Its like comparing a Chevy to a Mercedes as far as customer service goes. Justin, my sales representative treated me like royalty. Any questions that I had were addressed in full detail and all facts were laid out very clearly for me to follow. There are no hidden surprises, or anything to worry about here. Outstanding service and honesty. This is probably one of the best dealers I have ever went to. I came in from Chicago to purchase a Jeep to which everything went smooth. I worked with Ryan who does an outstanding service to which he worked to the above and beyond. He gave me a fair price on the vehicle and wasn’t like other salesman’s from typical dealers who hide fees from a customer. Ryan even got the vehicle detailed for me and brought it straight to my house! I highly recommend asking for Ryan he does his job with purpose and will make a customer leave with a smile on their face.
Ryan Greene provided me with an excellent sales experience with my BMW X5 purchase. Its the best vehicle I have ever owned! I had never consider a non Big 3 vehicle. But after my car accident I needed something fast and I was really sad about having to replace my vehicle ( I previously drove a Ford Flex). My experience at M-B of Okemos was excellent. I went in for service to my C-300 and after talking to Ryan Green I upgraded to an E-350. Ryan was very knowledgeable, friendly, understood my needs and most importantly did not pressure me. Marshall Kambasha is a rockstar. My purchase was completed within a few hours and went as smoothly as possible. The traffic jam before I reached the dealership took longer to clear than my paperwork which was kept ready by Marshall. He spent time with me explaining the features of the new vehicle and I was all set to go. Best dealership experience ever.
I took my Van for a recall and since Id been having AC problems after they had fixed it last year I wanted them to take a look at the AC.They told me it needed to be recharged it had been recharged last year at their service center When I asked why I would be losing freeon they told me I run the AC to much. As an hvac technician thats completely wrong and a lie. There service manager Is rude and incompetent they should hire someone who understands basic mechanics.
I had a very nice test drive of a GLE but not the color I wanted. They had one on order that had left the factory. Hoping it would show up in the next two weeks. Two days later it arrived and I was able to pick it up. Great communication and followed through on promises on my sprinter motorhome at the same time. David, my sales rep, has checked in a couple times since I picked up the SUV to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. Have already recommended the dealership to a friend.

I made an appointment for Monday Aug 10,2020 9:00 AM for A-service which is just oil-change.They check in my car and they said it will take just one hour. I took their shuttle and came back home. I went to dealership around 1 PM and they did not even start working on the car.I came back home and they called me at 4 PM the car is ready I went to dealership to and pickup the car and pay $230 for just an oil change. I asked to do brake pedal adjustment and issue on reading flush memory that they did not even bother to take care of . when I came back home and open compartment, I saw all face mask that I have there are dirty and greasy.

Brought my car in for service, was treated well, however no one was in a mask....I pulled in and was greeted by an employee right next to my car again with no mask on....I was uncomfortable and surprised that this dealership was not trying to protect its customers...we are in a pandemic,..I was in a mask, no one except one other customer....sad, I should of said something ....I will next time or ask if masks will be worn by employees....shame on them..,
