Extremely please with my most recent experience with Pearson Nissan of Ocala. Isaac did an amazing job at keeping me informed with what was going on with my vehicle and made sure I understood everything and all my questions were answered. He contacted me promptly when my vehicle was finished and made sure I knew what my expenses were and what to do to retrieve my vehicle. Always a pleasure when I need to contact Nissan for anything!
Good clean facility. Friendly employees. Fast service. I do think my diagnosis should have been free since I already knew my problem and told them. Instead I was charged $65 to tell me what I already knew (windshield washer pump). I believe since I had my car repaired the diagnosis should have been waived and not “rolled in” to my final total. Other than that I was well pleased.
My first trip last year was horrible. I know, I know COVID not a good excuse for over charge. I was estimated over 600$ to program and the purchase 2 keys. A year later and was done for under 300$ not sure why the price Change, but I took a chance. Was waiting for the ole it cost more then we thought BS. But nope kept price same great service writer, Brian I think his name was. Short wait will keep going until prices go nuts.
I am very satisfied with the service. I took my car to replace the battery. The next day the alarm went off several times. I took the car again and immediately George St. John took care of the problem. He also dropped off my car at my work for me. I am impressed with the service I received, this is more than I expected and very appreciative. Outstanding work!!!
I drove in with a window problem.I was greeted by a man named David See. He was absolutely wonderful !Fast, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable.This being my 1st visit, I didnt know what to expect.Im new to the area and am just learning my way around.David took me under his wing, promptly repaired my stuck window and sent me down the road !I thank this dealership !And you have earned my business for life!Thank you !Weather you like it or not!Im yours !

I brought my car in for recall work & had some maintenance done on the car while it was there. Everyone was extremely professional. David arranged for Robert to give me a ride home from the dealership and robert came back and picked me up when the repairs were finished. I appreciated that more than I can express. Thank you all for making my experience a great one.
Brought my vehicle in on a Monday for many things, among them was a new battery. David was my service advisor. From the gate he was rude & standoffish but I chalked it up to having a case of the Mondays. Fast forward to the following Monday, I had to bring my vehicle back due to similar issues that brought me in initially. Once David contacted me to inform me of the diagnosis, I had questions. Apparently David did not like being questioned and proceeded to tell me, if I couldnt afford to pay for the service, never bring my vehicle back...and then he hung up on me. Luckily there was a gentleman in the service office that was able to get me on my way without further insult, but the damage had already been done. My wife bought her brand new Kicks from Pearson so its a shame to be treated that way. At Davids request, I will never again come to Pearson and I will drive to Gainesville Nissan to get my vehicle serviced. For what its worth, many people have also been told about this and it appears David is a repeat offender. CUSTOMER LOST!
Have tried two times to get service done on a vehicle I purchased directly from them. I have had difficulty each time trying to schedule an appointment. I will take my car to the Ford dealership for service. Love the car, but would never buy from their again due to their pathetic service department.
Went to go look at a Frontier that was listed on their website a couple days ago for about $19,950. The salesman was awesome and very helpful with what I needed. I test drove it and was very interested in buying the vehicle, however when the salesman went to go run the numbers, upper management increased the price of the vehicle by $2,000 while I was looking the truck over. The only pro was the salesman, other than that I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Pearson Nissan.
The first pic I received of my new vehicle had a sales price under it that was not the actual price. (Evidently very tiny wording somewhere in the ad stated the sales price might not be accurate due to options, packages, etc. ) My salesman, Thomas Ingram, was absolutely positively wonderful - very polite, very attentive and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Same with Jim Spaulding, in the F&I Department - very nice to work with.
Loved working with the staff here. They went above and beyond for me in order for me to get a nice car. Mike was really helpful and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Would definitely come back.
We had been looking at several dealerships, but were turned off by how pushy the sales people were. Decided to give Nissan a try and were immediately impressed at how welcoming everyone was. Correy Perrault went above and beyond in assisting with our purchase. He was honest and clearly cared about what type of vehicle we were looking for. We could tell he had a lot of knowledge with Nissan and was able to answer any questions we had.

Rudy was AMAZING! He didnt pressure my husband or I into a vehicle that we couldnt afford or didnt want. He let us look around and didnt push any particular vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. He was very personable with us. If we ever have to get another vehicle, Rudy will be the only person I will go to.

Purchased a 2017 Altima directly off the lot . They sold me a maintenance package for the vehicle and assured me that the entire car down to the brakes and tires would be covered. I brought my car in 5 times to get service done within the last 2 months ( which I haven’t even had the full 2 months ) and they refused to tell me that the car they sold me had aftermarket parts on it which would NOT be covered by my maintenance package. They now expect me to dish out over $1500 in parts to fix issues that they gave me the car with. The tires they gave me the car with were PATCHED tires. The brakes are aftermarket brakes that aren’t even OEM . They tried to charge me $800 for an airbag sensor which was simply UNPLUGGED. I was told on 2 separate occasions that I could come by for service without an appointment and my service advisor was scheduled OFF on BOTH OCCASIONS.The service department is extremely unprofessional and I have had nothing but issues with them.I have been in contact with the Better Business Bureau about this location. They should be ashamed for the way they treat hard working customers. Especially when I purchased the car directly from them less than TWO months ago.

