Not impressed with the services we received. I believe it was clay who pierced my sons ears. This was the most expensive place for regular ear piercings. So you would expect that the service would be great.I should have stopped him when my son was nervous but he was slightly rude and said that there are no refunds. So there’s no refunds on a $100 piercing and the materials that he opened are just a few bucks? And then my sons piercings came out uneven as well. I regret ever coming here!

Clayton was super nice and very professional. He understood what I was wanting and was willing to work with me to make it happen. He guided me through the process so I wouldnt be so nervous and was very supportive. He was very gentle and the piercing did not hurt as much as expected. Im a big baby when it comes to this stuff and he was very kind about it all. My piercings look great!

I called a few places for my 14 year old daughter to get her nostril pierced and Clayton stood out to me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and very responsive to my phone call and texts. This has probably been one of the best experiences when coming in for a piercing I’ve ever had. Clayton helped me decided which jewelry would be perfect for my philtrum (Medusa) piercing (since I’m pretty indecisive sometimes) and he made sure that when marking the spot for the piercing, it was completely centered instead of just eyeballing it like I’ve had happened before!I’ll definitely be coming back for future piercings.

Clayton pierced my 7 year old daughters ears along with my upper lip. Both experiences were awesome. He was patient and kind with my daughter who was extremely nervous and even wanted to back out at one point. He explained everything to her and took the time to let her build up the courage to go through with it. I will be going back to him for any future piercings!

I tried to call them and ask how much a piercing would be and when they finally answered they said “please stop calling me” very rude do not recommend. If the owner doesn’t want to be interrupted while being pierced maybe you should put the phone on silent since you didn’t plan on answering anyways or instead of answering with “please stop calling me” try something nicer. A “sorry I’m busy I’ll call you right back” would’ve worked great. There’s this thing called customer service and I’d feel like you’d know what that was considering you are a “one man operation” !!!!

Finally a piercing/tattoo place on the south side of OKC. My daughter got her cartilage pierced. Clay was very professional, very knowledgeable and educated on the piercing process and on how to care for the after piercing. This place is very clean as well. Would recommend this place to anyone!

A few months ago he pierced my daughters nose. I was impressed by him so much that last week we went back and he pierced my nose and my daughters belly button. I couldnt of asked for a better person to do it. Hes very nice and makes you feel comfortable. Just wish I would of found him years ago.

He pierced my conch and my helix today, he was fantastic. He makes sure that it perfect and that you like before piercing you. I was going to get a daith but he made sure to inform me about it before getting it. Would definitely recommend and would go to again!

I am so happy I went to a experienced piercer instead of Claire’s, my daughters 5 & 7 years old got their ears pierced by him and he was so gentle and kind to my girls made them feel comfortable and talked them through each step. He also pierced my nose and it was very fast and did not hurt. I love the way my nose piercing and my girls ear piercing turned out. It was a great experience. Very friendly and kind. Had my right labret pierced and he was fast and gave me clear instructions on how to care for it. Clayton did amazing on my medusa piercing! I used to have a medusa that was off centered so I let it heal closed and came to Zoos to get it redone and Clayton totally pierced it perfectly! Got my daith done. Nice place and people. They were pretty busy when I got there but got to everyone as quick as possible, dealt with each individual like they mattered, took the time to explain everything and answered any questions anyone had. I just wished if you got two *separate* & *very different* piercings done then youd get two cans of piercing aftercare instead of just one. Other than that, I highly recommend.

This is the BEST piercing experience I’ve ever had! And this is my 10th piercing. I am visiting OKC from Boston, MA and decided last minute to get my helix pierced with my sister in-law. Not only was Clay super thorough and sanitary, but he was also super kind an patient. My sister in-law only speaks Portuguese and he was very patient while I translated everything for her, and he even made a few jokes to calm her nerves. I’ve never met a more kind piercer, and for sure will be back on my next trip! Thank you so much!

I went here for my nose piercing about two weeks ago. I absolutely love it. This is the third time I’ve had my nose pierced so naturally I had scar tissue. After doing the piercing, I kind of lost color in my face and got a bit dizzy. After telling him I felt sick, he let me sit down as long as I needed, and gave me a bottle of water. He was calming through the whole process and an added bonus is he used a threadless piece of jewelry for my nose which ensures the piercing to not fall out. Will definitely be going back for any other piercings.

I would definitely give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that my septum piercing is crooked and it’s quite noticeable. It was a really nice shop but now I’m out $85+ for something that looks like I got it done in the middle school bathroom in between classes.

Clay seemed exhausted when I went into his shop. I can understand, as it being night we all get tired. But for him to constantly rub his eyes with his gloves is a whole different situation. When I asked him about his sanitation procedures he told me to accept it or leave. I didn’t get my piercing. I won’t take a chance.

I got my nipples pierced and Clay treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. He spent a long time to make sure they were correctly placed and how I wanted them. I can not recommend him higher! I will be back for any other piercing needs.

I got my tongue pierced for $70 exactly a week ago and at first I loved it and now I’m embarrassed to stick out my tongue or show it off. It’s crooked! I was confused why he had me lay down and he was piercing me, standing to my right. I’m not a piercer but I found it weird that he didn’t pierce me facing me. It’s pretty obvious that it’s crooked and the hole is big so even if I do get it re-pierced, the hole will be there. He was rushing for some reason. I didn’t even get his name... I’m very disappointed. Think twice before coming here.

I took my daughter in for their Friday the 13th specials and was ecstatic to see it was Zoos from my prior piercings many ears ago. He is the most thorough piercer I have met. Sanitation is his 1st priority and then customer service is his second. He walks you through each step and next thing you know your are looking at what to pierce next. I ended with a double helix and my daughter got her helix with a pretty hoop. She also got to see the art work on the wall and knows where to go for her next piercing at 18 and her first tattoo!!! I went into the new shop to get one of my ear piercings that had closed up a bit, redone. The place itself was incredibly clean.
