Super easy earring piercing. Piercing was free with purchase of starter earrings. My daughter didnt seem to feel it at all, and they pierced both at the same time (by two employees).

The attendant was super helpful and not pushy or over bearing. They have a good selection of jewellery and not too expensive! Depending on what you want, i just got two dainty 10k gold chains but overall great experience

Terrible! half a hole is left in my sisters ear! she’s not even holey😇 but seriously, this place was extremely bad. the lady couldn’t get the piercing through with a gun the first time and proceeded to try twice more. then, she took 20+ minutes and didn’t even offer a cash/card refund (only a gift card). literally ridiculous

Wish I could give 0 stars. Got a gift card here for an ear piercing (ps just get a gift card for a professional shop/tattoo shop if you’re looking for a gift) and came to get my ears pierced - only for the lady to first not get the needle in at all, then say sorry I’ve never used this type before (meaning wasn’t trained to use that specific ear gun I guess, huge red flag) then proceed to try to get it to go again only for it to pierce half way through - now my ears bleeding with half a hole in it. Told her to forget about it, and am now on my way to 23rd street to fix this mess. Sucks too because it was a gift card so couldn’t get a cash refund.
