Needed My blood pressure medicine yesterday just to get told a lie about it wasnt covered got home called them back to get the phone hung up in My face never again will i return to this location...... just rude and unprofessional

I waited a total of 3hrs for my daughters prescription, to be told to come back that they are just NOW filling it. Mind you I have a sick child that was needing these meds.I waited in line to fill the prescription 30 mins. The pharmacy told me it would be 1 n a half hours. This was at 5:00 I came back before 645 in the drive thru was told that I was just getting filled to make a block it will be ready in 30 mins. I waited again in line it’s now 7:55 pm. As the truck in front pulls up it’s now 8:00 pm on the dot, the 2 pharmacy associates see me as they are pulling the gate down, make eye contact with me, I honked they continued to ignore me, pushed the call button, drove around to see them speed walking out the store, I asked for a manager so I could get information about this pharmacy. Don’t waste your time at this slow location, they are heartless!!!

Your manager who was at this store around 5:30 today (6/16) was EXTREMELY RUDE & DEGRADING to my mother! The name we got was Duyne. She is not a thief and she was not stealing anything, but was treated like a thief because she simply tried on a thumb stabilizer and back brace after undergoing a serious surgery. You dont demand to walk someone out & act the way he did....you simply ask can I help you or politely ask her not to open the packaging ... Not accuse her of stealing!!! She was going to pay for it and did. Get some lessons on customer service because yours sucked!However Jacqueline was very helpful and polite!

Rudest pharmacy I’ve ever gone to. Will not shop at CVS again.

I don’t appreciate the false advertisement. I was told by Jonathon that they would grant me the ORDER40 in store but when I spoke with the manager about he he refused to help me. I have the email from customer support and I showed them it and he still refused. I will not be going back to cvs. I was promised the 40% off and wound up paying full price.

Here for the second time to get my medicine. No one but the pharmacist was working. I came a few days ago and the wait was so long I had to leave. Back today (12.19.2018 @12pm) and was just informed that yet again it is going to be awhile because the pharmacist(Dean) is here alone again. Get the man some reliable help!

Is there a way to put zero stars ?!?! The people here are rude and the facility looks unclean. Not coming back, ill even choise different insurance if mine tells me I uave to use this pharmacy ...

I have got to say this is the most pleasant experience I have had at a cvs in years! Prescription was ready when I called, 2hich was not even 15 minutes after the physician had called it in! Pharmacist was the only one behind the counter and she was as sweet as can be, and holding it on her own! Im sorry to say I didnt think to get her name. We will return here!

I tried calling to set up a flu clinic for our Odessa location for our employees and the pharmacist a woman.. said she needed my call back information because there was a minimum requirement but she didnt know what it was of the top of her head....... when I asked her she was rude and defensive ... they were unable to help me..

Female pharmacists very rude, took my son prescription she barely glanced at it she handed back to me and said its on backorder and closed the window. I had already called a few days prior to ask they told me i needed to bring in triplicate so could check in their system too see if they could order it. I had called manufacturer and the 60ml bottle was still on backorder but not the one I needed. Talk about customer service..horrible

Super over price !! I wait my Madison 30 min same medison i was have from walgreen $18 they try charge me $52 dollar !! I never come back !!
