Boy mom here, reporting this place is awesome. Walked in mid prom season, busy, immediate fun professional confident help given. They have a fresh and full selection of everything. In house tailor was booked for the week and I was last minute so they called another tailor and got me right in. My son and I only other experience at a suit shop was pretty horrible at a well known place. We are SO thankful for The Wardrobe!! Oh and I was shocked at the great price for an entire suit better quality vs the sticker shock at the other place. THANK YOU GUYS!!!! YOU ROCK!! 👏👏👏

I’ve always wanted a REALLY nice suit. Something with a modern slim fit, but still has that sharp classic look to it. I decided to go all out for my wedding, and started by looking at The Wardrobe. These guys really took care of me. We decided to go with a completely custom suit, and we set up a meeting where they helped me pick every detail. I spent a little extra, but it was so worth it. Literally everyone at my wedding complimented the suit. It fits perfectly, yet is so comfortable. I’m excited to put on this suit again in the future for special occasions. I’m definitely a loyal Wardrobe customer now, and have been highly recommending them to friends.

As a wedding officiant I absolutely love the Wardrobe Modern Menswear. Rohit the owner is always helping me look my best. Custom fit suits and shirts are his specialty. Great prices on menswear. Whether you need Shoes, ties, shirts, suits or other things they will take the time with you and help you look your best.

Rohit and his team are great at what they do - men’s fashion. I have been in multiple weddings that have gone through Wardrobe Modern Menswear. So, I tried it out myself. The $200 suits for the groomsmen is the best deal in town, AND each guy gets to keep their suit. So, no more renting a suit for $200+ just for the weekend. They give special attention to the groom himself - tailoring/altering the suit so it fits him personally. I would highly recommend as I got many compliments on the weekend of my wedding for my dress rehearsal suit and my wedding day tux.

Listen to the negative reviews and take your money somewhere else. A family member recommended using The Wardrobe for my wedding (which was 6 months away) so I didn’t read any reviews. First impressions were okay, but the lack of communication over the course of the following 4 month span was unbelievable. We were told that our 10 suits would arrive in a month from the date we ordered, but ended up being a few weeks late. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, but after having to repeatedly call the store for to find out if they arrived became annoying. There was absolutely no communication on arrival of suits. Furthermore, after getting the suits home and distributed to the wedding party, it became apparent that all but 2 of the 10 suit sizes were not the ordered sizes. It took two more weeks along with several phone calls to get the correct sizes. If that wasn’t enough, it also took an additional month and several phone calls to get our button up shirts (that come with the suits) to be delivered. When the shirts did show up, there was no communication that they had arrived. So after 4 months, we finally got everything correct and after reading reviews it seems that others have had the same issues. If you aren’t wanting to go out of your way to call and check on whether your items have been delivered then I would go somewhere else. They act like it’s an inconvenience to do what you are paying them to do. It’s not hard to deliver good customer service in a timely manner. I would recommend using a different company.

If you are in need of a suit or jacket for any occasion, this must be your 1st stop. Big selection, great quality, but very affordable. Shop here once and you will definitely be a repeat customer. They really know how to take care of the customer.

If I could choose 0 stars I would! Do NOT waste your time in this unorganized, rude, SLOW establishment. We bought a suit in full, waited three weeks for a call, didn’t receive one (D says he called but it went to VM but still didnt leave a voicemail??), they say they actually dont have the suit available now, and didn’t remind us to get a refund. So, we had to call back to ask about that then when we pull up everyones taking a smoke break while theres 3 different parties needing help. Dont waste your time or money here. Its HORRIBLE.

This place made the two weeks leading up to our wedding so stressful. They lost two suits and it always seemed like there was one thing after the other going wrong. They never called to tell us either, we had to call for updates and that is when they would tell us the bad news. I recommend taking your money somewhere more professional.

Best value for suits and dress clothes out there. They have a wide range of options that will fit any budget out there from nice off the rack options to fully custom suits. There is no reason to go to a department store when you can get so much more here with an expert like Rohit or his team helping you with your decision. I had used them before for suits and they did great.Decided to use them for my wedding. Paid almost $1500 for my groomsmen and myself plus my ring bearer.The suits took around a month to get in, not a big deal. So we get them tailored with the tailor in house, he says it will take another month, so they will be ready the week before my wedding. Okay we make it work.We go to pick up our suits and they lost one of my groomsmens suit. Straight up lost it, didnt call us to say they lost it, waited until the Tuesday before my wedding to tell me. They found another similar suit and we had to take it ourselves to their tailor and they were able to finish it ONE day before the wedding, after saying it would be done overnight.Then they ordered the WRONG suit for my ring bearer. They ordered black instead of grey.They said they would order a new one and call me as soon as it is in, I had to call every day that they said it would be in even though they told me they would reach out. They never reached out once to let me know what was going on and gave me the excuse Sorry its busy in here.It also doesnt help that the dude working there with the fedora was a huge jerk about it to me and the ring bearers mom, AFTER THEY ORDERED THE WRONG SUIT.I will never use them again and will recommend everyone avoid them if you want a stress free experience. It was a nightmare.On top of that the owner left to go to Vegas, and the people running it could never give me a straight answer. They claimed my ringbearers suit was at the owners house and they had to go pick it up? They claimed that about four days in a row. What a joke.They are too busy and disorganized for their own good, beware. They acted like me purchasing them and trying to get what I paid for was the BIGGEST inconvenience in the world.

