Excellent service! We had muscle man movers unload a large Uhaul when we moved. They were amazing to work with. So careful with our furniture and belongings but worked quickly and efficiently. They were so pleasant and accomadating. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again., it was great to work with them.

Very disappointing move. They were late. Gal on the phone had no idea what was going on. When they did show up. They seamed like they had never worked together before. Total disaster. My brother in law had to step in and get the guys going several times. What a disaster!

Great service. Arrived right on time and worked efficiently. We even made an extra stop at a storage unit for now extra cost.My daughter has a beloved (very large) teddy bear from her grandmother who passed away. This stuffed animal was packed by the movers and placed with the furniture going to the new house. After the movers were done, my daughter noticed the bear was missing. I called the company and they found the bear in the trailer. One of the movers hand delivered the bear to our new house that same day.Amazing service!

Reply given is FALSE. Never received any contact. Repairs were done and paid by myself and totalled more than the move itself!If you could give negative stars I would! Worst company, and experience ever! Lets start with the truck showing up and the guy driving doesnt have a license and gets the truck stuck in the driveway. Owners wont help the employees in anyway. Using my own truck and straps I pull the truck out and get them to my home. They proceed to start with my safe...something they supposedly specialize in and charge additional for. Now less than 15 minutes into the first item moved and my safe is sent sailing down the stairs with one if their employees under it and into my wall. Besides the injured employee laying on the floor and now two employees which cant move the item alone I get billed by the hour to watch them sit around and wait for others to show up and help move. I personally called the owners and they refused to come out, provide insurance info or pay for the repairs! Plus charged my charge a huge amount for a move of a few miles and about 10 total items. The repairs I ended up out of pocket for were more than the move and had to get the credit card company to credit that charge back for my hassle. Never again! I highly recommend using another reputable company!!

I booked with muscle men movers weeks in advance and also called the day before our appointment to confirm. They had us booked at the wrong time but I got it fixed. The day of the move it was over hour that nobody showed up. I had been trying to call during this whole time leaving voice-mails and not getting a hold of anyone. When I finally did, she had no clue what was going on and said shed call them and see what was going on and call me back. Over half an hour later I had to call her back to get an update. They were still almost an hour out from being available to come move our house. Extremely unprofessional and very poor communication. They girl on the phone really didnt seem bothered by much of this situation. If you have small children and pets and are trying to pack and move you know how stressful it can all be. We are very unimpressed with this company and how its ran. Fortunately we were able to find an amazing moving company to come rescue us.

They were punctual and very friendly. The guys know a lot about pianos and how to take care of them.

I hired Muscle Man Movers to move my Liberty Safe from my old home to my new home. They damaged my stairs at my old home and then when they got to my new home they put deep scratches on my wood floor (71 inches of deep scratches!) and damaged my safe (There are 20 + large deep dents and scratches on the safe.) The safe looks like someone took a hammer to it and beat it up!I have attempted to contact Muscle Man Movers several times to follow up and they continue to push me off and not file a claim. I estimate they have caused $10k + worth of damage to my home and safe!

BEWARE!!!!! they moved our furniture from Ogden to Fielding (about 40 miles) on 3/12. It seemed all was going as expected. When they were unloading, i found that my 65 inch Samsung TV was broken. I can understand that things happen. The mover (Jesse) said they would take care of replacing the TV and wrote it on the invoice that they had broken it. THIS IS WHERE IT WENT BAD. Initially, their office person (Tori) acted like she wanted to get this resolved. She doesnt answer the phone every day and I found that if I did not initiate the call, another day would go by. We did this dance for over 2 weeks. She sent me a text on 4/1 at 10:28 am stating her boss was willing to pay a fraction of what the TV was worth. I replied immediately with a counter offer to which she said she would let the owner know and get back to me ASAP. ASAP implies a sense of urgency, however, I did not hear back from her that day. The next morning I sent a text to her saying I was getting frustrated with the lack of action and wanted it to be resolved today. This is the message I received on 4/2 from her I told you ASAP, I am not trying to dodge this situation. My boss wasnt at the office yesterday. I let them know what you had said. I will get back to you ASAP. OK, really?? this is customer service?? So I waited and waited, and waited some more. Finally, on 4/6, I sent my final text to her again saying this needed to be resolved and letting her know if it was not, I would contact the BBB, give them a negative review (which I am doing right now) and seek legal action. To date 4/12, I have not received a response from her. BOTTOM LINE: IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE, DO NOT EXPECT THEY WILL COMPENSATE YOU FOR IT!!

