Dude has had my phone for a few months now and took the money upfront won’t answer calls and when my son goes by there, they say he isn’t there. I’m about to get real mad! There should be no reason why you have my phone that long and it not be fixed. I want the money back and my phone so I can buy another. But he is hiding or bs’n for some reason. Worse place ever

I went to this place yesterday after I sat up here and sat my phone on the sink when it fell and started glitching, he told me the main problem was I had a lil bit of water damage which shocked me because I never knew, no it wasn’t water in the sink but when he showed me I was willing to pay for everything no question asked. He fixed my screen and fixed the water damage. DO NOT SECOND GUESS THIS PLACE I DO NOT CARE, I highly recommend going here to get your phone fixed

They are really bad they take parts from your phone. I took two phones there because the screen broke and they I got them back and so they stoped turning on. So I decided to go with someone one else and they told me there was parts missing.

I took them my Samsung Galaxy s8+ so they could fix a broken screen and when they fixed it they broke the back glass on it and didnt even put the front screen on right there was a corner lifted up so that same day I took it back and they said they fixed it and to come back next friday so they could fix the glass on the back. That was on a Saturday and Monday afternoon my nephew dropped it in a puddle and water got in it so I took it to them thathat same day (monday) and they said they would do water treatment on it and I would call them and they would never have any awnsers and they would tell me they were gonna call back but never did and I live a long way so I cant go there so often and after 2 weeks they told me that the the water fried everything and the phone had no repar and that I lost everything I had on it all my pictures, videos etc. And didnt even take any responsibility for anything, my argument is Im not blaming it all on them but they should at least take responsibility and have given me at least half of my money back for not repairing it as it should be because it it was well repaired nothing wouldve happened to the phone.