We had a horrible experience with this place. My fiancé and his groomsmen all got measured in April-very beginning of May (our wedding is July 11th and they said they only take 2 weeks to come in). Around June 8th we hadn’t heard a thing about our suits coming in, so we called and they said they were just hanging up in the back. So they weren’t going to tell us that our suits were there despite the fact that we had given them my phone number, my fiancé’s phone number, and both of our emails. Then when the first groomsmen went to try on his suit, it didn’t fit well and the in-store tailor said he could have it altered 3 days before the wedding. Only 3 days. We opted to take all of the suits to other tailors since that was cutting it way too close. However, the groom’s suit, despite being measured and having his normal size suit ordered, was absolutely huge. We spent $110 on alterations because it was such a bad fit. One of the other groomsmen’s suits was so small he couldn’t even put it on. They didn’t even measure him when he went in. They just guessed what size he was and when he questioned it they said it would for sure fit. Also, when we went to pick up the suits, the ties weren’t in and they didn’t have the undershirts for the groom or one of the groomsmen. We ended up having to go back a week later to pick those up. My mother-in-law called and tried to speak to them about all of these problems and they weren’t helpful at all. They basically acted like it was our faults for going to a different tailor and that they would’ve been able to make them fit if we had used their tailor. There’s no possible way they could have made the groomsmen’s suit that was too small fit, he couldn’t get the pants over his thighs. I never leave reviews, but this place deserves one for all of the stress they caused. Absolutely horrible experience.

To start, my family went in looking for wedding suits for groom, parents and 10- YES- 10 groomsmen. We walked in saw their great selection and it seemed exciting. However, after 15 MINUTES we had not received any attention or help. Not to mention, some employees broke the no exception rules on masks and had them off. After finally asking an employee for price information, we were spoken to for less than 2 minutes and received no further help from the employees or management. It seemed as though since we were young, we werent viable or wealthy enough customers to receive the treatment described by the 5 star reviews. The uniqueness might be a good option for some people but the staff have terrible customer service values. We will not be returning, and thats unfortunate for this company losing potentially 12+ customers. VERY disappointed. I hope if someone else comes in, they receive better service. I wouldnt recommend this business, and I am all for shopping local. Just a fair warning to those looking for suits, maybe theres something to say about bigger chain stores.

Was told by the gentlemen I met with that they could handle 6’10” plus because they had done weddings for nba and college basketball players. Was also told they only needed two weeks to get suits and alterations.My 6’’10” usher did not get a suit that fit and my groomsmen all had to pay someone else for alterations because they were “too busy” and I ordered “too late” for them to “accommodate us”.The staff are great, but the owner is not a good person. Called one of my groomsmen out about the car he drove and told us we “ordered too late” when we followed what the staff had told us. All of my groomsmen had to pay third parties for alterations.Stay away if you can, the price is great but the delivery is awful.My wedding pictures are awkward because they couldn’t accommodate my 6’10” brother in law when they told me they could.Staff is top both notch but the owner is a joke. Find someone else!Edit: thanks for your response.... however, I had to call to check the status of my order before anyone told me one of my groomsmen had not paid a deposit. I paid the deposit myself as soon as I knew on that call. One of my out of town groomsmen (Ryan) called to confirm he could get alterations the day before the wedding and was told that would be no problem. Otherwise, he would of had you ship it to him. You refused him when he showed up. Yes, you comped Sean’s suit for free.... but he couldn’t even wear it to the wedding and spent over $100 for someone else to try to make it fit. Point is, I was told you could handle my party, communication was poor, and it didn’t get done. Also, your comments on what David drove were uncalled for and childish. I am a small business owner myself and know what good customer service looks like. In this instance, you failed. I hope others don’t have the same experience.

Row did a great job walking me through the process and getting me in a couple of suits that Im super excited about. Highly recommend!!

I had my groom and his 3 groomsmen go there to buy their attire and at first, the staff were nice. After they ordered the suits, it was 6 days before wedding date when they were ready, the groom went to pick them up and was told they ordered one of the vests wrong. Instead of offering something to compensate they sent him away with the ties. When we went back to get him and another groomsmen altered, they said they would fix the wrongly ordered vest for free. We told them the other groomsmen wouldn’t be able to come in until the next day. When we went in it was 5 days before the wedding date. The next day, a groomsmen went in and was told they weren’t going to alter his suit and that is was too late. Instead they gave him a card to go somewhere else. We spent almost $400 on all suits and they wouldn’t do the rest of their part. I will never be returning to make purchases here.

