Went in to fix my phone today without any expectations to get my phone fixed, but was blown away with the level of customer service and hospitality that I was treated with. The 2 gentlemen that were in there fixed my phone issue easily and quickly! Friendly staff and you will walk out of there feeling like you made a friend!

This is an amazing store as soon as I walked in I felt confident he could fix my phone. And even when he thought it may not be fixable he went the extra mile and ended up fixing it perfectly. They are very friendly and take customer service very seriously they work very hard to make sure youre happy with your phone when you leave. I stopped by today for the first time to fix my IPhone XS. The phone wasn’t turning on at all. The people here were really nice and clearly have tons of experience. They were able to identify the issue and fix it very quickly (for a very reasonable price). Most reliable and trustworthy phone repair in Oklahoma !!!

I went to have a battery changed on my iPad mini 4. When I arrived they showed me they had cracked the screen because “the clamps were too tight.” They offered to replace the screen and did so in about 20 minutes. When I arrived home I realized the Touch ID no longer worked and there was a one inch line down the side. I called and spoke with Daniel (co owner) and was told the line was a defect and once the Touch ID is gone it usually can’t be repaired, but he would put his best technician on it. He said “we will make this right”. He also told me he had no idea any of this had happened. I got there on the agreed upon day and Daniel wasn’t there and Damien (co owner) had no idea about any of this. He told me they would “make it right.” When I arrived to get it (two hours after promised), I immediately noticed a spot on the screen and not only does the Touch ID still not work, but my Home Screen button doesn’t either. I’ve had to add accessibility options. Please remember I just needed a battery. Everything else was great. The guy at the front wanted me to let them replace the screen the 3rd time and I refused because it kept getting worse. He asked what I wanted. I said my money back. He gruffly opened the cash register and tossed $80 at me and then went to the back. No sorry or anything. Just now (two days after repair) the front of my iPad disconnected from the back. It’s not usable and I’m out a perfectly good iPad and had to purchase another because I have to have it Monday for work.

This is the worse place ever to get your phone fixed the front lady at the desk doesn’t provide accurate information they’ll have you thinking your phone has a year warranty but really don’t the warranty is only if they mess up your phone.so I cracked m screen again went there thinking my phone was under warranty and it wasn’t ok cool they fixed my phone again and now it’s cutting off and on and won’t charge. I’ll prefer dash over this place anytime .. its horrible

It is always a pleasure doing business with Fix My Phone. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful. Kellon is very knowledgeable about the issues Ive had with my iPhone 7. The first time was to replace my screen with a very quick turnaround time (under 45 minutes). The second time was a battery issue and another quick turnaround. This is my third time to take in my phone and he explained what happened and graciously moved the repair under my 9 month warranty even though it was not the initial issue in March. Thank you for your kindness and always getting my phone back up in less than an hour or two! You guys are the best!

I recently took in my iPhone 6s for a battery and a new charging port. The battery works great. When I got home I noticed the charging port did not get replaced (it was full of debris and scratched up). I took it back and told them they charged me for it but clearly it had not been replaced. He told me someone must have accidentally put in an old part and he replaced it. After this the microphone is bad (which is part of the charge port assembly) and people can not here me talking. I took it back and they “cleaned” it. Same issue so I took it back again and he said it seemed ok and I told him it definitely was not. He said he put another one in it (I don’t know but it still has same issue). I ordered the part on amazon for $9 and will fix it myself. I paid them around $50 for that repair aside from the battery and they don’t want to help me.

DO NOT GO HERE. My Galaxy S7 was stuck in a boot loop and I brought it here. Based on the fact that it was overheating and in the loop, they immediately said my battery needed to be replaced (without even opening the phone up to see what was wrong, which should have been my first hint that these people arent good). They made their repairs and the phone wouldnt charge or turn on at all. Brought it back and it just went back to the boot loop. They basically cheated me out of $80 and did absolutely squat to fix it. Actually, not squat. I went to another store and they said an UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY made modifications on it and took parts from it and made it economically IRREPARABLE.

The people were super nice and the service was very quick and I am very pleased with my experience. The staff was easy to talk to they were very understanding.

Screen broken? Just walk in here. I dropped my phone off, grabbed some supper at a near by restaurant and it was ready for pick up by the end of the hour. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I went in to buy a used phone they said if the phone didn’t work that they would give a full refund after 20 hours my phone company service Provider shut service off and said the SIM card didn’t match the phone so we went and fixed her old phone and tried to return the phone we bought. The girl we talked to on the phone was rude and called my girlfriend a liar. Also the phone battery wouldn’t hold a charge I just wouldn’t recommend this business.

