When I require collision work I always go to Peters. Great people who do excellent work. Paul who runs the place is a great guy.

Its so hard to find a mechanic or car repair place that you can really trust. With so many ripoff artists in the news its been a pleasure working with Peters over the years. From fender benders to some really good smashes Ive always found them honest and straight forward. They do amazing work and have always been courteous. I cant say that I look forward to using them again, but if I need a body shop, these are the guys.

When I walked in the shop everyone was very nice to me and explained everything that was happening with my car. I had recently popped my tire on my way to my cousins house, so I was freaking out at the time. Peters did a great job with fixing my tire and getting my car back to me the next day. They are very dependable and honest, which is a hard thing to come by now-a-days. If I ever have any car problems when driving through NJ again, I know just where to stop.

All I can say is Paul took great care of me. My car is perfect now, 5 star service!!

After towing my car to Peters after a car wreck, I needed to store my car in their lot while trying to coordinate with a donation agency. After four days, I was initially charged $100 for the fee (I was expecting this as they clearly stated their storage charges)...However, I needed to add on an additional four days to schedule the charity to pick up the car. After the car was picked up, I was charged $475!!!To summarize this, I was initially charged $100 for the first four days ($25 / day) and then was charged $375 for the following four days ($93.75 / day!!!) two of which were weekend days where they werent even open... Beware of pricing here.

I wish I could tell the whole story, but expect to wait wait wait. The owner and his employees dont respect their customers. I was told blatant little white lies. I went there to pick up my car, and I saw it as I got there. While I was waiting for the guy to stop BSing on the phone to one of his buddies about another customer. Finally when he got off the phone he told me that it was at the car wash and there was a long line. Seriously??? Just tell me the truth and give me the option to wash my car because some people cant wait for your slow pokes to do their jobs. Also it took me 35 mins to pick up my car and that was mostly waiting. If anything it should have taken 3. Oh and another bad thing, when he was evaluating my car he ripped off my tail light w/o even asking me for permission. I should have taken that as my clue to get out of there.In my opinion stay away!The work is good...so far. Only reason I gave 2 stars
