Israel did a great job repairing our system. He was on time and was very nice and courteous. We were pleased with the service we received.

The entire process was handled professionally, and with great courtesy as well as respect for property. Sandra did an outstanding job assessing my needs, and providing a plan for my services. Austin was at my home for 14 hours, without leaving for any kind of break. He worked the entire time, and found great solutions to some very challenging architectural issues with the house. Anthony was here for a portion of the evening, and also did an excellent job of solving some challenges! Both of these young men were beyond courteous and polite. I am happy to highly recommend Alert 360!

Very thorough and caring . We asked a lot of questions and he had the answers. He spent time explaining our alarm system even though weve had it for about a year and half. We didnt know where the sensors all were and he showed us. Nice young man.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable.The sales department get ⭐️.Due to the fact that they said they needed to send a technician out ($150 svc fee) to my house because three of my sensors were setting my alarm off. Turned out to be untrue due to the fact that I have not had a LAN line to report the problem in over 8 years AND I do not have the cell phone contract.Draw your own conclusions. 👎🏼

Our experience with Alert360 has been great. Our technician arrived on time when he was scheduled and didn’t leave until the job was complete. Ariel was very knowledgeable and helpful the whole time he was here. He explained how to use the system very thoroughly. The system is great and staff very professional. Alert360 can customize your system to be as integrated as you want it to be. I also love how user friendly it is. Overall we are very pleased. Always very helpful.

Absolutely the worst business I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Nothing they installed ever worked correctly and they will attempt to force you into a long term contract that you will have to honor even if you move from the residence where your alarm system was initially installed. Avoid this company!

Alert 360/Guardian Security, have been with this company for about 20 yrs. This service was to update my system because 3G will not be available after March of 2022. Technician was on time, courteous, professional. Went to work right away, completed the install and fully checked the complete system to ensure all was working as needed. As usual completely satisfied.

Greg, the technician, called fifteen minutes before arriving to make sure it was a good time for us. I asked that he call when he was in the driveway, so I could put our dogs outside. He called when he was in the driveway as I had asked. He wore a mask into our house and used sanitizer. He was polite, friendly and professional the entire time he was in our home. He fixed the keypad and taught me how to do a few tasks I had not figured out on my own. We bought this house and kept the same security system the previous owners had, and I am sure glad we did. I have cancelled my policy 5-7 times with this company. They refuse to answer my emails and continue to bill me. Im now up to $350+ in fees because they have not cancelled my services. My contract is over and was over so that has nothing to do with this. Theres not much protection for consumers and I will start with this review along with multiple emails I have already sent and will continue to fight for the right thing to be done. Sad businesses think they can do this to people.

Excellent home security company! Had Austin, a technician, come out to our house today for a medical alert pendant activation and he showed up on time, clean, kind, polite and courteous. He took his time and explained everything to us. Even replaced our old Guardian signs with Alert 360 signs without me asking. Also gave us additional window stickers. Kudos also to Mr. Cunningham in the sales department. Great communication and listened to all my questions and was able to give me all the answers, which is very important. Alert 360 allows for someone to afford a medical alert pendant without breaking the bank. 5 stars with top-notch service!!!!