This place is great to do bushiness with. Kellen and his staff are very professional and customer service oriented. I cracked the screen of my IPAs Pro and Apple wanted. $599 to replace it with a 90 day warranty. I took it by Fix My Phone and they replaced it he screen for $200 with a one year warranty.Kellen also told me about new a liquid screen protector that not only protects the screen from cracks and scratches, but comes with a $300 dollar life of the product insurance policy in case the screen gets broken after it’s been applied. I don’t even have to keep up with paperwork, they keep a record of it for you. For around $60 I can’t lose.A couple of weeks after the repair my screen became unstable. It would jump and jitter and sometimes not respond to touch. I took it back in to Fix My Phone and Kellen happily replaced it under warranty. It’s working as good as new.I’m sold, Fix My Phone has a customer for life. I recommend them without reservation.

Ive brought my phone here twice always great service and completed very quickly. Today I brought my phone in with a broken camera. They werent able to fix it completely but let me keep the better working camera for free until I could get back into to have mine fixed completely. Excellent, fast work and knowledgeable staff.My phone had shorted out during a storm when it got wet. When I hard booted it, it would just go into boot loop. I went to a place closer to my house at a friends suggestion and they just turned me away, and said it was irreparable. They sent me to Verizon. I reluctantly went to Verizon, and was told all I could do is buy a new phone (for $600-750.) My phone is a S7 and only 2 years old and I knew it was a battery and circuit board issue.I went to Fix My Phone where I wanted to go in the first place. They soldered the board and replaced the battery for $130 in only 2 hours and the phone functions perfectly again. Thanks guys!

This store has repaired 4 of my phones and all have been repaired quickly and with great care. They have gone out of their way to help me with phone reset issues. I am amazed they can fix some of the phone they do. I would recommend them highly.

The person helping me was very knowledgeable and nice. The power button of my phone stopped working, they ordered the part and just have to wait for a week for the part to arrive. Price I believe was reasonable too.

My daughter had her iPhone 7 screen fixed there about 3 weeks ago. Fast forward, we were having issues and brought it to another shop and they quickly pointed out that we were missing both lower screws in the bottom of the phone, and they easily popped the screen up and showed us that they didnt put back any shields, or the rear screen shield. Very shotty work. And based on their other reviews this isnt the first time. Beware, read reviews before taking your device to any shop with reviews like this!

My charger broke off in my phone. I took it into them and they took the broken piece out (I tried for hours) without charging me. The have my business going forward.

I called with a broken screen and was told they had to order my part and it would take 1-3 business days to come in but I had to come down there to prepay in full. They cost was higher than other places I had called but the time frame was shorter and I needed it to be fixed asap for my work so I went with them. Okay, no problem.4 days pass, with no communication. I call daily for 4 more days and get very unconcerned responses from the other end of the phone until finally AFTER a week and a half, I request a refund. No apologies, but instead I get a, the boss is out of town, here is his number so you can request a refund. I wait until Monday, so as not to disturb someone on a weekend... Considerate, I know. Called several times on Monday, no answer. Left a calm message requesting refund. 2 days go by, no call back. Called twice, no answer... Called store again. Said they will tell the boss to call me..... Still waiting.... I would not recommend this place to anyone. Beyond poor customer service!!!

Do NOT take your phone to this guy! My husband had a truck accident and shattered the screen to his phone. We took it here to get fixed, he kept his phone over night to fix it. It worked for a little while and the screen went black. So we took it back and got it fixed. Then it happened again. End result was 5 or 6 times taking it back for the same issue. We dont live close, it takes about an hour to even get there. So finally we decide to just purchase a new phone for him. This guy (the owner) had one for sale at this shop. He told us he buys at resell and he sells it for maybe $50 more. So we bought it for $300ish. The phone was not what we thought we were buying. We couldnt get it to access the internet or send multi media messages. We had to call our carrier and they couldnt even figure it out. I called up there to see what they could do. The person who answered the phone said they could check it out or give us a refund. So I drive an hour to go back to this shop and the owner was there. He wouldnt look at the phone to find the problem nor would he give a refund, like promised. The reason why is because my husband left a bad review and he didnt want to acknowledge that he sold us a piece of junk. I said to him that I want a refund and he wouldnt give me one so I said then buy it. He offered me $100! So he doesnt buy at resell price he buys junk phones and marks them way up. I said $100? Thats a bit ridiculous. And his response was well so is a 2 star review. Apparently this guy doesnt like an honest review. I grabbed my phone and walked out. That is the last I will ever go to this crooks place of business. Please dont waste your time or money.

Repaired the broken screen on my S8plus. Although the repair took a few days, partly because S8 plus parts are difficult to find (most people have iPhones!), the staff was very nice and helpful and worked tirelessly to get it fixed and working correctly. Would definitely recommend!!

