I have been doing business with Bryant Auto Sales for the past five years ever since I bought my first used vehicle and can honestly say that Samuel Bryant (the owner) and Jason (sales associate) are two of the best people in Ocala to do business with. The process for doing business with them was easy and straightforward where most auto dealers it is not. I have sent numerous referrals to Bryant Auto Sales and will continue to do so.

Contacted dealership via facebook the evening of 9/20/18 about a vehicle. Reached out the morning of 9/21/18 to Jason at dealership while I was at the VA hospital in Lake Nona having test done. We expressed not wanting a useless inquiry on our credit, and after a few minutes we decided to submit the credit application. Credit app was submitted at 1034, we were approved and accepted the offer at 1135 as I was leaving the hospital heading back to Ormond Beach. We contacted Jason via phone, informed him we were heading back and would send documentation requested when we got to house then come to dealership to close deal. We told him, this vehicle is sold after he gave us our finance terms, sold us a warranty etc....I arrived home at 1230 and told Jason I needed an hour to recover from my test and I would send info to him. At 1415 I went to sent the paperwork he had requested and was informed another salesman had a customer looking at the vehicle we had been approved on, 20 minutes later we were told it was sold.After speaking with Sam the owner learned that Jason approached owner about my deal, and rather than calling me the owner allowed the other salesman to sell the vehicle out from under me leaving us stuck. NOT how a professional lot would conduct business in my opinion. Again in my opinion this is a once buy here pay here that tried to grow up but doesnt have business ethics, in my opinion. Commercial customers, contractors beware, you will think you have your problem solved and Sam will sell your vehicle out from under you in less than 2 hours. Only thing Bryant auto gave us, is a lower credit score for the inquiry and a lot of aggravation. In 35 years of buying vehicles, over 100 fleet vehicles for various companies, NEVER has anything like this happened before.
