Larry was amazing to work with! We have been looking for the perfect bed for our master bedroom for a couple of months now, but really didn’t know exactly what we wanted. He helped us find the perfect one, AND he even told us how we could style the bed in the fall/winter months and the spring/summer months. Best shopping experience we have had in a long time. I will be back for more furniture soon!

We purchased a dresser and a table and chairs, and we are very impressed with the quality and the careful manner in which it was delivered. In our experience with other companies we have often had items arrive damaged. It was refreshing to have our items arrive in excellent condition and have them set up so carefully. The construction is solid and the finishes are beautiful and durable. These are forever pieces. I should add that the designer who helped us with our selections, Michael, was excellent and went above and beyond what I would have expected, and he seemed to really understand the look and feel we were going for.Our only complaint is that it took quite a long time to receive these items, but as that is the case with every quality furniture company due to covid delays, we do not fault Ethan Allen. Its just something to plan for when shopping for furniture in 2021. Theses items were worth the wait. Thanks for an all around good experience.

I’m not sure I can fully express how thrilled my husband and I are with the quality of everything we’ve gotten from Ethan Allen. From rugs, drapes and furniture it has all surpassed our expectations. Also, in terms of surpassing expectations, Michael Poczos is the absolute best! Not only is he a marvelous designer but he had the rare ability to put you at ease and make the process fun. Numerous times he came after hours to help me with framing pictures or helping me put the finishing touches on rooms. There was one room I was a bit nervous about and he kept reassuring me it would be great. He was right!! It’s my favorite room now! Trust him you won’t be disappointed.

Our custom sofa was ordered through our local store and came in months ahead of schedule. The quality is very nice and we love it.

Larry Salazar, at Ethan Allen in OKC, has mastered the art of home interior inspiration.I had several special order items and upholstery projects; each required careful attention to detail. Larry confirmed each fabric, contrast fabric for welt (both pillows and chairs), pillow insert or cushion type, and wood finishes via detailed invoice prior to final approval and submission.Larry communicated order and work progress details promptly throughout the project. I’m loyal to Ethan Allen for the craftsmanship and quality of the furniture. I’m loyal to Larry for his professionalism.

My new sofa may just be my favorite Ethan Allen acquisition to date. Thanks to designer Brooke Ryan and the entire staff at the Okc design center. Their professionalism and expertise always make for a pleasurable furniture buying experience.

We highly recommend this store. After we bought our home In 2014, we met with Michael, the store manager, and hit it off immediately. He’s was a great listener and came with many beautiful options. His experience with design and color theory is strong. Four years later, we decided to remodel our home and did not hesitate to go back. He not only helped redesign our master bedroom with beautiful furniture, he helped pick out tile and paint colors for the rest of the house. It turned out well and we couldnt be happier.In summary, Michael goes the extra mile! He went above and beyond in so many ways. Horrible. I bought approximately $15000 of furniture. The color of the entertainment center clashes with the wall and ruins the rest of the look of the furniture and Ethan Allen wouldn’t even try to come of with a solution. So much for customer happiness and customer service.

Designer Brooke Ryan was a great help to me in deciding on the styles and finishes of dining room and breakfast nook tables. I love what we chose and am thoroughly pleased. I love the tables! One is a robins egg blue color and the dining table (Miller) is finished in English Toffee. Gorgeous! And customer service has been outstanding. They called me to let me know theyd found an imperfection in the breakfast nook table and it would be arriving at a later date. Thoroughly pleased with my Ethan Allen experience.

I was shopping for the perfect chair and working with designer Allison Lowe. She is amazing!! She impressed me so much that the chair pretty much turned into a new living room. She is no pressure, so easy to work with and she genuinely listens to what it is you want. I would and do recommend Allison to anyone looking for help with their design needs.

Ive bought from Ethan Allen before, so I know to expect stellar service and quality. The experience in the Oklahoma City location was no exception. Susan and Michael were consummate professionals; Susan left us to browse instead of hovering over us. Yet she checked back in with us from time to time. Once we got our bearings she helped us zero in on what would work best for us. She then enlisted Michael to do some quick computer layouts of our space so we could better visualize how our furniture would look in the space we have. What a fantastic service! We relied heavily on Susans design sense and pulled together a small sectional with contrasting pillows, an ottoman, and a rug for our TV room. This was an excellent experience from start to finish! Yes, we are spending a lot of money on this furniture, but the assistance we received (and the quality we will get) make it totally worth it. I highly recommend Michael and Susan at Ethan Allen in OKC!

Very slow and unprofessional. If you have months to wait then this is your store. Excuses are COVID and shipping delays.. Very disappointed in Ethan Allen. Will never shop there again.

My experience with Ethan Allen was absolutely wonderful. My designer Susan Randal was knowledgeable and fantastic. Alll of the employees even down to the delivery service were really great. There was a small snag on my couch cushion and it was replaced immediately without issue. There was a spot on my leather chair and the whole chair was replaced. I absolutely love my furniture and will shop there in the future

I custom ordered counter bar stools. Even though it took forever.....they are lovely! Brooke my sales person was wonderful to work with, very experienced, great communication and nice customer service experience.

This is a review of my experience with Alicia Zupan, one of the designers at this location. Alicia is a great designer who, after talking to us and coming to our home, quickly got to know our design preferences and gives us excellent ideas and advice. She never tries to oversell us on things, always works within our budget, and uses space efficiently. Alicia is very responsive to questions we have through the entire process. We are always pleasantly surprised by how quickly she pulls design plans together after our initial discussions. Alicia never pressures us to move ahead with purchases before we are ready, but will also let us know if items we had discussed in the past are going on sale. Once we are ready to make purchases, she gets the order in very quickly; everything on her end is done in a time-efficient manner. We have the impression she just treats her clients the way she would want to be treated, and she is absolutely the nicest person and a first-class designer!
