I recently needed a bed for a new home that I was purchasing out of state. I visited a furniture store to look originally and when I asked about getting one for next day delivery, I was told that no store could provide that service. Fortunately, Mattress Firm, which was just down the street from the Rooms store, met my challenge and delivered a great product as promised. Sal and Joy were wonderful to work with and I appreciate there willingness to find a product that was in stock for a quick delivery. The delivery service came today and were incredibly fast and professional. They arrives at the early end of the two hour delivery window and the dispatch system kept me up to date on when to expect them to arrive. Texted Mattress Firm and got a response in a few minutes. Mentioned what I needed, could afford and if the old mattress and box spring would be taken away. In just a short time a deal was worked out and my new mattress and box spring will be delivered on Tuesday. What I liked most was, that there was no trying to talk me into anything. I stated at the beginning what I needed, could afford and the very nice salesperson ( sorry did not get his name )worked out something that was good for me. I am happy with the sales procedure and hope I will be happy with the mattress as well.

Julio was very patient with us. We originally came in to replace a twin bed for my son. My husband and I needed to replace our older King for some time. We ended up with a king for us and an adjustable base and two higher end pillows. Our sales man was great as we changed our minds and asked a ton of questions. We purchased what we were told top of the line Tempur-pedic king size med soft. The salesman asked were we having any back or neck issues which we were and the reason for our shopping. He showed us the bed and explained the bed would be best for us to fix and or help our needs. Unfortunately, after spending close to $6,000 for a bed, we are still experiencing back and neck issues and this bed seems no difference from our old one we spent $800 on from Kanes. We cant return now because its been 3 months but we were told we would have to adjust to new bed before seeing or being able to tell a difference at all! We also got the adjustable base which vibrates etc, needless to say it started going in and out the second week but thank God we purchased the warranty protection for it but Im giving 2 star because the salesman was nice thats it. Very very very disappointed will never purchase like this again!! We work too hard to throw money away

I was dreading the bed shopping experience, but Joel was super helpful and made the whole process a breeze. He answered all of our questions about the beds without ever making us feel pressured to buy anything. Im SO glad we didnt blindly order online, because we almost ordered a bed that wasnt going to work for us. We went to try out a standard Purple, but ended up purchasing the Purple Hybrid, which suits us much better.
