I made an appointment two days in advance to have my tires balanced and rotated. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time and the technicians promptly placed my car in the workspace and began work. I inquired about the length of time required for this service, expecting to hear 30-45 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to hear 15 minutes or less! They accommodated my special requests and did an excellent job! I appreciated the cheerful and expeditious completion and will certainly return to this Discount Tire location in the future.

I am very disappointed with the sales tactic used at this location!I pulled in with my flat in the trunk and was approached by one of the employees. I pointed to the nail in my newish tire and he said that it would not be able to be repaired, because I drove on it to long.The tire was not flat or registering on my tire pressure sensor the night before I woke up with it being flat….We go inside so he can tell me how much a new one would cost… the employee then tells me that I have the wrong size tires on my SUV, and I would need to replace them all.I checked the sticker on the door of my car and I most definitely have the right size tires on my vehicle. So I left and went to a competitor next door.I was told there that I definitely have the right size tires on my SUV and that my flat could be patched. I was also told that I was not the only one that came to them with the same sales tactic used by discount tires..Please do your research after speaking to the employees at this location!

Came in to get a tire patched and they were very helpful, talked to me every step of the way, and got it done quicker than estimated. They also found a second screw and fixed a leaking valve! So happy I came here today.

Discount tire is always very professional and kind. Their shop is clean and you can wait if you want. The guys that work there do a great job and get you taken care of quickly. I would highly recommend them.

I had a 4:30 appointment and I was out there by 5:15 with five new tires four installed and one spare. I think the best way to go about it is setting up an appointment. Definitely will do it again.

6 star service with these guys, bought new tires for my truck and a couple for my ex gf there and quality of both products and services are great. The guys are trained well and have made my several trips due to nails in tires as pleasant as can be. Visited this location twice and will never waste my time again. Save yourself the headache and go next door to Hibdon. This discount tire has employees whos feelings get hurt when they cant upsell you tires. I explained to the representative that I was on my way out of town the next morning and needed them to plz take a look at my tire because it looks like I have a nail. The guy that walked out didnt look for the nail AT ALL, took my tire size and tried to sell me tires. When I told him I wasnt interested he said he wasnt going to fix the nail because it looks like the tire had uneven wear. I drove next door and was in and out in 20 mins. They took the nail out and inspected the tire to find the nail hadnt penetrated enough to cause a leak. I was not charged anything for their services and the mechanic explained my tread was a little low but (in his opinion) didnt need to be changed immediately. I will be purchasing tires from Hibdon in the near future.

I had a nail in the tire of my brand new car. The guys there got me in within 30-45 minutes, which was very reasonable. They patched my tire and aired them all up. And didnt charge me a dime. I am so very grateful and will be back to buy tires from them in the future!

I normally dont like to give my money to large corporate conglomerates, but the guys in this shop are okay in my book. I was sold on a tire I completely didnt like after driving with it. Discount Tire is awesome. I had bought a set of tires this summer and I had a flat. There was a screw in the tire. I made an appointment for the next day. I was immediately directed into the car stall and was told I didnt even have to get out the car. Thats great for social distancing. I was loving it. They took off my spare, fixed my flat and returned my spare to my trunk and sent me on my way in less than 20 minutes, and I stayed safe in my car the whole time. Everyone was professional and they showed genuine concern. Theyve got me applied. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Once again they gave above average service! I bought new tires and purchased the warranty for them. One tire was low so I took my vehicle back to them and they ended up replacing it for me and at no cost because I had the warranty. I won’t go anywhere else for tires again.

Visited store on SW 3rd today. I was on my lunch so in some what of a hurry but could spare a little extra to get my tire fixed. Tires were purchased from Discount Tire about a month ago. They told me an hour and a half. 2 hours into it they were still bringing cars into the bays I know arrived after me. I asked where I was in the cue and was told 2 more ahead of me again the cars waiting arrived after me.

Good bunch of guys that work here. They are super friendly and helpful. Cheap prices and good deal. I recommend to anyone who needs a tire change or simple work done.