DO NOT use this company unless you want your stuff broken, like multiple things broken. There is a reason why there are quite a few one star reviews for them.

Terrible experience. We needed to move and they were the only ones available. They broke bunch of stuff and scratched our walls. When asked about compensation they said “things happen not our fault”. Much disrespect and demanded we pay full before they call the cops. Sad moving day for us.

I asked for my items not to be stacked on top this way. I have now been told that their insurance will not cover anything because I opened my mouth in concern! I asked for boxes that said FRAGILE not to be put on the bottom of the stack. I asked that picture frame boxes be placed safely in the truck. Now I lose all insurance coverage per this company.

We were scheduled on a Saturday evening. They got behind on a different move so we rescheduled to Sunday. Then they just never showed up.

Well load and unload your belongings in a timely fashion.”You tell me what part of these pictures align with their company description.——————————————What the pictures won’t show is that the three men that loaded our truck worked tirelessly to load up our home.They loaded an Old Dominion Moving Truck which then delivered our entire home here in Texas.From the beginning we were told not to help pack the truck, that they were professionals and have done this for 10 years. We trusted that we were in good hands.The movers were trying to make a “deal.”That if they saved us square footage in the truck they could get compensated since they’re “saving us money.”We used the entire 28’ truck and tipped each mover for their hard work.Unfortunately upon arrival as you can see our furniture still shrink wrapped and visibly damaged we were absolutely shocked at the condition of 95% of our furniture. We concluded things were packed haphazardly because the movers were trying to get a “cut” of what they could save us.To paint the full picture, the mover loading the truck insisted he could fit our entire house in 14.’ We used the entire 28’ & still pulled a U-hual for the remaining items.The problem?There was no quality of care and respect for our property as you can see for yourself.Nearly every single piece of furniture has dings, scratches or missing paint. We provided moving blankets, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, etc. oddly, no mirrors or tv’s were damaged because they were wrapped properly. So it seems that the detrimental error to be on the shoulders of the mover whom packed the truck.———————————————————We contacted the owner of the company & sent these same pictures whom since has “ghosted” us. Claiming because it was not his truck he is not responsible.It should not matter whose truck it is.Common sense shows the issue was where the furniture rubbed straps, other furniture etc. due to completely reckless packing to score a tip. First time we hired thrm it was great and fast and easy. The second time i was being evicted i didnt get any messages back until it was to late and when they suggested a later date and i said no that wouldnt work they stopped responding completely.

Horrible customer service. They moved me damaged my expensive dresser called multiple times sent pics and never any response to my claim. They got out of the truck on the third haul could smell weed on one of the movers was high so unprofessional and damaged my property and no response!!! Horrible movers do not hire them!!

I am impressed with this company. They answered the phone every time I called. They had open communication with me throughout the process. They completed the job (almost) as promised, despite an unfortunate mistake.By the time I called Muscle Men, I had tried two other safe movers, but they didnt even bother calling me back, or answer the phone during business hours. That these guys were so good at communicating is to their credit. I called them to move a large gun safe for me. We agreed on a day and price. When they took the safe out of the home, it unfortunately took a tumble on concrete, causing some cosmetic damage. They called me when it happened, and apologized, and offered to complete the move at no cost, and to reimburse me for damages. I accepted the offer, but because the safe still functions perfectly, I have no damages I need reimbursed. I didnt buy the safe for its appearance, I bought it to keep valuables safe. When they delivered the safe, they only put it in my garage. They said that I needed to make an appointment to move it to its intended destination within the house. This is where they lost a star on the rating. I made an appointment with them more than a day in advance, but for some reason, they did not complete the move that day. At that point, I expected to never hear from them again because there was no money to be made from completing the move. To my surprise, they came through on a later date, moving the safe to its destination without damaging anything else.I believe that this company values honesty and making things right, which are the most important values to me. Because of that, I feel like I can trust them. With a little better planning and execution, I see them becoming the local leaders in their sector.

