Got two pairs of shoes last month, extremely helpful staff and some great finds

Terrible service. This place sells items for 3x the original sale price. I wanted to buy a face mask that didn’t have a tag on it, so they rang me up for a random $130 mask, only to find out the one I paid for goes for $40 on the product’s website. I didn’t even realize how much they charged me for it until I left and all sales are final. Even for items you can’t try on, like a package-sealed beanie. Super disappointing, don’t waste your money here.

I mean my experience was alright the employees were chill and there was a lot of things I liked.. it was my first time buying supreme from an actual store a little bit overpriced which sucks but I usually order my things so it’s fine. If your young looking into becoming a so called “hypebeast” I suggest you just stick to online especially in okc just look for verified sites great place tho just need to chill on the prices

Copied from Yelp Review:So I had a shirt sitting here for a good while. (4+ months) Went to go take it off their hands and a kid had gotten chocolate on it. I know accidents happen and thats not their fault. No one called me when the issue occurred and when I went to pick it up it was behind the counter. I dont know how long it had been sitting there, off display. They told me theyd fix it the next time they went to the cleaners, but couldnt tell me when. The stains obviously a lot more set in than if this had been fixed immediately. Thankfully its only a $60 market value shirt. Its been over two weeks since I spoke to someone I thought would actually help. Went in today and hed spoken to his boss but hadnt made any attempt to clean the shirtYour items arent safe here and they wont tell you if they damage them.Edit after reply:You’re 100% correct you did tell me you’d make it right. A definite timeline WASNT ever given. Again also 100% correct. However that’s my issue. I was never given a timeline for long it was off display, and never given a timeline for when you would fix it. I waited several weeks and never got it fixed.I’ll gladly bring you the shirt back if you want to fix it. I’d like a definitive timeline though because several weeks to go to the cleaner that’s less than 30 minutes away ain’t gonna fly. Y’all might invest in some display bags. It’s crazy when I posted the story on a few of the streetwear FB groups how many people laughed at y’all for not using them.

Friendly staff. Nice setup of sneakers. Just visited the place. Didnt make any purchases but will definitely be back to see if they have any new inventory later.

I come in here about 4 times a month. Great place I bought black off white vapormaxs, off white Prestos and a pair of yeezys. I highly recommend that you new comers go and check it out. Cop u some hype. Workers are amazing. Just be chill.

The dude left us waiting and went on lunch break with his goofy haircut. How are yall gonna open at 12 and have lunch break at 1. The shoes are good I would cop but the workers are trash. It would have no stars without the shoes. I didnt even see the whole selection through the window.

Wish they would lower prices because I would hope anyone who actually knew about “hype” clothes wouldn’t pay most the prices the laboratory offers. workers are nice tho and you can find good deals on occasion.

Me and my buddies asked why they upcharge so much. They have a shoe listed at 350 thats around 280 max deadstock, when we asked they simply blocked us. What kinda customer service is that? Over priced and rude will not be going back

Past noon on a Saturday tried to check out this shop and the doors were locked so we knocked. A guy was sitting in front of the computer eating a sandwich watching 2 chainz videos and just shrugged at us. Watched three more people try the same thing.