I had a flat today, at the worst time, and happened to be close by so stopped at this Discount Tire. They were sensitive to my timeline and got me in and out in 45 minutes. While waiting we watched their staff, literally running to take care of the cars waiting and being serviced. Each young man was very professional and friendly. Manager was the same! Went to go get my tires balanced and rotated at the shields and I-44 location for my trip to Las Vegas tomorrow. The would not do it because the tires were 2.5. So they would not rotate or balance my tires and I do not have money to buy two new tires on the front. That is going to run my vehicle by taking this Nineteen Hundred Mile trip to Las Vegas with all the vibrations going on. So I went to a different location off of Rockwell and Interstate 40 and they did it for me. They said I had plenty of tread they do not know what the other person was talking about. So Discount Tire on I-240 and shields are money hungry shop. Do not make any judgments on his people God will take care of them

Amazing customer service from everyone at this store! The experience I had today proved to me that this store truly understands how to take care of their customers. I was greeted by a sales representative the minute I stepped out of my car. He was helping another customer at that time but still took a quick second to acknowledge that another customer had just pulled in. Once I walked in, there were others waiting in line. Another representative quickly ensured those in line that someone would be with us. After a short time in line, the same sales representative stopped two other employees and had them take care of us in line. He joked with them and said, Please take care of them. Theyve been waiting patiently long enough. Caleb is amazing! I went in to get a tire flat repaired. He walked me through the different options and quickly got me checked out. After my tire was repaired I noticed that there was some miscommunication with the service I had requested. Caleb remained professional during the mix up and immediately asked for managerial help from Paul, a senior assistant manager. I cant say enough about Paul and his great customer service! He went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of my situation. I felt that he was more concerned with my safety than trying to make money off me. On top of that, I could tell that he worked well with his employees and they respected him as their manager. I wont go anywhere else for tires. These guys have my business.

I went in thinking I needed just a plug, but ended up getting four new tires. I was educated very professionally and kindly about the bad state my tires were in, and helped through the process of picking the right tires. I came 10 minutes to close, but they were very kind and, not begrudgingly, helped me with my car. I appreciate their attitude! I also witnessed an elderly woman come in with a problem and not a lot of money, get taken care of at a complimentary reduced price. What great customer service!

Absolutely the best place for tires and service.

I called the store and I spoke to Jake. I need of two tires. They had the tires that I needed. the price is just a little more than I had to spend. Jake got on the computer and got me into a pair of tires for the amount I was able to spend. I was waiting and they were super busy. It took us about an hour and a half to get a service Bay. With as busy as they were was completely understandable.I sat outside in my vehicle waiting. As I watch how busy they were Jake went from helping on the counter to helping install tires balance tires and that sort of thing. He was Non-Stop in the work he was doing until after I left. It has been quite some time since Ive seen somebody work that hard to make sure that everybody got taken care of. In my opinion being a business owner Jake needs a promotion or a raise at least. If I had a position available I would have tried to hire him on the spot. That is how hard he was working! He did an outstanding job and the entire experience was Great! They definitely have my business. I also met Heath the manager which was a great experience as well when he did follow up and made sure that I was happy after everything was said and done. I will refer friends and family to them. Jake and Heath thank you for your help in getting me back on the road much appreciated.

Quick and great service

Needed a tire in March 2020, quoted a price, thought, good price, I paid. Then was told, a mistake was made and that tire was allocated to another customer, so they had fix my cost/price receipt. I told them that I wanted to come back to get 2 more, and if the cost would be the same, sure thing.Came back, Aug, 5 months later, price went up, and was told over the phone, that is what because of Covid-19, LOL, lame and convenient excuse. When I arrived at the shop, then asked again, why, then was told because the tire was not available at that time, but they couldnt sell me the 2 tires for the same price, as before. They had me at that point, I did not want all my tires to be different brands, so I bought them. I will not be back, and wouldnt really recommend them to anyone. They did. however, take off $11, cause they over charged me on road hazard, said it was basic principle, Lol...Ok. At least they were professional about it all.UPDATE: Representative reached out to me today. Explained what happened. They are making it right. I appreciate what he is doing and I will definitely be coming back to get my tires again. I know my wifes car is due for some new tires, so we will see you soon. Thank you.

I expect fantastic service when walking in to any discount tire and this location absolutely delivered! Aaron explained all of our option and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions. The service was a bit slower but that was expected for a Friday afternoon. Overall a wonderful experience!
