Took my vehicle in on August 10th to be fixed. Called back on August 23rd and was told nothing had been done. Said they were waiting on insurance company but they had not contacted insurance company. Took my vehicle somewhere else to get fixed. Was not handled very professional!

They did phenomenal work on fixing the damage to my car. She looks beautiful and cant even tell it was fixed. Super fast work.

You shouldnt give anyone 5 stars because that means they cant do any better. While they are not perfect I cant seem to find anyone any better so for that I give them 5 stars. Their work is impeccable and has great value. More often than not they can price match inferior replacement parts with genuine ford parts.

I have known and done business with Bobby for 25 years. I have gotten to know the employees at Reynolds body shop. They all do a great job. We have had several cars and vans over the years and had all the body work, service done at Reynold’s on Northwest Expressway. Not a week goes by that I don’t go have coffee either at the body shop or Service or Sales areas. I trust these guys to care for all my vehicles.

Bobby as well as the entire staff at Reynolds have done work for us two different times and both times have been great! They are very knowledgeable and helpful. After an accident, I felt they were very honest about my options and I trusted them completely. The work was perfect. I will definitely continue to use this body shop.

Their work may be fine, but they have not returned my call. I need to know when my car will be ready, at least an estimate, so that I can make arrangements to extend my rental car

I got my vehicle repaired at Reynolds Collision Center of OKC. Everyone that worked there was so nice and kept me informed about the entire process. The repairs look fantastic and no issues thus far. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family

Would highly recommend Reynolds Collision Center in Oklahoma City for all your auto repairs. They are professional, honest and their salesmen and customer service is outstanding.

I went to a car wash and the brushes scratched the front both sides and the back. The insurance company was horrible. However, Ray Ross my service advisor took care of me. He made sure my truck was fixed to my liking. He went above and beyond to keep me updated, and when parts came in that were not perfect he had parts shipped from out of state (total of 3 of the same part was shipped to them scratched). The final product was great minus some small things that were also fixed to my liking. I would take my truck to them again.

The worst experience in my life. After several attempts to have issues fixed they overlooked/didnt fix right I had to take my vehicle to another body shop who not only fixed their errors, found their sloppy mistakes.They left the bumper misaligned, one head light and one fog light out, missed a bent fan blade, had to have the car aligned, and the hood completely repainted from their incompetenceSTAY AWAY

I was in for an estimate on My car and was told by Kelsey powers my car was too dangerous to drive... lol not at all i had just hit a dog and needed small repairs. So up front I was lied to so I would leave my car with her. At witch point I told her I was not going to leave it . I just needed an estimate because I had already been lied to !!! Then she got an attitude with me and said fine I will get that done . Well she gave me an estimate on partial damage. Either she didnt know what she was doing or just didnt care become she thought she might not get my business. Kelsey powers left out several things in her estate that was clearly damaged. As I ask her what about the other damage she failed to report she said wll if we get the job I will turn the rest in to your insurance company. Thats not what I came in for .. I just wanted to get a professional estate not an attitude for someone who is worried about if I am going to let her get the business. Kelseyville powers in my opinion is not at all professional . Sad day for Reynolds Ford. I am having my car fixed but had to ask my insurance company for a better group of people to deal with.. I was wanting the estimate because I wasnt sure if I needed to turn it in to insurance or pay out of pocket.. well her I would have paid out of pocket but it was so far off form the actual cost it wasnt even close.. I take my 1 year old Lincoln MKZ in here with 18k miles on it to have the bumper repaired after a minor fender bender. What I receive back is a car with an aftermarket windshield because their technician (who I later found out was terminated) broke it while repairing the bumper. The car now whistles on the highway which really adds to its luxurious charm.The best part of my experience by far has been getting less than 50 miles away from the body shop and having my motor seize, the car to force itself into electric vehicle mode at 65 miles and hour causing the transmission to wildly jerk as is slowed down producing a very strong burning smell.So far, the dealership has been as evasive as possible and are giving me the run around to even set up a rental vehicle since they will have my car for some time to diagnose and repair it. We are talking about the dealership where my family has purchased 7 vehicles in the last 4 years. We are also talking about their flagship luxury make that offers a rental vehicle when the car is in for something as simple as an oil change.Dont take your car here. I have many other stories about their body shop including them forgetting to hook up a door handle and getting paint on my steering wheel. Id love to share them all.

Daughter in law was in an accident and her brand new Jeep was badly damaged. Reynolds did a fantastic job fixing it.

I would not take anything to them they had my car way longer then expected and dragged it along till the last minute and when I was told my car was done I came to get it while I was looking at the work they did they missed several spots and the paint they did on my rims was all ready peeling they do shabby work and and are lazy to get things done and they have no care to make things go faster all in all its a sham of a collision shop