Staff was super friendly and the ONLY reason I am not giving them zero stars is because of the life time guarantee but they messed my phone up to bad for me to give a second chance. My screen was severely cracked but this wasnt my first rodeo with that. My pics were still fine. Live videos fine. SOUND fine...... I had them replace my screen, calls are dropping, I cant hear any of my calls without putting my phone on Bluetooth, no one can hear me, my pics are garbage, my live videos are garbled.... the cracked screen wasnt even causing this so why is there work? I appreciate the guarantee but being a self employed consultant my income is based on my phone and you managed to mess ALL of it up so terribly I would literally rather replace the entire thing at $800 than spend 24 hours hoping you could fix things you messed up. I have even used Batteries Plus and not had these problems. My other question is why do they need my password? Ive had my screen replaced several times (on other phones). Usually I shut my phone off and we check for functionality when I return..... but they said they needed my password to repair... bottom line, I took them a fully functional phone with a cracked screen and received a perfect screen that means NOTHING because I cant hear clients, clients cant hear me, I cant shoot training videos or take event pics. How did you screw ever aspect of my phone up replacing my screen?

Terrible! The guys on Penn can only repair the phone if there is nothing wrong with it. They are so busy explaining how highly trained they are, that they forget to learn their craft. The owner of the company has had 2 other companies that he ran and they were described as scams. All I know is that the 3rd time I took my phone in to have it repaired properly, Will Z removed various parts off my phone, MY PARTS, put my phone, without a screen or top, in some bubble wrap and threw me out of the store. There was no refund, no apology, Will just stole parts off my phone. It cost me $130 to have the phone repaired. I even returned to FuxMyPhone to get the parts they stole, but the highly trained professional did not know they were missing and would not return them. The employees not only argues with me, but from someone else they were attempting to rip-off. Calls to the owner have gone unanswered. A complaint has been lodged with the BBB and reimbursement to me will be made. Will was not concerned: were expanding every day and we have a lot of attorneys available to us. I suggested they needed to have lots of attorneys with the work they produce. Really, you do not need the hassle of this company! Its just not worth the risk. BTW, a lots of the other reviews are fake, like these guys training.

I took my wifes iPhone in to get a new battery put in because the old one was dying in half a day. Little phone shops usually worry me but the phone came back to us exactly how we gave it to them just with a nice new battery. Price was great and the customer service was quick, easy, and very courteous. I hopefully never need another phone repaired, but if I do I will gladly come back here.

My daughter went in there to replace a cracked screen. They advised her it would cost $190. No problem, she paid the diwn payment of $50 and they ordered the part. A month later, part still not in. She ends up calling after week 6 and they tell her they have the part. Note, they didnt call her. She goes in to have the phone fixed and they ordered the wrong part. At this point I advised her to get the deposit back. It has been another 4 weeks still no refund. My husband and daughter have both spoken with the owner who after three weeks of no refund promised to rush. Two weeks later still no refund. Not good business practiced at this location!!!!

They are quick. Very. They have fixed the devices Ive taken in and on one occasion, the battery wasnt the issue and they didnt charge me. (The phone was basically fried) the other times, while the repairs were competently done, the phones werent fitted back together perfectly. Im told my phones, HTC M7, M8 and Motorola Nexus are the hardest to service. This fitment issue caused a problem on my Nexus when I noticed the raised edge after having the screen replaced and when attempting to seat the screen, it cracked. Thats on me, I should have taken it back and had them fix it.

I walked right in, they took 2 of my phones (the same models) that had different problems and made 1 good phone in a matter of 10 minutes! And their prices were very reasonable. I cracked it again after I got it fixed, talked to the store manager and he gave me a discount and put a screen protector on there for me and I didnt even ask for. Worst place ever! where to start!? a few months ago I cracked my note 4 screen and rushed in to get it fixed. As soon as I got home the phone was running really slow. I then had to rush out of state to care for my father who has had 9 strokes. while I was driving my phone started to randomly shut off, then completely crash. now it barley works at all! thats not ideal because not only do I use this phone for work but I am driving across 3 states with young kids and no way to get a hold of anyone if anything where to happen! I payed to have a $300 paper weight! So to top things off last year I had to have my Ipad fixed as well, after it was fixed I put a otterbox case on it and tucked it away vowing that my kids will never play with it again, as soon as I pulled it out, because I have to work on something now my phone is messed up, Started to use it when I noticed the screen was sitting funny so I pulled it out of the case an in the corner where it was dropped the first time was bent in. so the new screen wasnt sitting inside the pad its self it was raised in that part. he never took the time to bend that back out so the screen would sit flush. all the pages I go to have dirt spots INSIDE the screen so he never made sure it was clean before he put the new one in. and im sure you can guess what happened when my kid started to play with it again!? yep it cracked right in that spot that never got repaired! even with a case! im so disappointed and upset that I wasted so much money. its not like I can just go get a new phone!