I have shirts, pants, shoes and blazers from here. I even had my wedding suite custom made from The wardrobe! Every time I go in I find something else I have to go back for. Its unique and local and the owner is terrific. The service and attention to detail is superb. Highly recommended!

Honestly its hard to find a place that actually takes care of you and has some sort of fashion sense! This place and the people working there took great care of me every time I come in whether I buy anything or not...Its the ONLY place I buy suits at here in Oklahoma! And the SUITS quality and fit is legit!

You order a 3 piece suit and ask if tailoring is included, they say yes. You go to try on the suit that they ordered for you, its not in. They apologize, promise that it will be in the next day and theyll do a same day tailoring. You go in to try it on, its only 2 piece, and tailoring is NOT included and there is no such thing as same day tailoring. 4 days before prom.

I went the The Wardrobe a month before my wedding with my three groomsmen. Everything went great, we ordered the suits (or so we thought.) We were told that we could pay for everything when the suits arrived the following week. They said theyd call us when the suits arrived.Two weeks later, I went in to check on the suits because I never got a call. They hadnt even been ordered and they only had two of the groomsmen listed on the order, not the third. The third groomsmen had to rush in to get fitted again so they could actually make the order. They told me I needed to pay the deposit then and I did.My brother called to see if the suits were in and they told him yes. He went to the store immediately. When he got there, they told him they actually WERENT in yet, but they would be soon and told him to hang out in the area for an hour or so. Later that day, another groomsman went in to get his suit tailored and asked what took so long to get the suits in. They told him that they dont order anything until after a deposit is paid and it was our fault the suits werent ordered. Had they told us that the first day, we would have made the deposit the first day. However, we were told that we didnt need to pay anything until the suits came in.Throughout the whole process, I was told multiple times that I would get a call that week or in five minutes or later that day. The only times it actually happened were when the owner himself said it. The employees never followed through.The entire process was a nightmare and caused a while lot of unnecessary stress the week before the wedding. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I really wanted to dress up for my wedding so I decided to do a custom tailored suit. I chose The Wardrobe because it was one of the very few places in OKC that did tailoring, but I am GLAD I DID. I have never owned a tailored suit and my knowledge with suits was definitely less than average. Rohit made sure to help me and educate me through it all. Choosing the fabric and the style was a very lengthy process, we even stayed over an hour passed their normal closing time. I felt horrible but despite that, Rohit seemed equally as excited and interested in creating the suit as I was. The suit came out PERFECT. I was getting complimented the entire night. I even decided to get my groomsmens suits there since the service was so amazing. One of my guys was bigger than average and unfortunately they didnt have his size in stock and we were already pressed for time. Again, Rohit goes above and beyond and makes several calls to locate the suit and even got it in on time. I absolutely love my suit. My guys love that they can keep theirs too. I will absolutely be getting another one here. And I would definitely recommend to anyone else.

They sharks when it came comes to selling, they tell you the suit comes with the shirt,tie and vest whole shabang. And at the end charge a extra 40 for the vest

After reading tons of good reviews through Facebook/google about The Wardrobe Modern Menswear I thought our experience would be much different.Our initial visit went great. My fiancé found a suit he liked, the price was great and we setup our info to have the wedding party come in for their items as they had time. It was all seemed simple, quick, and painless.When the first groomsmen went in to order his suit they had no “record” of us coming in, but after doing a little bit of work they found us in their system. Then when my fiancé went in to check on the status of his suit, again there was no “record” of us and after a little bit of work they found the order which hadn’t been placed because “they didn’t know which suit it was” - a suit that I had already PAID for. It wasn’t until I called and complained that the floor manager offered any assistance to the issue, and probably because I had to mention I was a PAYING customer. We were offered a $100 gift card (via text message from the floor manager who was not around when we were ever in and did not communicate with his staff that he offered us one) that I mistaking mentioned too early in the conversation - I’m 99% positive the girl who “discounted” our final purchase didn’t honor the full $100 and I was so putout with everything else we had dealt with on that it was not worth arguing anymore.Of the 4 people we sent in from our wedding party, all 4 had bad experiences from being told they were at the wrong place, didn’t have a record of our wedding party, didn’t know anything about what color/suit/style AND asked for them to pay in CASH so they didn’t have to process a credit card, sketchy. The staff also talked about getting their paychecks “no matter” in front of us - work drama I didn’t care to hear.From the great review I read compared to my experience, it sounds like the owner needs to be involved in the day to day operations and training of staff. It was embarrassing to send people to a place that made them feel so unwelcome and confused due to lack of customer service and basic job duties. This store will be out of business within a year with poorly trained employees, who also seem untrustworthy with finances.