They handled their business and knew what they were doing. Worth every penny!

If I could I would give them less.We had agreed to meet at my storage unit sometime between 2-4 to load the truck. I finally called at 3:30 only to be told there was no ETA and no idea if it would be within our agreed upon time frame.When I finally heard back it was almost 5pm and they could only do the job late at night or early the next morning.Low review is due to the TERRIBLE communication and coordination. They waited until the last minute. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Well I was in desperate need of getting my car fixed due to the fact vets the dealership at another place went to charge me $1,200 to replace and fix the wheel hub bearing assembly and I went to see this play Sam I Am the owner referred by his friend and you take the job on with no problem I missed three to four appointments and he was patient with me and and just left me messages to let me know to bring the car when I was ready to very nice guy very honest charge me more than half the price I was quoted prior so far its a very great place I would recommend him to anybody who is looking to get their car repair repaired with honesty and patience and kindness and good relationship business relationship

We needed a hot tub moved from its curbside delivery to our backyard, which involved navigating around some tight spaces. Muscle Men Movers provided a competitive quote and was way more responsive over email than most contract/helper companies, which I appreciate. We were able to schedule help on the same day and they arrived fairly close to their ETA, less than two hours after the delivery. They were friendly and fast and did an excellent job. Theyll be our go-to company in the future if we need more moving services. Thanks again!

They Broke my mothers glass on expensive piece of furniture and said they would fix it or replace it. Guess what? They won’t even take her call (or mine)anymore. Great customer service huh? Will never recommend them to ANYONE. Shame on you guys. You have insurance for things and yet won’t take care of it when it clearly was not wrapped right. Said so by your own guys.Mattresses were brand new and by the time they made it to her house they were filthy. Do yourself a favor and go with someone who promises to answer your calls and has and will use insurance if something does happen to go wrong . Muscle owners give us a call and make it right. You said you would several times.To be fair the guys were great worked hard and did not take many breaks. The return movers also agrees that the packers should have wrapped the glass items and beds better. It’s too bad curse 6 months ago they bailed us out when another moving company did a no-show and these guys took good care of us. The broken furniture and lack of follow-up by owner is quite disappointing. I had hoped I finally found a moving company I could count on.....I’m still looking.

We had Kelly, Jason, and Dillon come pack up our truck and move some other furniture yesterday. They were awesome. They were on time, were quick, and were careful. They worked really hard and did a great job. I would recommend these three to anyone!

Movers were late. They showed up smelling like smoke and alcohol from a rough night before was my guess. They were very fast and professional until the meth wore off and they became the slowest two guys on the planet. They told us we were the most prepared clients they had moved as far as having everything packed ready to go. They estimated it would take two hours to complete our move. It took five. They had to be told simple things over and over. Not great at listening. The movers took the liberty of using our decorative bedding for padding to prevent furniture scratches. They took apart our treadmill and put parts in several different places. I don’t know that we will be able to reassemble it. They just tossed all our furnishings in our storage unit like they have never played Tetris before. 5/20/20 We moved our belongings From storage to our new home this week and were not surprised but saddened to see how much damage was done to our furniture.

These guys are fantastic, professional, and worked their butts off. They arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, after having a confirmation call a couple days prior to the move. Their rates were super reasonable and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Overall, fantastic experience. They put together the beds, remove the doors, replaced doors, connected the washer, I missed many other things. Anything we asked them to do they were very polite and cordial and more than happy to accommodate.

The guys were awesome-- on time, careful, communicative, hard-working (they worked straight through until the job was done without taking a lunch break, and no slacking), careful, and they were even nice to random old ladies in my moms apartment complex (helping to shovel icy snow away from a car). I would highly recommend then, and when we have to move more of my moms stuff, they are who I will call!

I scheduled a move for a Monday morning however we got the keys for our new house earlier, I called that night to see if I could have them come sooner and they were able to be there the next morning!! The 3 movers that came showed up on time, were in and out so fast while taking very good care of my things and making sure everything was wrapped and protected. If I ever have to move again I will never consider using any other service!! Thank you so much for making this move painless!!

