Our experience at the Sleep Number store here in ocala Florida was wonderful! Our Sleep Number specialist Michael was top notch! We were so happy with our experience that we came back the next day and bought 2 beds from him. Very informative and takes his time with you to understand your needs in a bed.

In the beginning five years ago we were and stress the word were very happy with our sleep number i8. Today not so happy with the bed and the customer service. Long story short we moved to a different state and as recommended to us to keep the warranty we hired from sleep number and paid for the taking down at the old home and putting up the bed at our new home. Since that time our backs have been horrible. We did everything sleep number said to do and adjusting the air etc. etc. we went back home to visit (original state) for a month and slept in different beds and realized our backs were not hurting. Upon arrival back home within three days our backs are killing us again. That led us to believe that it’s the bed and not the air adjustment. Something must’ve happened to the bed in the take down, rolling up, laying back out of the twin beds ( making a split king) That’s the only explanation that we have as everything was fine before sleep number took it down and put it back up. Now they want us to pay for a new foam topper & pay for the air mattress chamber part, and after spending over $7000 on that bed 5 years ago with a 25 yr. warranty and doing everything that they told us to do we feel that is just not standing by their product. We did not cause this and find it quite a coincidence that after ‘their’ take down and put up we are having lots of back pain. We are extremely unsatisfied with sleep number and getting shuffled around from person to person, waiting on line forever to talk to someone, explaining it over and over to deaf ears. Shelly let’s see what you can do about this. I’m reaching out. We’d like that good nights sleep again and wake up without pain.

Just okay, definitely dont sanitize between customers. Rooms to Go does a much better job of keeping you safe mattress shopping during Covid

Current owner of a nine year old sleep number mattress. Have been trying to keep up with the technology offered by the new sleep number 360 so decided to visit the Ocala store. Mark Siegel showed us all the new and improved mattress systems and we purchased a new i8. Cant wait for it to arrive. Highly recommended.

Mark the salesman was very patient and helpful with all my questions and allowing us to make a decision without pressure, that was very nice.

After much searching and comparing with other similar brands. My husband & I decided to purchase once going to the brick & mortar and seeing and testing out the beds they had on display. Yes they made sure to follow protocol due to covid. Mark who assisted us made us feel comfortable took the time to explain and answer our questions, never pushy or aggressive. We are waiting for our delivery and cant wait to have our new bed 😁 Thank you Mark!!

Best sales person I ever had. Spent a lot of time with us explaining everything about the bed.

Warranty issues....Bought a P5 adjustable bed...thousands of dollars warranty department takes 45-60min to talk to someone or it just tells you the lines are full and hangs up, one side of the bed deflates with in 1hour, they have replaced the pump 3 times and each time it did not get better, now Im being told because its been 90 days since replacing the pump ( that didnt fix it) its not under warranty. And Ill have to buy the 5th pump....ITS NOT THE PUMP the first 4 pumps did the same thing.... Im currently on hold AGAIN 45min so far and nothing.... and they are why didnt you call sooner? Because I work during the hours your open And when I get home the called are auto dropped saying call again later.... or you have to set a side a few hours every time you call them IF you get to talk to someone... WARRANTY ISSUES they do not stand behind these beds

My husband and I had a great experience. Kathy was very confident and well verse in the performance of the Sleep number. The store was terrible busy but she handled it like a pro and was able to give us just enough attention to get us to stay all the while helping others. She made us feel comfortable by being personable and making sure that we were able to get not only what we needed but what we wanted as well. Overall what a wonderful experience! we would definitely recommend, friends, family and anyone who is in the need for a well rested nights sleep.

Nice clean store that has everything including a sales person that knows everything about Sleep Number beds and did not try to sell us but told us what we needed to know we were actually in there about two and a half to three hours which is a long time but it took us that long to understand and look at everything there is to look at and everything that they offer and he was happy to explain it all in detail great salesperson in a great store would be happy to shop there again

We had the best experience while shopping for a Sleep Number bed. Nelson, our sleep counselor, was very knowledgeable and showed us everything with no pressure whatsoever. We really enjoyed our time in the store and bought an I8. We are looking forward to Thursday when it come to our home with their folks who will put it together and show us everything we need to know for a great nights sleep.

