What’s wrong with the staffing? There’s no reason to be waiting over an hour for a prescription that was sent 4 days ago, this is the second day I’ve been here and of course they keep telling you is not ready. They need more people working or more competent.

I live in Odessa but until a couple months ago worked in Midland, so just got my prescriptions in Midland. Now that I no longer go to Midland daily, I switched to this Walgreens. I’ve picked up maybe 3-4 times here now with each time waiting no less than 45 mins in the drive thru even when there’s just 1-2 people ahead of me. Fortunately the staff has always been polite, but the wait time is ridiculous. It’d be faster for me to go to midland and back.

Went to get a covid test and waited 45 minutes in the drive through only to be told I was in the wrong line/lane for it. When I explained I did exactly as the email said and there were no signs indicating a specific lane for the covid test the woman just said “oh yeah.” When I asked if they expected me to hop back in the now longer line to wait she said yup. Never going there again.

Very bad experience tonight. Waited and waited to pick up photos which were already paid for. The poor cashiers had to call over and over for someone to come to the counter and finally Mike came. He was incredibly rude and charged me AGAIN despite me pulling up my receipt from paying online when I ordered the photos. The cashiers were friendly and apologetic though and Marissa was very helpful. I will not be going back.

Came twice in one day was told by employee at pharmacy they closed at 10pm they didnt have my prescription ready both times and said they closed at 9pm couldnt give me my prescription.They handled this situation very unprofessional spoke to Pharmacy Manager and she said the same thing..... there nothing but a DAMN JOKE

Walgreens employee would not exept packages for FedEx. I spoke with a FedEx employee and he told me they are supposed to take them. The woman told me she couldnt take the package because it has a usps tracking number on it.

Just leaving this store after witnessing a crimes against customer service. The store is nearly dead, however a woman working there is yelling to another employee across the store...about customers.1- she was annoyed a customer called and requested help for curbside. She was rude to her and hung up, then proceeded to make fun of her across the store. Apparently Walgreens offering curbside, heavily inconveniences this employees busy schedule of complaining there’s customers.2- During my time shopping, I could continually hear the same female employee, from any point in the store. At one point she was standing in the front door- yelling to the cashier about how dramatic and troublesome a coworker was. No, I don’t think she understands irony either.3- Another woman came in and asked for help in cosmetics, the cashier tried to ask Ms Loudmouth to please help the customer in cosmetics.... She waved off the customer to her face, and said she was going to have to wait because she had better things to do. The cashier then asked a third employee to help, to which he also said no....and you guessed it, told the loud one to go help because it was makeup and he doesn’t know anything.“Thank you for choosing Walgreens, now please leave”

The new employee Lisa in cosmetics is so nice & helpful. I needed help with some makeup. She seemed really knowledgeable. She also gave me good ideas. I also bought perfume. Thanks again Lisa for all your help!!

Their employees are always polite and friendly. They go beyond helping their customers find what they are looking for and even make suggestions. The pharmacy is so quick and also friendly. They work long hard hours and never seem to get tired.

PHARMACIST IS A JOKE! Everybody up front is super polite and helpful. However the Pharmacy is a different story. I had just gotten 2 molars extracted so i couldnt talk, tried to type a message in my phone for her to read and she just wouldnt look at it with me holding my phone up so she can see it. Super rude to every customer at counter and at drive through. Seems like she was literally going out of her way to be rude. Shes like that every time, which is what drove me to finally write a review.

Young girl at the pharmacy window has a very bad attitude. Need to be retrained on her customer service skills. Threw my medication thru window and slammed it. No thank you have a good day nothing. Then wants to look at me ugly while i drive away. Been using this pharmacy for years but im taking my business elsewhere.

Just like every other Walgreens the pharmacy takes forever and always seems under staffed. Last night there was a line a quarter mile long, double lanes. The line inside was halfway down the backside of the store. They could not get organized and get medicine out the door fast enough. 3 stars because my prescription was actually ready by the time I got to the register. I was shocked but I did wait about 50 minutes total from the time we left vital care and waited in line.

No Manager at this store to talk to about situation. Tried to get a prescription filled didn’t have any issues a week ago getting a script filled. First was told I paid cash by technician when I know I didn’t. Ask to speak to pharmacist just the runaround finally talk to a lead for the store his name was Mike seemed to be very lazy or irritated with his job didn’t want to have pharmacy call me in the morning when we live almost 3 hours away. Very dissatisfied with the service over the phone I received my husband ended up taking his script And left mad.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.Unprofessional, inadequate customer service.Believe the negative reviews. Here’s my experience1. Every employee looks at you like you’re a nuisance as you walk in. No greetings or assistance.2. I asked a question in regards to my prescription and the pharmacy tech laughed at my question and was extremely condescending afterwards.3. They “forgot” to let me know that my prescription was ready for pick up. They told me that they would call. I finally went in before they closed at 10 pm. (7 hours after drop-off!!)4. When I asked about the lack of communication about my prescription the cashier just looked at me and ignored my question. The lady next to her side-eyed me and kept stocking her bins. No one cared to apologize or give an explanation.