I would advise to never use this service if i could I would give 0 stars. In the beginning Eric was very nice and professional. Our move was post to begin at 9 am they did not show up to ill 1:15 pm. When they arrived they were not motivated at all, I found myself and my partner doing most of the moving so the process wouldnt take all day. I got the vibe that they were trying to milk the move. We spoke to Eric again during the move voicing our concerns. He told us that 20 $ per/hour would be deducted from our price, Which we agreed upon and continued. . When it was time to pay Eric quoted us a price even higher then the original quote. He told us that he changed his mind on the 20$ per hours that he didnt feel like doing it anymore. During this whole conversation Eric was very rude and very unprofessional even threatening to call the police if we didnt pay full price. We then asked to speak to the owner Rocky but.....The Owner Rocky doesnt speak to customers . We ended up paying full price just to get the issue resolved but feeling hustled and very disrespected. If you have to make a move you would be better of paying a couple of buddies with trucks. PS look through all the reviews they do a good job hiding the bad ones.

We had hired this company muscleman movers two weeks prior to our move due to the fact a coworker recommended them. 15 minutes prior to their arrival time a representative called me and canceled and said they were understaffed. When I said are you kidding me the representative said hey I’m just a messenger which I thought was very rude at such a stressful time. I would not recommend this company . They left a stack with nothing when the new buyers were due in our house that night. I did call other companies watch could not move me in such short notice. One company I called last minute movers in Midland Utah did call me back and said they could have someone at my house in two hours. That was incredible of them. I would not recommend tMuscleman movers company the worse customers Service I have ever received. They offered to come first thing the next morning which could not be possible but did not even offer a discount or anything. Again I would never recommend this company and I am going to make sure that this is Nolan so this doesn’t happen to anybody else.

I had a 600lb safe in my garage that I needed moved into my basement. I called on a Monday and by Tuesday afternoon, the safe was in the basement and without issue. They also were the most reasonable quote! Thanks a bunch!

They did a great job. Fast and efficient. I was told three people would come but only two showed up Mika and Dillon. They loaded our house (3 bedroom home) took it to a storage unit and unloaded it in 3.5 hours total time to do it all including the travel time and we were their third move of the day. When we move again will hire them to do it.

Updated. We used them twice within a couple weeks of time. I gave a five star review the first time. The second move was completely the opposite experience. They took forever, didnt have the things they needed to do the job right, damaged the door frames, and dropped a sectional piece down the stairs. They complained the entire time. One of the movers actuslly invited people to the home we were moving from and talked to them for over 30 min while we were paying by the hour! I contacted them asking for compensation for damages but got no response. (Initial review - The three movers we had were friendly, efficient with their time and very careful with our things. They were very reasonably priced and worth every penny.)

Very friendly ... moved a full size grand piano for us and they were very patient and thorough in making sure it was well protected before starting process to lift it out the door and then up onto the moving truck... when they needed to, they stopped to readjust their hold and communicate with partners regarding any obstacles that might cause problem. At first it appeared as if it was not possible when they came to our house. Did not look like it would make the corner into the basement. They found a away. Horrible experience! They sent 3 guys, one of them was sick. He puked twice in the bathroom at my old house and at least once in the bathroom at my new house. When he wasn’t puking he stood around because he didn’t feel good. And all three of them kept complaining that they had 3 jobs after ours. So this made it take longer. They broke the leg on a piece of antique furniture. They ruined the top of a nightstand. Scratched up my piano. Left deep dings in the doorway and scratched some paint off the front door of our new house. They dinged up the basement doorway, scratched up and dinged the walls. They put our bed together wrong. Scratched the washer. Their customer service is terrible. I’ve emailed them several times to address this situation and they just say they’ll get back to me within 3-5 business days. One of the movers took pictures of the damage on the front door and told me to email their office and they’d take care of all damage. I’ve even had an attorney send them a letter which they completely ignored. This has been going on since November.

Seriously the best movers in town. You just cant get the kind of people that really pay attention to your items when moving. They really go the extra mile to ensure nothing gets damaged during a move. They make the process extremely easy and stress free because lets face it. Moving is extremely stressful. Definitely get the best bang for your buck. I highly recommend these guys!

I was moving out of state and my other moving company cancelled last minute. My mom flew in to help with the move and on the way to the house, she saw the Muscle Men Movers sign. So, I called and Im so glad we did.They got us fit in right away, the crew of 3 showed up promptly on time and they couldnt have been more professional and efficient. I highly recommend these guys!

