Extra large parking lot at this location. The store was clean and organized. My only problem was that too many items of interest did not have price tags. Overall, great store with plenty of home decorative products and many cool things in stock.

Same experience as last time which was years ago...Walked in and was approached immediately by the help. I informed him I was there to buy a recliner. He observed me trying every chair. When I chose the desired chair he informed me that he didnt think they had it but he did put on a show anyways. After that I asked what ones they actually had. At this point he immediately pointed at the 3 or 4 out of the 20 that were actually obtainable.Why didnt he say that to begin with because he obviously knew AND had to know that they had NONE in stock.No excuses because this is HOW THEY DO IT.Absolute garbage.

Rude management. Tried to tell me KY item wasnt broken when there is a piece of steel literally broken in half on the leg up part of the recliner. Then they insisted it was fine and that they could resell it, so 2atch out here....youre getting broken stuff from management that thinks youre sub human and incapable of analysis of busted steel parts. Laughable.

Product I wanted to buy for 599 its in the wrong spot it was really 1199. I was disappointed because I wanted that product but I still like Big Lots and the clerk was very nice.

2 times now I have been sold defective furniture.The assistant manager here is rude and condescending.Store manager refuses to call me back, she probably isnt even giving him the messages.I am still missing a refund for my delivery fee for the defective sectional sofa.Bbb complaint inc.

Im glad big lots is still in bussiness and this place specific ally is very organized and the employees are always willing to help you with anything and always have a great attitude. Not like it used to be I used to get to get some really good stuff at Big Lots not anymore and what you do have the prices are too high so I will be shopping elsewhere.

I missed Big lots. I didnt realize there was one here in Ocala. Great finds. Great prices. They are usually fully stocked. With Christmas about 9 days away they may not have much stock left but they always have some treasures to buy.

A treasure trove of cheap toys, name brands but way less than usual. Great holiday section. Only place to go if youre looking for toy soldiers, which i am, always.....

Went in just to check the store out I think I have only been in there one other time got some makeup stuff I paid pretty much regular price for everything so I dont see what the big sale deal is they talk about but overall customer service was fantastic store was although a little cluttered appeared to be clean because theres just really not a whole lot here. But to those who do shop here especially you women do not put your fingers in the makeup trays that is absolutely disgusting and you cost them money today because I was going to buy a few items but you stuck your nasty fingers in there so I was unable to make a purchase on several items I wanted. I assume youre an adult if youre in the store so you should know better and if its your child or teenager thats doing that parents you need to do better and raise these kids better who does that where do they do that this is so uncool.

Im soooooo disappointed in Big Lots!! I went in on Dec 3 to purchase a new Christmas Tree. Mind you...every year Big Lots is loaded with gift ideas, decorations, holiday snacks. Well this year...the back corner of the store was completely void of any kind of Christmas joy. Not only did I NOT get my tree, was told they were not getting anymore stuff in...the pricing on their stuff has risen. Im not boycotting my Big Lots...but I am gonna leave this highly disappointed review. I know theres this pandemic...i know it is different...I Was hoping for some Christmas cheer and got scrooged.

Its a good go-to store when youre in. a hurry. Their stock at present is below par. I like to buy cleaning products, but they were really low on these items. I. did purchase paper products, of which they had plenty. Check out. could be slow because they dont hire slot of folks.

I ordered a special order mattress in June... As of today no one can tell me where it is... Today I spoke with Dawn. She was completely awesome and so understanding. She was able to switch the bed I ordered months ago to one that was in stock. I even got it at a better price. Dawn really went over and beyond and was understanding and friendly. Its big lots. I wanted to see something different from the regular stores. They were priced higher than I would expect for the quality of the items but they did have some bargains items and some odds and ends

You never know what you will find. They usually have some fun and unique items. The store is a bit beat up but they keep it very near.

Bought patio chair cushions, good quality for the price (on sale). Have purchased cushions in the past that lasted several seasons and these latest ones seem to be of even better quality. I have also purchased patio umbrellas, flower pots, rugs in the past and always satisfied.

Great deals in Big Lots tonight. We bought coffee and soda and Im guessing we saved close to $30.00 from what we would normally spend. I know we saved $20.00 on the coffee for sure. Cashier was very nice. Definitely glad we stopped.

This is for the Big Lots big furniture store near this location.... a friend purchased a couch and loveseat set which had a defective arm and was told to come back and get another one... they had marked her name on it and then sold it to someone else...we keep returning ...its taken three trips and three to four weeks now and still cannot the new replacement they promised. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE.....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 😒

Best deals and service in Ocala. Ive been searching for weeks for the perfect sectional and finally found one brand new for $100+ cheaper than American freight, Lanes, Badcock, Kanes, and blockers! The guy there all week long was great with the kids and very welcoming. He really hooked us up too, as we were a day late for the 20% off sale but he honored it anyways. I spoke with Joey on the phone, he was polite and knowledgeable. In the store Scott helped me and he was very polite as well. I knew what I wanted before I got there by using their website which was easy to navigate. The mattress set I received was in excellent condition wrapped nicely with thick plastic. The delivery fee is $150 and they wont deliver on weekends so we rented a uhaul and saved $130. Scott helped load the items into my truck. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality mattress to check them out.

Went in to exchange clippers that I had bought there (the lock didnt work/hold in lock position). Went back to get the clippers and proceeded to walk through the store and by the time I got up to the checkout counter I had more than just the clippers, lol. Teach me to go into the store and go past the register!

I can always find something i want and most of the time what i need. There prices are good and the people are always nice. Their furniture is good too.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by 2 members with a hello. Went on a busy day. I said I saw online they had a certain table in stock. A gentleman promtly showed me where it was and I was rung up and out the door in 8 minutes. Much much better than in the past. Table was also cheaper than at Home Depot. Cheers

Big lots is a nice store to get things from. I hate dealing with Walmart and the crowds there and the way they are using less people..They are a little more pricey than the used to be, but who isnt these days...