The owner is a crook and a thief! After charging me to fix my screen the phone never worked again. He promised me a refund and has been dodging me for months. Terrible experience and I hope no one else is scammed by this hustler.

For all the good reviews I had to have to a bad one. Took my apple watch in to get the microphone replaced on in early October 2017. I paid in advance. They ordered the part and were not able to fix the watch. Ok That happens, but they have not returned my device to me. They have not refunded me any money. They shipped my watch to the wrong address and to this day I do not yet have my watch. I paid in advance for services parts and shipping. 12/10/17

I went in at the end of May with a broken screen. I was helped by a member of the staff who gave poor customer service and the job he did wasnt great in fixing my issue. (He is no longer with the company)Finally this week I called and spoke to manager J.D who was 1. Understanding and listened closely to my issues 2. He was apologizing 3. He offered solutions. He directed me to the location where I could find the owner who after hearing of the experience I had he personally fixed my phone and offered a free repair on another issue I was having with my device as a way to thank me for coming back and show that he genuinely valued his customers. Im absolutely shocked by the outstanding service I received I will from now on only go to fix my phone locations for repairs. The integrity they have shown as a company through what could have been a much more stressful situation is both impressive and commendable.

If I could give these guys a 0 star rating, I would. I originally took my phone in for a cracked screen, and they fixed it a couple of hours later. About 2 days after the repair, the screen completely stopped working, and I was not able to even unlock my phone. I called the store and talked to, who they say is, the owner to set an appointment up. The guy assured me that an appointment would not be necessary, and that he would have it replaced about an hour after drop off. I drop the phone off to him and he tells me that there were 3 phones ahead of mine, and he hoped to get mine taken care of that night. I asked him why would it take so long, since I was promised to have my phone fixed in an hour over the phone. Needless to say, it took three and a half hours of waiting for him to let me know that I now had a motherboard issue, and he wanted to keep my phone overnight. He wanted to charge me a discounted rate of another $30-40 to see if he could fix the issue. I explained to him that I already had a phone that I could have turned on in place of it, and I wanted to return the part and get my money back. He told me no returns were allowed, because the damage in my phone happened after the repair they did. Only real question is how do you damage a motherboard inside the phone if you do not open the phone? He ended up keeping the phone over night, and I came back the next evening to pick it up. When I arrived, the phone was in about 6 different pieces on their table, and they told me that Nobody has had a chance to look at it yet. I demanded that they put the phone together, and that they went ahead and keep the part and gave me back my money. They still refused and told me that they couldnt give me the phone back in that condition. I ended up having my dad come in, and threaten to sue the store to get anything done to the phone. The owner assured my dad that he would be at the store first thing in the morning, and he would try and fix the issue, or give me a partial refund. Push came to shove and they wanted to try and keep my phone for about another 3-4 days before they would let me know about the status of it. I got my phone back (someone elses broken screen on it) and the partial (half money back) refund that was promised. I dont trust these guys, and I wouldnt want anybody to go through what I did.

Do NOT get your phone fixed here! I went in to get my screen replaced and they returned it back to me with screen fixed but now a broken home button which was not broken when I went in! Then they proceeded to tell me they would fix what they broke and never fixed it.I ended up having to get my phone claimed on insurance because it was not usable. Overall a waste of money to get my screen fixed to only have to file an insurance claim because of something they did. Just giving everyone a heads up

WARRANTY IS BOGUS!! OVERPRICED.Screen separated on me after 4 days which caused a crack across the screen.Went to go warranty screen after only 12 days and was told to pay another $99 to fix it again.Owner then got an attitude after I asked for a new screen to replace the one that broke after only 12 days!!I WANT MY PHONE FIXED UNDER WARRANTY!! NEVER USE THIS SECOND RATE PLACE. THEY HAVE NO MORAL VALUE.

This is by far the best cell phone repair store that I have been to. Their repairs are fast and I was happy to know that they are certified in cell phone and tablet repair. Way to go Fix My Phone!!

I would love to leave a review about how they fixed my phone, but I have no idea where my phone even is. Its been nearly two weeks (1 week to get the part, 1 week hanging out at the store, I hope), and now they have a sign posted on their door stating they are closed due to flooding. No one has called me. I cant leave a message for somebody to get back to me since the voicemail is full. I just have to drive by everyday to see if they have reopened yet... Im not generally one to leave reviews, good or bad, I just really want my phone and money back so I can take it somewhere that will maybe pretend they want my business.

Ive been in this store 5 times in the last 2 months. The first time was to fix a cracked screen and ever since they touched my phone Ive had problem after problem. Nice guys, but wouldnt recommend.