We were working with a representative via text. Adiona Anderson. He Work diligently showing us several several cars when when we saw one that Interested us and were given a FINAL PRICE that fit our price threshold. (Nigal was aware of our upper limit) we came in to purchase the car.It was disappointing to us that the texting representative would not be our sales person. As we started through the paperwork we noticed the price was about $6000 more than the final price we had received by text. DEFINITELY above out threshold.This experience gave us a very uneasy sense about dealing with Pearson Nissan.Other than that, the rest of the process was was easy and we are very happy with the car..... Although remaining a little upset that we were manipulated and ended up paying more than quoted for Final Price.

Then Issac-he is a great service advisor and will help get your service appointment underway.All this being said - one star knocked off because of John Peoples - the sales manager who was not honest with me about my 3-month, 3000 mile warranty. Steer clear of him.
You might accomplish more if your employees werent on their phones. Especially customer service desk. 10:30 appt. for oil change it is now 11:51!!!! and still here
I dealt with Brandon Daniels. He made us feel at home with a professional manner that was polite and inviting. A non pushy sales person that knows his business. Next time hell be the one we deal with. Hes a 10.

We had a rodent problem under our hood. The service department diagnosed it in less than 2 hours and had our car returned to us the same day. Everyone was professional and explained what had to be done.

I had to get my oil and tire rotate, today and my good man Ronnie. Found out today my car needed brakes and fuel needed to be flushed to keep it on the correct schedule. It a 2019 that was on schedule, thank God he keeping eye out for me.

This place is joke, I called several times to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I sit on hold leave messages for service advisors never get a call back, called for the service manager he is never available. Called to speak with the GM this evening the reception girl was kind at first I explained my issue she said to leave more messages. I said maybe it’s best to go to another dealership as my car is several hundred miles over the recommended oil change and she agreed she said yes that would be best. Great way to promote business!!!! It’s sad have a service contract with Nissian and then have to pay out of pocket for a oil change another dealerships. If this is there idea of customer service maybe it’s best to find a different dealership as recommended by reception!!!!
Buyers beware and do your due diligence. We bought a used car Saturday, drove 3 hours to buy it and 3 hours back home. Only the ac stopped working before I pulled into my driveway. The head bolts were loose on the compressor which caused fluid loss and the compressor to blow up. I called the dealer and was told its an As-Is sale. Thanks Pearson Nissan I wont be back.I am giving you 2 stars because the team that helped us was kind, friendly and helpful. Id suggest you take a look at what service and inspection is really completed on a used car before you drive it off the lot. Let my lesson learned save you from a car with no AC in Florida!

Terrible, I felt like I was played. Make sure they do the 27 point inspection on your vehicle, they didn’t do mines and when I went to go ask the service guy he gave an excuse telling me that the system didn’t saved the inspection but that it was done and it seem like my car was in good shape mean while I never received no documentation on the 27 point inspection
Chole and Adrian were great to deal with. Only issue in buying process was online price is not price out the door. Almost lost a sale over must purchase paint sealer and maintenance plan.
Went in for a scheduled oil change appointment with Jimmy Morejon. Battery was weak and wipers were not up to par so I replaced both. Always a pleasant experience.

Great experience while getting my car serviced. Im very pleased with the customer service I received from all the staff from the time of arrival to check out. I was also very pleased with my service advisor Zach, he is always very knowledgeable and caring when it comes to my service needs. Im pleased with all services provided by the service techs as well, I needed new brakes, rotors resurfaced, oil change, tire rotation and a engine filter, pricing was fair came in under my planned budget.

Purpose of visit - minor leak relating to the windshield fluid reservior. Isaac (Service Advisor) and Sherman (Service Tech) were GREAT. They BOTH explained the problem & what I should do to prevent any problems in the future. I know in the future I will schedule appts with Isaac and if possible will request Sherman to do the work. For some reason, I do feel confident in both of them & being honest with me. Both are good employees.
Issac is the MVP in the service department, this guy is thorough and he is will to do anything within his power to service your vehicle at your convenience. Team player, responsible and respectful. Seeing him is like visiting a loved family member! Pearson Nissan of Ocala is the place to be for anything you need, used and new car sales folks are great, cashier greets you with a smile, upper management makes an appearance from time to time and theres always coffee, snacks, sodas, and water on hand if you want to partake. I have been going there since 2014!!! No complaints

They are honest and caring people. The online agent Karla, was fabulous and honest. That was the whole reason I can into the dealership. Then the salesman Nate, was pleasant, upfront and understanding. I am extremely happy to have the Titan S 4 x 4 that I was looking for.