The overall experience at the Ocala Sleep Number store was outstanding from the moment we walked in the door. Highly recommend a visit to this store if you are in the market for a new bed.

Kathy our salesperson was great. The value for price we paid is extremely disappointing. Part of order was a headboard that came damaged. After weeks the replacement headboard was installed yesterday. The headboard is not centered. The manager of this store is not concerned about customer service.

Nelson is the guy to see! We were shopping for a good pillow and he spent a good amount of time with us trying to help us find the perfect match. If you have neck problems, this is the only place to spend your money. They truly give you a custom fit... and Nelson showed us a lot of other great products without any pressure to buy. He was very friendly and helpful!

My recent visit to the Ocala store resulted in my purchase of a new sleep number mattress. I was a previous owner and I knew the great quality and benefits of this product. I was very fortunate to be greeted by Kathy Knight.Kathy was very knowledgeable and was of great assistance in helping me to choose the correct bed for my particular needs. She has been very helpful after the purchase and Has always been able to answer any questions I have had. I highly recommend the Ocala store and Kathy Knight.

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted in a friendly way. Nelson Brown was very helpful in explaining the beds; he is very knowledgeable and made sure I was able to make an informed decision. I felt no pressure at all, unlike other stores I’ve been in and as I felt that I could trust him and by extension Sleep Number. We talked while I laid in one of the beds as he demonstrated its features and the comfort I experienced made the bed sell itself! I have constant lower back pain and for the first time in ages I was pain free.

Great people to get a new bed from as they do what is necessary to make sure you are happy. Kathy got my wife a throw because she was worried about lying on the bed with her dress. She was patient and understanding of my wifes need for the bed to be as close to 21inches because she is so short 47.5

My wife and I came into the store for our first visit. I think we had an idea of what to expect but were actually blown away by the service we recieved. We were met at the door and were treated like royalty from there on. The knowledge of our associate was outstanding. She was very thorough and made sure we understood every aspect of the functions of the bed .

Kathy was a real gem! We loved visiting with her and having her walk us through the bed and the options. We were just looking and she convinced us to purchase with her no pressure way of explaining the benefits that she has enjoyed with her bed!

2d one and we are happy to have another one . Wife had heart valve operation and needed the head and foot adjustments of the new bed . Ya are great . The Ocala bunch are the best !!!!!me and the mrs

Ive been looking at upgrading the bed but, each time I visit the price increases. Now the quote is over 5 thousand just for a c4 adjustable with the basics, a little bit too pricey in my opinion. What happened to the 50% off.............??????

First Class staff at this location. Nelson was the gentleman that educated me me on how the beds work, different options, configurations, and pricing. Never once, felt pressed to buy one. We went into the Ocala Sleep Number bed to ask some questions about the old sleep number bed that we have. She promptly gave us the customer service number so we could call and get the answers that we were looking for. In the meantime, I asked about the President Days sale that was going on. She answered all the questions that we had and was very knowledgeable about the bed and the company. Very pleasant young lady. WE went home and called the customer service department and got the answer that we were looking for. We decided to go a different route and went back to the store the next day and purchased the bed that we looked at the day before. The sales transaction went very smoothly and the arrangements for the delivery of the new bed was great. Very personable sales person. When we left the store we felt as though we had known her for a long time instead of just meeting the day before. Highly recommend this store.The sales clerk name is Rasika Marletto-Salva. Very sweet person and a greet asset to your company.

Rasika was amazing, she taught us so much about our numbers and each others personal comfort needs. Originally I gave this 5 stars, but when the credit card came in with my boyfriends first name and my last name I called to get help fixing it, and couldnt figure out how that happened as the application went in only under his name and got absolutely no help at all! Of course the ONLY way this could have happened is if the application to the bank was submitted that way. They didnt randomly just pick someone elses last name. So instead of persisting they had no clue, take a minute to help me to get it right! Instead I got the go ahead and just fax your ID, SS card, and credit card to this random fax number.... uhhhh NO!