Contacted these guys to move a pool table on short notice. They were professional, polite, worked hard and safely moved and installed my pool table. Muscle Men Movers did a great job moving our belongings from our house to a condo. They work quickly and literally ran up and down stairs to get everything loaded in their truck. The men were friendly and professional. Wed definitely use them again!

Wow these guys are awesome!!! They saved my back - so i can do other things. These guys were on-time, fast, very professional . .expert movers. My pool table table- they took extra time to take it apart including taking the felt off. They put it back together better than it was before - including putting the felt on etc. I really like these guys and would recommend them to everyone!

Muscle Men Movers had two trucks break down the night before our scheduled move, but they promptly called to reschedule us. They were flexible with our timeframe, and were polite and personable. They were careful with our piano and got it moved with no damage. We would definitely use them to help us move again.

My experience with these guys was a nightmare! They did not protect any of the upholstered furniture (two couches and a yellow suede chair) before placing the pieces in the truck, so the truck left black marks on three of the furniture pieces, which were stacked on their sides. They also lifted a very heavy kitchen table by the legs, so the legs broke off in the process. And they turned a large glass-topped coffee table on its side while carrying it so the glass dropped and broke. Yikes! They also took twice as long to load the truck as it should have taken so it turned out to be quite expensive. While they did send someone out to clean the upholstered furniture, which I appreciate, they did not claim responsibility for the kitchen table because they claimed the legs were not attached by enough screws. Also they said they would replace the broken coffee table glass but it has been over 8 weeks and they havent done so and they wont answer or return my calls or give me an address to send a receipt so I can get it fixed myself. Ive tried to give them a chance to make things right but it doesnt look like its going to happen. I would stay far away from this outfit. Its not worth the headache trying to deal with them.1-3-19 UPDATE: Still no glass table top replacement and it has been over 12 weeks since they broke the original piece. Eric told me that they are having a problem with their glass provider and when I asked them to return the original broken piece to me so I could have it fixed myself and submit the bill to them, they said they would only do so if I agreed that they were no longer responsible for replacing the glass they broke - so they are essentially holding the old piece of glass hostage and will not give me any sort of time frame on when or if it will ever be repaired. This is nuts! I asked Eric over two weeks ago to have the owner (Robert) call me over to hopefully work something out, but Robert has not called. I cant believe these guys are still in business.

Hired them to move a large gun safe. They were timely and great at what they do. I would highly recommend this company and will probably use them again!

They moved a safe out of a basement for my grandfather and made it look easy. Very professional and I would recommend to anyone that is in need of a moving company!

These guys were great! I needed a 300 pound large cabinet moved quickly. They were able to come the next day. They even got done early on a job and called ahead of time to see if they could come early, which was fine by me. They showed up, quickly loaded the cabinet, delivered it without any incident at all. They were pleasant to talk to and I will go back again when I need something else moved. Their prices were a little lower than the competitors and they did not start charging until they showed up at my house. I also recommend them to anyone needing stuff moved.

These guys were very professional they came in and moved my pool table and ran into an issue that they’ve never move my style of pool table before they took time to learn about it they were well over there 4 our minimum and didn’t charge me because of the learning curve, all in all very very awesome

Hard workers And I loved that I was only charged for the time they were working and not driving to my Place and back to their place and no additional charges like gas and breaks. It was simple, they showed up and the time started they finished and the time stopped and they worked really really hard!

They told me that they would move all of my stuff for a flat fee, regardless of how long it would take, but when the movers showed up, they said that they would only spend up to 10 hours moving my stuff. They showed up nearly 1 hour late. They sent 6 movers and 2 trucks to move everything. They filled the trucks, but they said they would only come back for the rest of my stuff if I paid more. After everything was moved to my new house, I noticed that several pieces of my furniture were damaged, 1 of which was a cabinet that they dropped, and the 2 front legs are destroyed. I asked them what they would do to fix all of the damage. They took pictures and told me to contact their office. I have called several times, sent emails, and left voice mails, but they will not respond to anything.If you want a cheap quote and dont care about your stuff being damaged, these guys would be great. If you care about your stuff, definitely go with someone else!

