I wish I grabbed the name of the two employees who helped me, but they were great! Both younger guys (one with long brown hair). I needed help finding a part before their store closed but wasn’t sure exactly what I needed. They both looked up the best fitting piece and placed it on hold at another store so I could go pick it up. I also needed engine coolant and they helped check my levels, showed me how much I needed to use to fill it properly, and helped me purchase the correct kind for my car. I am extremely grateful for their help and dedication to make sure I was taken care of.

They went above and beyond to help me find the correct parts. Service was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable. I will be getting all of my auto parts from here from now on.

Techs were extremely helpful when I got my car back from mechanics it was running terrible the tech asked me to pop the hood after describing my problems and he called every problem they made before running the checker on it. The mechanics didnt put my plugs in properly

Always have my parts or what im looking for

I went to get my battery checked but their machine was broken. Everyone was kind but I am not giving 5 stars because I was unable to receive the service I needed. After driving down the road to a competitor, I learned my battery was almost dead and ended up replacing it there.

Michael helped me on multiple occasions and was great.

They have been very helpful and friendly when it came to checking our older cars engine light codes.

The associate at another store was not helpful, so I stopped into this location and Daniel D. was eager to help and had me fixed up and ready to go within about 5 minutes, li kely saving me a traffic ticket. Today I needed a replacement headlight bulb for my vehicle. Tonya helped me find the correct one that fit my vehicle then helped me replace it, even though it was past her shift time and should have already been off work. She asked one of the male employees to help her since the location was a difficult location and she should have been off, but none of them were interested. In the end I had to take my car somewhere else to be helped. Thank you Tonya for helping me even though you didnt have to! The other employees need to be more respectful of their coworkers and help a customer when needed.

This place was amazing, I went in there feeling hopeless as if there wouldn’t be any simple fix to my car shutting off randomly while being stopped at a stoplight etc. but as soon as i walk in and explain whats happening with my car i believe the Manager working that day, Tonya, immediately had an answer to my problem! Instead of taking my car to a mechanic and risking the charge of 50 bucks or more to put my disconnected air intake back into my car’s air filter Tonya was able to recognize my problem and fix it for free!! Will definitely be coming back to see her for any problems I may have with my car! Thanks Tonya!

Employees had excellent knowledge. Clean store and very professional look. Got parts and tools to replace brakes, calipers, and rotors. Had everything needed on hand. I would recommend for anyone wanting to do standard maintenance and a bit above.

Take the time and google map a different location, Only time I have ever received rude customer service at an auto zone, lady made me feel very uncomfortable and was rude and short, whether I come in for an issue they can help me with or not being friendly isn’t difficult. Never felt so uncomfortable in any auto zone, they are known for being friendly and helpful.Also the lady told me she couldn’t help me and said no other location would either, went to another location and got great help as soon as I walked in the door and left happy. This just isn’t a good location.

Provided incorrect replacement part for a Lexus. Frustratingly didn’t find out until well into repair job. I suggest verifying part on your own then buy online.

This location is usually very neat, clean and organized. Staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. They sometimes under man the front counter which means longer wait times. Overall good experience.

Should be Phone Zone or better yet No Zone. Person on the phone when you enter, takes a while as theyre telling that person what they dont have and where to get. Then they hang up to tell you no they dont have, but what they do have is...so if you are not doing inventory analysis dont bother. Yes, its close, but as the carnie says, close but no cigar...

Replaced my battery in only a few minutes. Nice staff at this location. Handicap accessible, bisexual restroom. Clean and pleasurable.

Have a lot of good parts at good prices. Staff is so hourly. They are not likely to check you out when they can puddle at stocking shelves. I recommend the 39th street or 164th and Penn AutoZone.

Seems quite busy with every person who walks in there pretty much needing to ask questions and get focused one on one assistance. Not sure how to fix that issue. Staff was hurried and tried to help everyone while being courteous.

AVOID THIS STORE. I went to the AutoZone on 63rd and May to get my battery tested. The employee couldnt get his clamps on the terminals right to get a reading, so he gave up and asked me what I wanted to do. I asked if we could pull it out to test it but since I came from work I didnt have tools. He told me that they didnt have the right tools so I couldnt borrow any because they also did not offer to pull it out for me. My wife and I also got her a new battery from them a few months back and they were not helpful then as well. That time they some how had tools they handed to me to do the work myself. This is fine as I knew what I was doing but my experience with other AutoZones is that they go ahead and take care of it for you.Since this store on 63rd didnt do anything for me they lost my business and I drove all the way up to Edmond for the store on Danforth by UCO because of my fathers recommendation and past experience with them. The employee I worked with was Ron and he went the extra mile to pull my battery out, test it, help me purchase a new one, replace a terminal connector he didnt feel comfortable with, clean the other one very thoroughly, drop the battery in and get me set up to go.I would highly recommend driving up to Edmond for that specific AutoZone and to avoid this one. The other AutoZone will go above and beyond for your business and they have the tools to help you out. Most people are not super confident when it comes to their vehicles so they will make sure the work is done and done right in Edmond for you. However, this store on 63rd will leave you out to dry and act like they dont care about your business. AVOID.

I live .3 miles from this store and will never return. Went in for a battery replacement and was offered excellent service by an older gentleman. He asked me to come back after I installed the battery so he could test the alternator. I came back about an hour later and asked for the same gentleman but he wasnt there. Was greeted by some tall rude ladt who was busy watching a video on her phone. It was obvious I was a total inconvenience to her but she forced herself to go outside and check my alternator while still engages in her video. Told me the battery was too low to check and didnt offer me any other suggestions or advice.If this is the kind of service I should expect I will never return. Shame on AutoZone.
