This company is horrible to deal with. I have spent HOURS on the phone being transferred between Protect your home and ADT corporate. All I wanted to do initially was move my services from one apartment to a new apartment. The new apartment is literally across the parking lot. I had an appointment scheduled for a technician to come and move my equipment and set it up in the new apartment. He never showed up. I call to find out why, and learn that my appointment was cancelled due to a reason than NO ONE could answer. Protect your home / defender refused to help me and reschedule my appointment. Every time they transferred me to corporate, the rep at corporate told me I had to go through defender. So it’s just been one huge mess of a circle goi back and forth. Truly regret using this company. They are a bunch of crooks. To anyone looking into a security system, GO ELSEWHERE!!! Do not use this crooked company!!!!!!!

Aaron, our system installer, arrived on time and immediately took an interest in properly protecting our home. He listen to our concerns, asked us questions along the way as to what we thought were vulnerable spots to the homes protection, and offered his professional advice as well. Aaron was very knowledgeable on the systems ADT offered and we agreed upon a solution to all of our concerns. The actually install was very professionally accomplished and we are extremely pleased with the system we have installed. All the features of our system was thoroughly explained by Aaron, and tested and demonstrated until we had no further questions. Great job by Aaron!

When I signed up for service, I was told I would receive a gift card as a reimbursement for the installation cost (which is a promotional offer) when I called on December 5, 2017. They said I would receive it before Christmas. It is now February 5, 2018, and I still havent received it. I called them about it, and they just give me the run around. So dont believe you will actually receive this promotion.Also, during the installation, the install guy said that he wouldnt feel safe if his wife or girlfriend had the security setup I had chosen. I guess they rely heavily on pressure sales tactics. The guy eventually backed off after I received a phone call from my dad saying he was stopping by. The install guy was able to get everything installed as I wanted it and answered all of my questions.

Bait and switch, tech replaced the panel first then said the plan I wanted was not available. This appears to be their tactic. I told them to take the equipment out, just the panel. Of course, they cannot hook up the old panel because it is not their equipment. Tech was fine, he was put in a bad spot. The supervisor would not speak w/ me when I asked.I am fine w/ ADT, just not this dealer.

The installation went well, no complications or problems. Our installer was very professional, knowledgeable and very proficient. Had a really nice personality.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. From the blase’ phone call to inquire about pricing and being told it would be $99 for installation and $27.99 a month for the basic security I was looking for ..after TWO hours of the tech Lee being there he wanted to go into a sales pitch that wound up putting me in a weird position of choosing between different packages with the lowest going to be two payments of $400 with the first amount being due right then. The “equipment” I was quoted over the phone was not “up to par” for the protection I needed so now they wanted me to make 4 payments of $380 for the equipment that would best suit a small rental house and would be $52.99 for three years. The guy even did a corny “call” to his manager to get me a “good deal” which was so rehearsed it almost seemed like a horrible nightmare I was in. 5 hours later Lee left my home.. then the following day I get a “do you want to give a survey call” and when I start going Into my horrible review and experience the lady says “huh alright” and hangs up the phone on me. DO NOT GET SCAMMED by this company. It is not what they advertise and they are low life douche bags who want a nice commission check. I’d rather keep my 9 under my pillow knowing it won’t scam me then do any business with this company.

The installer did an amazing job explaining everything to us, pointing out areas of concern, all of the differences in the equipment, explaining how everything works, etc. He is fantastic at his job!
