Horrible Customer Service. Customers backed up in line all the way to back of store. Several Stripes employees just standing around playing on their phones and laughing. They were wearing Stripes Employees Uniforms but unwilling to help customers.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Coffee bar fully stacked clean . Enjoyed visit .fast in fast out

Pump card readers don’t work with a credit card. They consistently ask for a PIN and you can’t run it as credit. Not worth your time to stop here.

This place is right next to where I live. However, its always a hassle to go here. The old lady at the counter is super slow and very unpleasant. In addition, why must we all stand in line after getting gas in order to recieve our receipts? I would encounter ownership to fix this Stripes ASAP or continue to lose customers...

Staff are unprofessional and poorly trained. The food options suck, old and dried out or soggy. They were out of mesa so no tacos. The tables sticky and floors were dirty.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Spent 60.00 in gas and Merchandise, asked for 20.00 in lottery tickets. The lady refused to sell them due to paying with debit card! I know for a fact you cant buy them with a credit card in Texas. I called their customer service number and he confirmed all lottery could be purchased with debit cards. Yall need to train these people right and remind them why everyone loves Chick-fil-As customer service!!

I went too buy cigarettes there because they had 2 packs Marlboro $1.50 off. I was at the register and the clerk rang them up and told me that would be $12.15. I then said the sign says $1.50 off of 2 packs. Her reply was oh you have too put your phone number in. Told me this after she rang them up. Poor service, she should always tell customers before hand. Poor training quality! Never buy anything from any Stripes.

I used to stop and fill up every few days. Grab a bottle of Dunkin Donuts chilled coffee. A couple of times a week Id grab a couple of cans of Copenhagen Long Cut. Last time, she gave me the wrong stuff. As o was headed to Andrews, I opened one and was immediately, like, yuck!. The next day I took back the unopened can, to try to exchange it. She said she couldnt do it. I couldnt get my money back. I told her to throw it away, that theyve seen me for the last time.

Where do they find their employees do they even offer training. You can have six people there and one at the register and the rest talking I think I need to check out DK. I used to respect stripes but their staff is very unprofessional with no knowledge

Rude employees, no customer service, I will not be using this gas station again.

This place is great for quick in and out visits. They have a big selection of items for a convenience store. When in a hurry and needing cold drinks, gas, and ect- this is the place to go.

Alex is the best store mgr in a looong while but the kitchen staff drags that store down so much!!! If the ladies in the kitchen aren’t talking about you in Spanish cuz they think you can understand....they are moving slow as molasses!!! The kitchen mgr is the absolute worse....takes her precious little time & might acknowledge you while your standing there waiting to place an order....might not!!!

Store is always neat and clean, but there is never any coffee, and employees dont seam to care about anything.

Only complaint is their salsa bar only had very very HOT sauce and they told me it was just red salsa. They got the best of this greengo! 😤

Laredo Taco Co is decent here. Quick. The pump area is large enough so its easy to get around cars at the pumps.

Went in for a starbucks and a burrito and the lady making the tortillas behind the counter was rude. Both women were facing the other way and the one making the tortillas saw me and ignored me then i said can i get a burrito please and that same one rolled eyes and gestured for the other girl to help me. the upside the burrito was really good.

This is not a bad stripes but most stripes our usually horrible just a horrible chain I dont know who owns them but they suk whoever does
