Multiple Cameras, Front Door Camera, and an automatic door lock that can be opened with a code and/or opened from my phone remotely. Matt and Nick were on time, very professional, and very knowledgeable. They were able to get my system up and running in half a day! We walked in their show room to see if our system needed an update to be monitored, and walked out maybe 15 minutes later with an appointment scheduled to get everything set up. Our system was already compatible, so setup did not take long at all. Chris got us up and running quickly, and went over step-by-step processes for using the alarm panels and app. He was really good at explaining everything in a way we could understand, very polite and professional. We were in the market for a home security system. We had about 4 companies that we were going to look into and ran across two of them at a home and garden show. So we figured we would see what they had to offer. We talked to Chris with Security Options and was impressed with what he had to offer and his knowledge of their equipment. We talked to the other company and weren’t as impressed with his presentation so we set up an appointment for Security Options to do a walk through at our home. Jason did our walk through and asked what we were wanting with our system, he made suggestions and we agreed on system components for a quote. The day of install Jason was here, introduced the install team, reviewed the locations for devices with me and the team. They made sure everything was in 100% working order and I was comfortable with everything before they left. And when they left you couldn’t tell they had been here. I had the doorbell camera and 4 surveillance cameras installed and added my alarm system to the package with the capability of arming and disarming with mobile app. Installation went very well and they were on time. Cameras are hardly noticeable and everything is working great. I would recommend this company if you are looking for cameras or security.

Great service! Since the initial inquiry, I knew that I made the right choice contacting this company for security installation service. I was provided with several security options including cameras. They worked with me to setup an installation date during the crazy winter storm. On the date of installation, the installation crew Mike and Nick were on time and worked many hours to assure that the installation was done correct and educated me on how to use the system. This is by far was the best company I’ve done business with in regards to an alarm system and cameras. I had first talk to Chris and Jason who were extremely nice and informative!! Security options dispatched Mike and Jake, they showed up on time between their scheduled time, wearing masks also! They showed us everything, went over everything and cleaned up their mess. Mike and Jake even went out of their way to get us an electronic door lock even though they didn’t have it on their truck!! Someone from the office came out within an hour and installed it!! The cameras they installed were a basic camera, but don’t be fooled by “basic” these are some high quality basic cameras, high resolution even at night!! We switched from vivint and there is no comparison to security options. If anything goes wrong at any time, no matter what time. They will come out free of charge, service calls for anything that goes wrong that isn’t your fault is free!!! On top of everything else, the customer service and office staff are top notch friendly. I’m just disappointed I didn’t find these guys sooner!! Thanks security options for providing a top notch service and protecting my family in case anything happens which we hope won’t!!

Worked with Chris and Jason in the office to setup initial appointment to have them take a look at an existing alarm system. Mike and Jake came to do the install and ran into a small issue with the landline. Exceptional customer service! Exceptional installation! In February 2018 I had a camera system installed in my home. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the installation and with how helpful the technicians were with answering our questions. Since then we have had no problems and have used our system literally every day. We have also had to change internet providers a few times, and have upgraded phones several times since our installation. Every time I simply called and a technician remotely connected our camera back to the internet and was able to tell me exactly what to do to to install the app on my phone. Overall I HIGHLY recommend security options and will never go anywhere else for my security needs!
