Great place, will be going back again.I bought my synthetic wig here and the hair didnt tangle up and fly away as much as I thought it would as it did with a previous wig from a different store. My wig came with baby hair (thank God) and its so soft, beautifully long, and breathable. They had so many wig options I had to remind myself to just get one (for a party I was attending). I personally knew what I wanted and didnt need assistance, but I overheard conversations with a customer and 2 employees while I waited and they were delightful. Very helpful.

The people who work here are very rude, even after being a loyal customer on several occasions, they would not allow me to return or exchange two unopened and unused items. The multiple signs of this are misleading and the original receipt says something totally different. Friendly staff and great selection

One of my fav hair stores on the northwest side of OKC. They are always so nice in there and have quite a bit of a selection of everything beauty!!! And their prices arent too bad.

This store always has what I need. They have a a pretty good variety of products and braiding hair. The lady that works the register is always so nice and polite. I keep going there mostly because of her and her great customer service!So my experience from the beginning of the year has changed and I will never shop at this store again. I went to exchange some hair for a different color and when I went to tell them I would keep what I had, she says well we cant take this one cause its open, it has tape on it. I did not see that before she said it, I didnt even take the hair out of the shopping bag, I told her well I didnt open it, if I opened I wouldnt try to bring it back (KNOWING THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK) then she says well I cant take that one, I said I just told you Im going to keep it. The point is I dont know if they opened it because they didnt want to do the exchange or if they just do that to some of their products knowing the customer wont notice unless they try to bring it back and they show them. So you might want to check the ends of your hair bags to make sure its not neatly folded, with a piece of scotch looking tape on it ( something I dont even have).

Friendly. Helpful. Never a racist experience and they started hiring brown ppl. My total respect oh...and ALWAYS have what I need.

Love this place wide variety

Charged 2.49 for one bag of braiding hair. So I spent $14 on 6 bags! Any other store I’d spend half that! And the only two options of braiding hair were 18inches and 28 inches. Store was clean though and people were nice.

Its one of those place that you go to only if TRULY have to. Very rude on the phone, they will NOT tell you the prices over the phone. Prices are the highest in the city (Ive done the leg work) the store is a mess along with there attitudes. If you HAVE to go in, meaning you cant find it at Sallys, or beauty world etc go in get what you need and go out.. but in all honesty you could probably find it cheaper on Amazon if your not needed something asap.

Nice and clean store. A friend recommended to try this store and was very happy to do so. The young manager was very helpful and kind enough to explain their products. Loved the cheap cosmetics and a lot of discounts on hair extensions too!!!! Definitely coming back for more!!!!!

Right by Phoever restaurant. Good friendly customer service. Happy to help you or let you browse. Some nice choices for nails and makeup that doesnt break the bank (many brands made in Korea).Note: 50% of store is for hair extensions, wigs, and huge selection of making hair healthier. If you are of Ethiopian ethnicity, this store is a gold mine. I even found herbal oil scalp treatments that are good for even Scots-Irish descent. :-)

Nice place to buy some good extensions!! They also have cosmetics that are not known much but they are super cheap!! The employees were super nice and took there time explaining details of what they knew. Thanks for the assistance and I will be back soon!!

First time in and I liked it

This was a nice little beauty supply store I actually purchased a unit to wear the same day I was able to put the unit on fix it where would look okay and walk out the door with it on my head I really enjoyed it there were lots of choices lots of brands of hair they had all kinds of makeup and other hair products this was just a really good place it was in a good location with lots of good parking it was nice Ill be back

1st time there not too impressive. Just like most beauty stores. Short on staff only had 2 people working. Not too friendly.

Love this store they always have what I need and if they dont they will apologize and inform me when the next shipment will be in.

The store is honestly a cluttered mess, the prices really arent that great, either. There are signs everywhere about not shoplifting, not damaging their products, and that youre under surveillance. They even make you show your ID to pay with card. Not a great shopping experience, to be honest, just get in and get out. You can tell that they really dont want to serve a black clientele, hence the images of white hair models on the outside of their store.

Tons of products, great prices and Im so glad to have a large beauty supply like this in Northwest OKC.

Always greet you as you walk in. Very helpful and almost always has what I need.

This place usually has what im looking for. Their service is always great when the usual folks are in there. Althought there was this one time when an older lady was in there with a terrible attitude.

There wasnt much selection of anything at all reallyI ended up doing to the beauty supply on britton called ebony.

Oh my goodness! Don’t try to call this place to see if they carry a particular item. The man I spoke to did not understand English very well. I just gave up.

Just bypass this whole horrible experience and dont bother stopping by here. Theyre very rude to customers and knowing they serve the black community mostly..... They will not allow you to use any of your cards without a I.D. Thats what pin codes are made for!! But when you dont trust your clientele base, you make thier shopping experience hell. STOP GIVING PEOPLE THAT DONT TRUST YOU, YOUR BUSINESS AND MONEY.....
