Had to hit the book store today. Had a book list that was 7 pages long. The staff were amazing! With their help we were only there about 30 min and got everything we needed.

Masterclass scammers. Was told that if my textbook was still in shrinkwrap, that I could return it. I attempted to return it the week after purchasing it, as I had discovered I didnt need it for my class (since it was the first damn week of classes), and they claimed that the policy states 1-2 business days in a pamphlet that I know for a fact that I did not receive. Will no longer be giving money to WSU for textbooks.

Do not buy textbooks online. I ordered my textbook 2 weeks ago for one of my classes (happened to be $125 just for one textbook). I had it shipped to my house because I live about 30 minutes away from the campus. I waited two weeks and received no textbooks. I had to ask my professor for special permission to turn in my work late since I hadnt received my textbooks yet. By the 4th day of class, still no textbook. I received a text from a woman in Hawaii who had received my textbooks and wanted to contact me due to the mistake in shipping. I have no idea how my textbook had been shipped all the way to Hawaii (I checked the shipping label and I had given them my address). I called the bookstore 3 times in the past 2 days and was given no help. I was told to wait till the next day to see if it arrived, and when I called the next day saying I hadnt received it, the lady told me she would call me back in an hour with my tracking information. She never called me back. I called back today and they told me that I needed to send back my textbooks, which I cant since I never got them and they are in Hawaii, and that they would have a replacement for me tomorrow. Unfortunately, I dropped the class since I couldnt do the assignments. Very annoying

The WSU College Store offers so much more than you would expect. They have multiple locations to serve the needs of the student. Go check them out when it is not rush time to see all the great merchandise.

Love this college and would give a 5 star- BUT they need to fix the parking situation. There is NO reason why people should be driving around campus for 20+ minutes just to find a parking spot! Build a parking garage or something!! I pay $80 for an annual pass to still have to park on the road or in the Smiths parking lot..

The campus bookstore is great. They have everything a student needs and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. People rag on campus stores being overpriced but for supplies theyre not bad.

I love going to the WSU bookstore! It is definitely not just a store for students. The clearance sections are usually awesome in all departments, especially electronics!

Never on the same page. Last night walked in and found a beanie on the clearance rack. Grabed it and asked if it would be 30% off the next day with everything else. I was sure to be clear that this item was a clearance item. Both girls said yes it would be 30% off tomorrow. They said to come back at 8am because that is when the store opens. So I got to campus early even though I dont have class near that time. Grabed it took it to the front desk and this new lady said it is not included. I told her what the girls told me just the night before and she was very rude in saying Read the sign. 🙄

Ive never had good customer service in the 4 years Ive gone here. Staff is always either rude, or unable to answer any questions you have. Hardly ever in stock, and have been told on 2 separate occasions that even though they are out of the textbook required for your class, they are not going to order any more. Only reason not a 1 star is because Weber is pretty decent otherwise.

The bookstore decided to change from laying things out by subject and course number to just using authors last name. Just a chaotic mess of employees not knowing where things are to students being rightfully so lost.

UPDATE: After a frustrating phone call I got an email that the book had shipped. I dont know if it was my phone call or if the person I talked to didnt know it would ship sooner. Either way Im glad it did. If it was due to my phone call then Im impressed they still helped me after I was not so nice on the phone.Im a remote student and needed to order a book for a class through Weber. There was no mention of how long it would take to get to me online but Ive ordered before and it has taken 2 days. This time I got a confirmation that said it would take 2-3 weeks to ship. I called to cancel and they said there was no way to cancel a processed order. The book hasnt even been shipped yet. Absolutely terrible process. They need to either warn of the ship times before the order or overhaul how they process orders. This is unacceptable. I now have to drive 2 hours to buy a book TWICE!

Text book buy back is a rip off...I spent $150.00 on two brand new books last semester, one only used twice and were in basically new condition. Only got back barely $37 and the woman didnt even ask for my receipt, in which I kept because I was told I needed it the previous semester for my books to get a full refund AND I did get a full refund on those books. So Im confused how their system works. Their basically screwing you over. I recommend trying to sell your books to other students yourself to get a little more money back and most likely saving other students money as well. Rip off.

OVERPRICED. save hundreds by going to Smiths for the supplies you need for class. Apparel can be bought at Walmart or Amazon for less.
