Oh lord what a blessing this place was! I woke up completely late for work because my phones battery has been failing me for some time. Money has been tight for some time so changing a battery was something I put on the back burner due to the insane rates that places have for changing them, but this place saved me a pretty penny! The wonderful associate, whose name I believe was Edgar, was such an angel to both myself and my girlfriend. He changed my battery out in no time and for such an unbeatable price! Would definitely recommend coming here for any and all phone needs since, let’s face it, these have been challenging times. God bless Edgar!

I blacked out at the lake and my phone somehow got ran over. The next morning I presented you my shattered/ran over phone and I believe his name was EDGAR, took my phone in even though you guys were busier than bees pollinating a honeysuckle. He fixed my phone and it works like NEW!!!!! Will definitely recommend the EXCELLENT customer service to all my family and friends. He was a very handsome sweet man, maybe for my daughter. LOL!!!!

Drove 3 hours from a rural town to okc to have an iPhone screen and an iPad screen replaced. The iPhone screen didn’t work within days. Lines on the screen, slowly the screen popped up and detached itself. I took it back they replaced it. (Free of charge) within a month the screen detached again. They did replace it for me again. (Free) within two weeks the phone screen started detaching again, I this time used my insurance for my phone and just replaced the phone. Driving 3 hours one way to have a screens replaced once a month wasn’t worth it, free or not. The iPad screen was taped down when they gave it back to me. They assured me it was just to keep the screen down at first. It had a solid case on it, since it was for my kids. I took the case of a few months later and the screen was detached in the corner they had placed tape. Within weeks of that the screen slowly began to show lines across it and turn grey. Soon the screen stopped working. I didn’t bother taking back to have them fix, living hours away it wasn’t worth my trip for this low quality of service and product. I would not recommend taking anything here to be replaced.

They were quick and friendly and did a great job. Comparable prices! Hopefully won’t have to use their services again, but I would definitely recommend them if my screen needs replaced

They replaced my wifes screen 6 months ago, came with a warranty. A year later, due to a unrelated incident, the bottom half of the screen didnt work (wasnt from them replacing the screen). Even though she was a month past warranty, they fixed her phone for free. Highly recommend for all phone repair!

A HUGE thumbs up for Rolo at their shop in Penn Square Mall. 1st - excellent communication! We were texting the entire time about my phone, price, appointment, changed the appointment and Rolo was fine with that - and he was very kind and knowledgeable. I brought in my Galaxy Note8 on Friday, 8-28-20, and Rolo told me it would be about an hour. I went back to 911 Phone Repairs kiosk in Penn Square Mall, and Rolo told me that right before he took my phone apart he decided to take of the screen saver glass - and THAT WAS ALL! A complete savings of $200! We both had a good laugh about it, there was no charge, and again, Rolo spent about 30 minutes with me texting. I will recommend Rolo and 911 Phone repair to everyone that I know that needs a phone fixed.

Got a battery replacement for my iPhone 7 and it didn’t even last a year. It can only have a maximum capacity of 82%. It’s better just to go straight to Apple and pay for genuine parts and service. Don’t take the receipt until your 100% sure the got the job done right, they have a sly disclaimer stating they’re not responsible for what they did one you take your receipt.

They always do a great job of repairing my phone with a quick turnaround. Even better, they are just great people. The best place to go to in OKC for phone repairs that is very cost effective.

Amazing service! $149 for an IPhone X lcd screen replacement plus screen protector install. It took less than 30 minutes for them to repair my phone. The screen protector they put on is a nice glass protector so the phone still feels natural unlike a lot of other screen protectors. Definitely recommend

Definitely the place to go in an emergency and don’t have your phone backed up because even if you have apple care, yea it’ll only be $99 but Apple will just give you a new phone if the back is cracked so you could lose a lot of stuff.

I had also opted for something that was more expensive but they were honest and did the cheaper service that was only absolutely necessary which i am grateful for!

I have a Samsung Note 9 and my screen was cracked so bad that I couldnt use the touch without the pen. I called lots of places but 911 Cell Phone Repair had the best price and they ordered new parts rather than it being used.. It only took about 40 minutes for them to repair my screen. When it was finished I paid and they told me about the 90 day warranty they have. The gentlemen there were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely use them with my future needs. Ive had my iPhone screen replaced twice now through this mall kiosk and I wish I had just gone through Apple. The quality of the screens that they use for replacement are low-quality. The first time it cracked within the first couple of days (past the screen protector) and the screen started to mess up. I got the screen replaced (not covered by warranty so I paid another $100) and then now, about a month later, Ive woken up and the screen has cracked overnight on the charger and is no longer responding. Im not sure how I could even prove that to be the case from my last interaction with the staff there to get my screen replaced. Just pay the $279 to replace it at Apple or a verified service provider, its not worth it to have to come back here for multiple repairs.

I ran up to Penn square mall yesterday because Apple told me they were taking walk-ins I have a business phone I live by my phone well I get there And they run around in circles doing everything but helping me I tried everything to buy the part I would fix it myself they would not help me walking out of the mall I see a booth says 911 Cell Phone Repair I asked the guy hey do you work on cell phones He said yes but the mall closes in 10 minutes what’s going on I explain to him what Apple did to me and he says man we’re not gonna have that let me see your phone can you give me 20 minutes or as long as it takes till I get it fixed that’s the kind of business I want to spend my money with

Awesome experience. I dropped off my iPhone 6s with them. They said about 30 minutes. Took 25. They opened up the phone replaced the LCD and the screen discovered my charging port was broken. So for 125 I got it all fixed with a screen protector. What will make me go back is the advice after. I had no idea thy after market chargers fried ports. They were awesome definitely will be back if I break my screen again! :)

911 cel phone repair is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and welcoming. My iPhone is charging with laptop and car but not with wall charger. They could figure out that the phone has some IC problem but could not fix it. They replaced the charging port to fix it and it didn’t help. They did not charge me any money for that. I wish they could repair it or suggest some other shop to repair the problem.

Do not trust What they tell you about warranties or quality of the phone screens they put on. Got the insanely durable phone screen, or at least I was told it was, only to have the screen break within two months just by falling on the floor.

These people gave me a terrible experience!!! They didn’t fix my screen correctly . So I come back to get it fixed and they try to charge me $130.00 and would not budge. I truly think they are racist and the guy with the big hair was extremely rude . It may have not been racism but I truly felt taken advantage of and would not let it happen a second time .
