My old mattress and pillows were not allowing me to sleep more than five hours a night. Good sleep is NOT under rated. Now getting that eight hours of restorative sleep and waking up ready to go and actually being pleasant instead of grumpy is making my days so much easier.

The online service is iffy... but the in store service at the SW College (beside First Watch) was definitely 5 stars with the folks who work there. They are determined and caring. To find a way to solve my crisis of getting a bed for my Mom. I appreciate them so very much! They redeemed the brand in less than an hour!

Very friendly sales personnel. I love the appearance of the store and how easy it is to look at each mattress. Sales personnel are very knowledgeable and very informative. I walked into this store very last second this morning expecting to leave with the same sleeping experience ive had my whole life but the staff here made the whole experience fluent and easy, feel as if they really helped me out on such short notice and the quality of the mattress i left with was higher than my expectations, honest review sounds choppy but reviews arent my thing

After shopping a few mattress stores, this place was better from the moment we entered the shop. Nick, the store associate, was so helpful but not pushy or overbearing. He made us feel so comfortable and listened to our needs. He then explained the color code .nice idea, for firmness and had us sample each one within our type. Here is something different from other stores, the fine print is to explain the consumers rights of purchase instead of a bunch of one sided legal writing. Great service at a caring store. Delivery and haul away was next day and on time . Coundnt have gone smoother.

Richard was great. He and his team member were able to locate my purchase from 9 years ago (which was purchased from a company they acquired). He was able to quickly tell me the newer equivalent to what we had and took very good care of us price/package wise. Ordered on Sunday afternoon and it arrive the very next day, Monday at 10am!

Return customer. I like that they value your loyalty and we got our bed super fast. It was exactly what we wanted. No pressure to buy up or down felt like we hit our price range and got what we wanted for our king bed.

This is not our first experience with Mattress Firm Ocala. They have always been great but this visit really surprised us. Not realizing they had price match guarantee, we stumbled into nirvana!