I dont know what is going on here. Ordered a refill by phone with a live person and show up for pickup only to hear they are out.Next day, wife receives a call stating a script (different one) is ready for pickup. She arrives for pickup and it isnt ready. Very disorganized.

Went in to buy a case of water and Gatorade for work today, my total came out to $17.06, tried to pay with a $100 dollar bill and the cashier said we cant make change with that, so instead of asking a manager or going in the back he just basically denied my service. Had to go to HEB just so my guys could have water and Gatorade on a day its supposed to be in the 90s.

Been in line for medicine refills over 1 hr! Looks like the cashiers and pharmacy don’t care they talk to each other while we stand in line! Then they leave to find some thing for 30 to 45 minutes, bad service, but what do you do when you done business here for 25 years?

Rude and can never answer questions I had called on behalf of a patient for something i knew they sold they said it was $100 but in fact was only $20. Its sad that there pharmacy has no heart to try and help there patients. I was transferred like 6 times before I could even get the pharmacist which when I called I had spoken with a pharmacy tech. .. Guess they dont know what is in there area. Not sending my family there anymore.. . Sad to see there standards are not pro Patients.

Worst experience ever! Allegedly, they take my insurance. It wouldnt work for the scripts. Tried calling to get them changed to HEB and no one answers in the pharmacy or the store. Wasted over an hour to get told I couldnt buy my asthma medications and now I cant get it transferred. Will never take any business to Walgreens again.

Worst customer service Ive ever had, Abigail Tapia wish is the girl at the counter was on her phone when I got to the cashier, kept on listening to her music, was rude and wouldnt even respond when I said thank you. Just amazed on how people with such bad customer service can work as a cashier.Very disappointed.

The balance financial prepaid mc charges 20% fee when used for hotel charges. Terrible choice for any special employed contractor paying their own expenses. It can take up to 30 days to receive a refund of the 20% fee after checkout unless the hotel faxes a letter to Walgreens.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Went to pick up a package when asked for ID I noticed I did not have it. But showed everything from insurance card to credit cards, and even pulled up my company website with my picture and name on it. The Manager knew it was me and still denied me my package. And as I approached the manager there was an older women with a complaint as well. You’re better off going to a CVS or Rite Aid in my opinion. Just don’t go here!!! Employees have no common sense.

This is hands-down the worst to Walgreens I have ever been to. I swear every single person that works in this pharmacy is completely incompetent. I will be back tomorrow for a third time after waiting 30 minutes in line today. I will absolutely be taking all my prescriptions to CVS from here on out.

I have never had to wait so long at a pharmacy when my order was already ready. I got to the pharmacy to pickup my prescription and I decided to go inside because there was 5 cars in the drive thru. When I got inside there was only one person standing in line waiting to pick up their prescriptions. However, they waited back by the sign and the girl at the counter just ignored her keep doing other things. By the time I got out of there I had waited 25 minutes and she did not wait on me, the guy from the drive thru did. In fact, he waited on more people the whole time I was there, than she did. That includes the drive thru customers and the lady waiting in front of me and myself. This is just unacceptable. You need better service people. I was there during my lunch between 11:45 and 12:15.

Do not drop you FedEx packages here. The Walgreens employees are rarely at the photo counter to help you, and they might not be there when the FedEx driver arrives, so your packages might not get shipped on time. This happened. It was the last straw after a couple of months of poor customer service.

Just like all the other reviewers have stated, they are rude and they are incompetent. The pharmacy tech I spoke to clearly knows only 2 words of English, that of which is hold on and then proceeds to put you on hold and never returns to the call. He doesnt understand the first thing about how insurance works with medication refills. Doesnt know how to pull up a customers insurance. Then after not being able to do anything, puts me on hold and never returns to the phone call.

I had purchased Wrangler jeans at another store and returned them to a different Walgreens. On the back of the receipt it clearly states that I can return my purchase to any store Nationwide within 30 days. It says nothing about whether they carry it or not. So if I cant return my purchase be cause they do that carry it then they need to change the policy on the back of their receipts to clarify that .

Rude workers!! I came to pick up my pictures and there was no one in the photo dept. so I nicely asked the workers if they knew if someone was going to be there today and they rudely said they had no idea that I should’ve come in the morning shift, and I asked if there was going to be someone working the day after and the man said “I mean I guess”.So rude!!!!

Worst damn store ever. This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy Ive ever been to!!!!!! Im from out of state the pharmacist told me Texas state law prohibited him from filling my prescriptions so I checked state law went back inside and told him and tried to show him that he was wrong so he just walked off the tech told me to try a different pharmacy.I was not totally accurate in my statement that they could fill an out of state prescription but the pharmacist or the tech didnt know or wouldnt take the time to tell me what I needed to do to get my prescriptions filled.So I still think this is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy Ive ever tried to do business with...

They could be giving away $100 bills and I wouldnt come back. Stand in line by myself for 10 minutes waiting to pick up my daughters prescription. They lost her insurance info. More $$$. So I told them to pull my account and get the insurance, same info. They made me go to the drop off window to do it, then get back in line, over 15 people waiting now. Ill go elsewhere. Wont even buy a water if Im dieing of thirst. Would rather drink the city water from a garden hose.
