This is the only place I know that you have to show ID, give your phone number for warranty. Why is that? I dont even have to show ID to vote . If I have my receipts or picture of my receipts since the ink disappears or its lifetime warranty and you carry that item. Whats the problem??? . No other place does that. I dont want to give out my information. I just want to get what I came for and leave. I did buy a plug Allen set and tried to return it because two of them broke. Six times I came back to return them but they didnt have any replacements in stock. I live 30 miles away and when I did come back the last time they gave me a hard time about showing my ID. I have bought a lot of tools, winches, expendables, welder, chop saw, drill press, portaband, they know my face and they know I shop there frequently. I dont want to give out my information and if I cant shop there. Ill go somewhere else. This is actually a good store and good people work there. So why make it harder and harder for good people to shop there.

A great place for cheaper tools that actually work. There are a bunch of people who love their Brand Name items from stores, and then there are the rest of us that know they are all made in China, probably in the same factory. It is all a matter of slapping a sticker on it that has that special big brand name. For those of us who know that main stream brands dont really matter, Harbor Freight is there to help. They have good tools that will last as long as comparative brands at much better prices.

I love this place. Tools are inexpensive. You may say, theyre cheap, they wont last. Oh contraire, they do last. Always take their very inexpensive warranty. 2Years for a couple dollars. They will take back the item and give you a brand new one. The manager at the route 40 store is the bomb. He never lets me down. I have returned 1 item in 5 yrs.and I had to return it twice. But considering my shop is filled with Harbor Freight tools, I think that is pretty good. Well, I do have a $400.00 DeWalt hammer drill I bought from a friend that needed money, he said $50.00 would cover it...whats a girl to do?

I love this store. They have every tool imaginable at rock bottom prices. The cashier was friendly and helpful and this store is conveniently located in the forty east shopping center. The store and parking lot were both clean and well kept.

Great prices and quality on a variety of products. I recently bought a Central Forge Table Swivel Vise with Anvil on sale for $17.99. Incredible price for a very high quality vise for my garage workbench.

Always great values and a wide selection of products at harbor freight. I wish theyd have more batteries however as they tend to run out

We are moving and needed a few different things. This was the first time we shopped at Harbor Freight and it will be the last. We wandered around for 15 minutes looking for a salesperson to help us. None to be found. Finally, we found one who was not very helpful. Instead of showing us where to find what we needed, they told us to look in the front of the store and waved in that direction. When staff did start to materialize, they just clustered at the front of the store chatting while one person operated the register with at least 10 customers on line. Finally found a manager who opened up more registers. Items advertised as specials were not - we found out you had to be members to receive that price. Never again - we wouldnt go back if the merchandise was free.

I could have spent all day there. Im a 70 yr old woman who has liked tools for 50 yrs. Im lucky I spent less than $45.

Always find what Im looking for and the place is always well stocked and kept. There is plenty of parking at this location.

They had what I was looking for. In and out very quickly. Mask were being worn.

One item we found but it took us FOREVER! We also needed a 1/2 router and finally found someone to ask where they were! And of course they didnt have any!!! Eeerrgg!!

Always friendly,except for one she didnt have time to look up something I needed told me they were out, but another lady helped us .

Good prices sometimes you get what you pay for just keep receipts they are always great at honoring warranties i buy alot of tools for work at home there great for that

I like Publix Deli and meats are fresh and they have two for one a lot of times so you buy one get one free and not only that I have Ibotta and theyll have stuff on there that when I buy it I get money back from Ibotta Walmart and Sams Club Target Winn-Dixie all of them are on Ibotta I bought V8 splash and Everest limit five I bought four of them and each one give me a dollar back so I got $4 back on each bottle

Screw guns went up in price but got year warranty!!

I just gave up !!! I dont even bother to visit the store, even though there website says they have several In stock they have zero on hand. I returned for three months and never do they have the item on the shelf!! Im not passing up Lowes or the general hardware store anymore to save a few bucks !!! The waste of time and fuel arent worth it. Thks for nothing !!!

I purchased two german-made Braun, LED, three-way flashlights for $19.99 plus tax each. Great flashlight, I highly recommend them. Today you dont even need a coupon just walk in and theyre right there on the shelf marked with that same price.
