was greeted by all which was nice2. I took so long trying to talk myself into leaving with a item and everyone was move motivated to see who should go to lunch first then to help suggest or ask what I wanted to buy.3. I would only give 5 stars to the young lady who helped me with my watch on 2/18/2016. I was in around 2 hours to closing possibly. She sized the watch for me and was VERY helpful. She offered the benefits of having a new watch. Putting her personal touch on it. 🤓 If it was not for her I WOULD OF LEFT!4. Return policy. I have been told EVERYTIME Im in this place the policy. This lady walked in to return a wallet and pulled the. no one told me. card. The lady at the counter was nicer than me because I would not of bothered the manager. The policy is on the receipt, the counter and told to everyone! It was not apart of my sale but definitely apart of my experience. That sets the wrong pace for other on looking customers. Good luck selling when the employees spend more time chatting it up over lunch.
