Prepare yourself for the true cheesy salesman experience. Terrible work. Unreliable communication, once they have your money. I’ve had problems ever since they touched my truck. I hit a deer and they “rebuilt” the front end. I had to source out a better quality body shop and mechanic. I’m sure they are good at small stuff but I’ll never trust them with another large job, ever.

I needed the part of my bumper replaced and repainted. I brought my car over, and they quickly reviewed the damage and gave me a clear breakdown of the process and cost. They were very friendly, they made everything easy to understand, the price was reasonable, and they were quick and great about communication. I would definitely recommend them!

My door was not closing and when I got to the body shop, it took the mechanic five minutes to fix it. It was a quick service and I have not even gotten charged. Good people and great customer service!Definitely will be bringing my car back here in the future. :)

I had Drexel Paint a new bumper skin as well as prepare a used (different color) plastic fender to match given the paint code. They did a great job with a quick turnaround. Recommended.

I had a tire blow out on a truck in front of me on the Turner Turnpike. The tire hit my bumper and broke my grill, bumper, lower air dam and much more. My car may not be brand new, but its my baby. I dropped it off at Drexel Paint & Body and they handled everything. They spoke to the adjuster for me and had my vehicle done in less than a week. The work they did was PERFECT and you cannot tell that my Cadillac was ever damaged. Barry and Kacey were extremely courteous and professional, and even worked to save me some money on my deductible. Thank you for your excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repair!