I would have rated them 5 stars, however a scheduling miscommunication ultimately cost me some extra money for inconveniencing the seller of my piano, who had lessons she was supposed to give and get paid for. But, they were very fast, efficient, and took great care.

You are better off renting your own truck and doing it. Damages to furniture and walls. They just give you the run around when you call them. And won’t give you their insurance. They will offer you a $50 discount for thousands of dollars damage they did.

A team of 2 showed up and did a great job unloading the truck. They were courteous, hard working, and worked at a good pace. One noticed some old unfinished furniture and asked me about it. I told him that I had been trying to find a furniture finisher who would return my calls or my emails to give me a quote, and I had been unsuccessful. He recommended someone to me right away (without being pushy) who could help me finish my project. Overall good experience.

I had the most wonderful experience with this company, I called the day I needed to move because the other company stood me up I was in tears they had someone out to my house at 5:30 that afternoon the 3 young men were so incredibly nice and professional I had my sons pot luck for football and they kept working by the time the potluck was done they were to!! Plus they are completely affordable. Just such an amazing bunch of guys I will forever be greatful!!!!!

Job well done! They worked their butts off. They did two trips and the only break they took was In the truck between houses.

I just want to thank the three young men that came and moved us. The first company we hired called and said they couldn’t get to us. Muscle Men Movers answered on a Sunday and said they could have some movers to us in probably 3 hours. An hour and a half later they were knocking on our door and saved our weekend.

Damaged furniture, walls and hooked up washer incorrectly causing hundreds of dollars of damage. They will not respond to our attempts to contact them by phone or e-mail

Absolutely amazing! Three guys, with care for all our stuff, and excellent PR. Professional, efficiant, and helpful. Would gladly recommend for moving services of any kind. Tip them when theyre done, they deserve it.

Very dishonest. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER! They came to our house and assessed what we had. We were told there would be no problem getting everything on the truck. It didnt. They charged us for their guys standing around. Then they asked if we would load up our vehicles. Then they got someones pickup truck to finish up and charged almost double because of the pickup. Ive tried to work with them but take the money and run. My bad. Then theres the damage. They had five blankets. Thats it! I took pictures of the damage and emailed as directed and havent heard from them since. That was 3-4 weeks ago and they wont answer any calls. Like I said, very dishonest and would never recommend them.The one star is because its the minimum to be able to post. I give them negative stars.

They were prompt and helpful. Both men were courteous and patient given how horribly the condition in which my truck arrived. It would have been better to have the 3 helpers I had been quoted, but we made it work. I would recommend them to anyone for sure

The three men were very professional and externally carful to not damage any of my furniture. They drove from Ogden in a major snow storm. They came back at 7:45 in the evening to move the furniture back. This was on a Friday night! If I need to have furniture moved again, I would want the same three men.

These guys scratched, soiled, damaged and broke more than they didnt! 2 antiques that were in perfect condition are ruined! They broke our entertainment center and without our knowing they nailed it back together! They loaded the truck and when trying to leave they high centered on our boulders and after four hours of trying to get unstuck their boss finally told them to unload the truck into our garage! Our items were loaded unloaded reloaded and after 12 hrs were unloaded again! They are not located at any address listed and the picture in their ad is of a large grocery store located on that property! Multiple letters have been returned by the PO stating that they are not known ! At that address is a cosmetic co and an attorney! They will not own up to anything that they have done and they will not give us a refund. Dont trust the ratings by the Better Business Bureau. And the five star reviews must be made by Muscle Men Movers or someone who is paid by them! ++++ just received a letter from Ogden City business licenses and they are not licensed in Ogden and never have been and they are delinquent in Salt Lake and not licensed.+++++

These guys were amazing. Jr and tenaris so respectful and friendly to my family and were extremely careful with everything. They were also great at making the most of the truck space, I really didnt think we could do it in one load but they made it happen. I would gladly hire them again.

The three guys I got to move me were the most awesome guys I ever met. They were very careful with my stuff, they were very attentive to my needs, and they always granted me the choice to change their decisions based on my needs which I found to be impressive Customer Service. All three guys were funny, professional, kind hearted, and very attentive to my needs. One particular guy is an amazing Tetris guy, he mustve played a lot as a kid, LOL 😂 If you are in need of a move, I highly recommend muscle men movers.
