No exchanges or returns on hot tools unless it’s a factory defect. Accidentally purchased the wrong size iron and didn’t open it or anything, now I’m stuck with it. I’ve been shopping here for years and previously I did end up with an item with factory defect and I was only able to receive store credit for it, so I had to wait a week or so for another item to ship in. These policies are ridiculous and impractical, it seems like a trap to customers for no good reason.

Every time I come in staff is very helpful and friendly. I come to this location every time because of it.

They carry great products, customer service is excellent, and this store is always playing good music when I shop.
