This guy is the best, will bend over backwards to get your auto in fine shape.

They got the job done. Were efficient im doing there job. But were lacking in communication.

The owner took time out of his busy day to talk to me about a problem I was having with my car, he was honest about how busy he was and that he wouldn’t be able to look at my car for a couple weeks. I really appreciated his honesty and his time!

Well after my 2300 mile trip from Rhode Island to California I ran into a few problems with my 2001 Dodge Ram Diesel.... I found My Mechanic online after searching for a few other shops in the area with an opening as i was in a hurry to get to California. I called My Mechanic up and told them the types of issues i was having with my truck (Bucking surging, insane loss of power, and just overall poor drive-ability) The Mechanic Steve told me to bring it in and he would check it out right away! Upon arriving at the shop everyone there was very friendly and helpful as i had a lot of questions! Every one of them was answered and i could tell they knew what they were doing. within 1 hour Steve and the other tech Jeremy had a diagnosis on my truck and they were able to get an almost impossible to find and very expensive Injection Pump within 3 hours and at a GREAT PRICE! Steve worked on my truck for only a few hours and got it back up and running...I called a friend of mine back in Rhode Island who works at a shop how much a job like that would run at his shop and they told me id be looking at a little over $3,000!!!! I got the job done and DONE RIGHT at my mechanic for wayyy less than that.I am very happy with my experience at My Mechanic. They fit me in while i was in a hurry did the impossible and got me back on the road FAST!!!THANKS STEVE JEREMY AND HEIDI! If i ever have another issue along my travels in Utah i will for sure be going back.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Be very very careful about dealing with these guys! Mark came up to me when I was out at valley view golf course and says hey guys noticed you have a car like one at my dealership. I was actually looking for another car like mine at the time. Tells me he will give me a good deal and tells me the price. So I live all the way in Salt Lake and make the drive all the way to OGDEN Saturday(THE VERY NEXT DAY) to come take and look at the vehicle and potentially buy it. I get there and the car has all kinds of problems!! I was still willing to buy it even at that price because it was a good deal. So after about an hour of driving it and looking at it I tell him I will buy it for his FULL asking price! He then proceeds to tell me that sorry I have another guy who just offered more! I was like what is this an auction or something?? He says well I didnt know that there was another offer until now. So basically he would not honor his set price and wasted my whole day! Mark goes on to say you would do the same thing Little does he know that when you put MONEY BEFORE customer service you have just basically said Im willing to screw over my customers to make more money than to honor my promises and provide good customer service like an honorable business would. BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS do not deal with these people unless you are looking for people just trying to line their pockets and not honor a word they say. UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DISHONEST!!!!

Very impressed with these guys. After having been ripped off by a few other places, I took my car (that needed fixing up for emissions) here. They quoted me at $85 but charged me less than $40 because they found an easier fix than what they initially would have done. We also took my wifes car here for safety and emissions, and they gave us a really good coupon for an oil change. The guys here are honest. It looks questionable because its in a rather sketchy-looking (though not very sketchy) neighborhood, but its really a good place that will be honest and not rip you off.

My daughter came to visit me and her car started acting up while she was here. I noticed this shop in my neighborhood so we stopped there to have it looked at. I have never been treated so well at a garage. The staff there was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and repair my car that same afternoon. The receptionist even gave us a ride home and picked us up when the car was finished. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got my bill, it was less than the original estimate. I will never take my car anywhere else again. I was treated with respect and not looked down at because I was a woman. Im so glad I found My Mechanic. Thanks Guys Betty

I recently Bought a car from my mechanic and these guys really took care of me A+++service ...I would highly recommend purchasing your next car threw them! They even have a great repair shop to get all my Maintenance done and they are extremely trust worthy. I will defently be a returning customer!! Thanks My Mechanic!!

Never have I seen such dishonesty in the car sales industry. State of Utah has specific laws regarding how dealerships are supposed to conduct business. These guys ignore them. If youre looking for a good deal on a car, go somewhere else.

They were so kind! They never belittled me when I called and explained my problem. The mechanic even let me see the problem and explained what needed to happen before he did anything! I was more than impressed!!

If I could give a negative star I WOULD! We live in northern Utah and couldnt find what we were looking for, so we decided to go to Ogden and the surrounding areas. We found My Mechanic and judging on the reviews it had we though well lets give it a chance. We got to the place and was greeted by a great guy told us that the vehicle we were looking at was owned by one of their mechanics and he took great car of it(... BULL!!) plus it was in our price range! We even thought he was on the level with us when he said we could take it to a mechanic to get it checked out unfortunately since it was a Saturday there were not a lot of places open that could take us at short notice. We decided to trust them... BBBIIIIIIIGGGGG mistake. We didnt even make it home! We drove for a hour stopped to pick up our children from the babysitters and the truck wouldnt start! The fuel pump was so old and bad that the plastic around the wiring was melted off. When we called them we got told that they could fix it for us but they would have to charge us, however if we fixed it ourselves they would refund us the cost of the part. Got it fixed up, and took it in to be registered; turned out that I didnt have all of the paperwork and there was paperwork not filled out properly. I had to then drive all way back down to Ogden to get the right paperwork. It was then that I was informed that they were not going to refund the full amount only a fourth of the amount! Plus she proceeded to tell me that I really got a heck of a deal because she had already sold it for 700$ more than we bought it. I really doubt that one.But the story doesnt end there. The Friday after we had bought it I took it in for a oil change found out that it hadnt had a oil change since February of 2015! Asked the guy who is our mechanic to check it over to see what else was wrong. $3000 later I finally have a trustworthy truck! Dont just walk away from these guys RUN AWAY in fact AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE!

The woman that runs the dealership is a rude and very unprofessional person. Has an attitude of you dont like what I have to say then get the check out and was cussing some guy out in the parking lot so I just left. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone and would never buy a car from them.

So me and my friend went to this micanic to have her car fixed before we called in to see how much it would cost the told her that it would only be 159 plus tax well they did a good job fixing the car so this is a good place to go....

I had a very bad experience with this shop. They were not helpful and would not return phone calls. I could not get the problem with my car resolved and they were way overpriced on their labor prices. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They gave me the runaround for almost two weeks and I went to another shop and fixed the problem in one day and was treated honestly.

I went into this place, I had a rusty radiator, they told me a coolant flush will fix it. they did a coolant flush and my radiator was still rusty. then I started leaking tranny fluid out of my radiator. so they could of told me my radiator was shot and needed a new one but they merchandised me to get that coolant flush when he should of known that it was too bad. they rip off people if you trust these guys. I rate them terrible and would never go back.

Always taken care of and treated well. Love this place.
