I didnt even have to go into the store to find out how rude these people were. I literally made a google account JUST to leave this review. Ive worn wigs for 8 years now so i know what Im talking about when i talk about them. I called and asked if they carried large cap wigs to which i was told there is no such thing that wigs dont come in sizes. I was dumbfounded because if you go any wig place online you can sort through petite, average and large cap wigs- not all heads are the same size like another store told me that wigs are one size fits all :| Thats crazy to even think that. Bottom line- if youre in the wig business and you dont know that they come in difference sizes you should probably get out of the wig business.

The owner is as abrasive as they come. Straight up RUDE. But the place is conveniently located and the inventory is extensive so if you can take a deep breath and ignore that nasty creature you will find some great products! Good luck!

Ok so Googled nail supplies store and got this place. No nail supplies lol but the guy behind the counter was super friendly and told me right where I needed to go. Except it was just press ons. So I ended up leaving empty handed. However if you need any hair supplies they got it.

I am very disappointed that an owner would allow their employee to be rude and inconsiderate. My mom has been losing her hair which can make anyone feel insecure about themselves she went in to try and find a wig and the lady working was very unfriendly. I completely understand COVID and they won’t let you try them on but instead of making someone feel insignificant and like it’s not your problem maybe give suggestions of where else she could go or other options. When I called to speak with the owner she never apologized and just made excuses. Customer Service really does go along way. Just be considerate. We will not be going back here. There are plenty of other places to find a wig that will make my mom feel as beautiful as the person she is.

They was very nice when I came in the store and greeted me. Asked me if i needed any help with anything. Check out was smooth, quick and had a conversation with me.

The owner of the Store an older Asian lady advised me to use some hair growth products saying she had spots in her hair and the hair growth oil will help my hair grow she said all of this while I was with my Man and this lady acted as if she was genuinely giving me advise on how to thicken my hair without my consent.I never asked her opinion about my hair.She made a remark use this product “So your hair will be Thick”My guy whom is sporting a Bald Cut playfully asked her should he use the hair growth oil she told Him no you look good laughing and tapping his Arm” This Old Ash Lady had the nerves to flirt with my guy who happen to be very satisfied with my Head.All I can say the service here is rude and my Human Hair Shake and Go lace front sheds a lot of Hair...Run ladies!

If this place could get no stars from me that would be great. So I go into this store on 7/1/17. The fourth is coming up. So I figured get some red white and blue hair for me and my girls. You know, feeling patriotic!! I found some hair, grabbed some beads and went to check out. Saw some edge control graded that at the front. Walk out, security sensor beep. We go back and try it again and it beeped again. So my husband goes back in to have it checked. She says she wants to check my purse. Umm no. So she stated shell call the police. I politely told her to go ahead and Ill wait. Saying shes not trying to accuse me just want to check. Like I said you are accusing me so give me a refund and call the police. Finally a younger lady comes over and tells me to go ahead and go. Why because once theyre called youll have that embarrassing moment?! Dont worry I will not be back there. Went in happy; came out pissed and stereotyped. Ill stay in Edmond where class belongs. I urge you to look at your video, then get with me on addressing that formal apology to me and my husband.

I was visiting my daughter, (BJF) about 30 miles from OKC and I called the store to check some prices for hair. The lady rudely cut me off and said come in and look we have lots of hair. I tried to explain that I did not want to drive 60 or 70 miles just to look and I only needed a prices range for 22 to 24 hair. She rudely interrupted me again and said they did not give out prices over the phone. I was so stunned at her disrespectful reply that I said nothing as I was in shock. After several seconds the store employee asked me if I was still there. I replied, I will do business elsewhere. There is no need to for such poor customer service and I will shop elsewhere. I STRONGLY encourage other people to NOT tolerate this behavior at Seven Beauty. Take your money and your business where you are greeted pleasantly and spoken to in a kind and professional manner. It is a shame that people of color are subjected to this treatment from people who do not respect our culture yet profit richly from our dollars.

I am very familiar with basic customer service from working in retail for years. Maybe this has put my expectations as a customer higher than they should be, but I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in a store, i was almost in tears when I left.I came into this store looking for hair extensions after I did some research on places that sell human hair in the OKC area. I am very familiar with hair extensions and have even made and sewn my own hair extensions. That being said, I like to do them myself rather than go to a salon to have them done. I also like to buy them in store rather than online because I like to see them in person before I buy them. Let me point out that I’m a white female with blonde hair, and this store carries mostly ethnic hair supplies, wigs, and weaves. When I walked in, there wasn’t really any clear signage indicating where things were and everything seemed pretty sporadic and unorganized. There is no way anyone would be able to walk into this store and quickly find exactly what they are looking for without assistance. But neither of the 2 employees offered to help me even though I was the ONLY customer in the store, and after several minutes wandering around, the employees started talking loudly amongst each other about issues one of them had during a previous shift – talking about another employee and mentioning someone “cussing”. From working retail before, I know that it’s considered unprofessional to talk about work related issues in front of customers, but I wasn’t surprised by this. What I WAS surprised by was how I was responded to after I finally went up to the counter and asked for help. (For better understanding, I was looking to buy a small set of clip in hair extensions or possibly single wefts to use in a ponytail. I already own a set of hair extensions that are perfect for my hair when it’s down but I wanted to get a thinner, longer set to clip into my ponytail to make it thicker and longer. I found an online hair tutorial showing how to use clip in extensions in a ponytail.) So I asked the lady at the front if they sold single weft clip in hair extensions and she told me that they didn’t. No big deal - I would just buy a package instead. It was pretty clear she wasn’t going to ask me any questions about what type of style I was going for to try and help me any further, but I took the time to explain what I was looking for to her anyway, hoping she would offer some suggestions/expand on what they carried or at least SHOW me the types they did have. Instead, she told me I COULDN’T use clip ins for ponytails….as if I didn’t know what I really needed. I should also add that all the clip in extensions were behind the counter so I could not see or touch them unless she handed them to me. She was literally NOT showing them to me even though I was clearly wanting to see them! I was embarrassed and frustrated, I felt like she genuinely wanted me to leave instead of taking the time to show me what they had. Since she wasn’t showing me anything, I had to keep asking questions so I asked her what the longest length they had in clip ins was - and she told me 22 inches, but still didn’t offer to show them to me. My voice was starting to get a little shaky because I felt like such a burden to her. I said “I just wasn’t sure which blonde shades you carried” hoping she would take some of them down for me to see them or help color match me...but she just sat there and stared at me before pointing up to them and saying “you’re looking at them...”. At that point I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed that I had to leave the store. Both employees watched me, very clearly upset, walk all the way out of the store and never said another word to me. This review doesn’t even do the real situation justice, her body language and tone towards me are unexplainable. I’m still in awe about the unprofessionalism and RUDENESS of this retail staff. Employees not wanting to help is one thing, but employees who literally push you out the door by making you feel so uncomfortable is a completely different story.

They have great hair products but I dont like the way they treat every black person that comes into the store. Not everyone is a thief, thug, or hood rat, which is how society labels all black people. Not every black person has a record and even if they do it doesnt always mean you are a bad person. Ive been going there at least 10 years and they still watch my every move. First of all I work fulltime and make at least 3000.00 a month in healthcare so if I cant buy a 30.00 dollar wig then I dont need the Damn thing.