Stopped in to ask about a noise coming from my power drivers seat. It was diagnosed and repaired at no cost due to my warranty. Very happy with their service.
I needed a tire replaced and an oil change. They did a great job and gave me a great deal. I was out of there in less than an hour.
After waiting 8 hours, and being told the diagnostic was run, and no codes were found, I was told that the problem was most likely a fuel pump for my Murano. I picked up the car the next day and headed out of state. Later that day the same problem occurred, and I brought it to a Nissan Dealer in South Carolina. The dealer ran the diagnostics and found major problems with the CV transmission, and this time someone actually showed me the fault codes that were found. When I initially brought the car to Pearson, the young man who moved the car to the service area asked me what the problem was, and I described the issue. His comment was, sounds like the transmission. Maybe you should think about making him the mechanic.The other dealership couldnt understand why Pearson didnt find the fault codes; I dont believe you even ran the diagnostics but installed a fuel pump that I didnt need. And to top it off, there is a recall on the CVT. I will place a dispute on your charges and discuss with the East Coast Service Management for Nissan.

I had a dead battery on my Rogue 2018, I needed it fixed, so I took it to Pearson Nissan. The battery was covered under warranty. We have tinted windows, but we also have suction cup window screens on the front windows, I didnt notice until I had gotten home that the passenger window had been lowered and put back up with the suction cups left on the window, thankfully they didnt hurt the tint our the suction cup. I always remove the driver side screen to keep it from getting damaged. I had to get the suction cup out of theWindow channel. Please have your mechanics look to see if the windows have suction cups before they lower a customers windows!
I DID NOT have a great experience at Pearson Nissian, while the staff is nice, I believe that they are not totally ethical in their sales practices. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned car with low miles and had mechanical issues less than 16 hours after the purchase, (they did fix the issue). Then I notice an issue with the paint on the rear door panel. Their inspection checklist and the carfax showed no defects in the body or paint, but its something that they should have noticed doing their 360 view Inspection Check of the vehicle. All they offeed was a place for Me to pay to repair the problem. (So much for standing behind their Certified Promise)I will Never spend my money their again!!! If you must purchase a used vehicle from Pearson Nissan, I would recommend Triple checking everything! Do not Believe Their Certified Pre-owned Inspection!BUYER BEWARE!!!
I drove 2 hours to Ocala from jacksonville to purchase one of two F150’s this dealership had that i was interested in. The salesman Kade I spoke with several times in advance of making the trip failed to ever mention that both trucks had been smoked in and stank to high heaven. I would not recommend doing business here.

I recently had my car serviced here and they were great. They took care of my vehicle quickly and efficiently. Staff was great. I normally don’t like the service departments but my experience here was really good. Excited to have a new Nissan and thankful to know I can go to Pearson and be well taken care of!!
I was helped in a quick manner and everyone was nice, I particularly appreciated the shuttle service, but I was given some incorrect information by the person who was writing up the work order for my vehicle which I ended up confirming afterwards, which resulted in something not being fixed that needed to be fixed. Would be 5 stars if not for that. Employees should be well versed in their trade and should double check their information to be safe. Its just a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. My schedule doesnt allow multiple trips to have my car serviced. Great experience otherwise.

The hour drive was absolutely worth it! My husband and I purchased an awesome 2019 Ford Explorer limited. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle and Michael V, made the experience so easy for us. Two weeks before I came here, I bought a brand new Toyota(from a toyota dealership). I ended up hating and regreting it! I called them to see if they could save me. They did!!! Dina who answered the phone was so sweet! She directed me to,Thomas. He had patience, and understanding. He help me get into a brand new rouge, for not much more than I was already paying. I love the Rouge!! Drives and feels so much better! Especially with their 10 year power train warrenty. I named my Rouge Tahlia ❤❤❤☺☺☺
We have purchased Honda or Toyota over the last 10 years and decided to buy a Nissan Rogue. The car is great BUT there service department is horrible. It’s almost to the point of trading it in and buying a Toyota to make sure we get great service. The technicians never return your phone calls. If there was another Nissan dealership in the immediate area I would never take my car to this location.
This was my first experience at Pearson being that I moved from Naples and had bad experiences there this was such a relief. My advisor Isaac was great, very attentive and listens to my needs, he’s a great attribute to your company, bravo!!!

Normally when you go to buy a car it can take half a day the experience I had was extremely fast and explained in detailed I remember Hannah the bedazzled lady explained everything to me Im just extremely grateful and happy for the experience that I had and I hope to continue in the near future to have the same experience I had that day thank you once more.
This was a first time experience with this dealership. I made a appointment for 4/5/21 at 10am for a oil change and tire rotation for my 2020 Nissan. I met with Zachary McQuaig who offered me oil change/tire rotation for over $80.00. This blew my mind because it was to expensive. He never offered me a discount to keep me as a customer. I just moved into the area and have bought several Nissans when living in the Land O Lakes area for 20yrs. Looking forward to the manager of the service dept to get me as a customer for service work and keep me as a Nissan customer.
Excellent service. Honest communications. Reasonable price for the services rendered. Completed on time and sooner than promised. Comfortable environment while waiting. Didnt try to sell up. Felt that the service rep had me as a priority. Would highly recommend to others.
Was argued with till I agreed to change my tires that were two years old and still in good standing. And the tech scraped my rims that are black and I’ve sent the images of the damage to two managers and was told I would get a call back and have yet to hear of anything being resolved
