My 2020 truck recently was hit while parked. we were referred to Bay bridge auto body by a friend. we went in and spoke to David who provided us with an estimate. He told us the step by step process and per what he was stating and how professional it seemed we decided to give them a chance. after over a week of repair we picked up the truck. for one, we didnt like how he left our truck on the inside. it was dirty with all the powder residue from sanding. they didnt take the time to even inspect or clean before giving the truck back to us. after we took it home and washed the truck, we found a lot of imperfections of where it was repaired. you can see the bondo circle where it wasnt blended properly, orange peel, etc. I called them back and they advised to bring it back. we took it back in for them to fix their mistake. they ended up having to repaint the entire door properly and blend. It looked a lot better than it did before, but then noticed there was a paint run from them not blending in an area. we took the truck because we were going on a trip and brought it back the following week. they buffed out the paint run but now we noticed small scratches from the machine they used. We decided to leave it how it is because this body shop just cant seem to get it together and fix something correctly. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I had an incident with my side door on my Dodge charger. Ray and his team are extremely professional and helpful. They kept me updated on the status during the repairs as well as worked directly with my insurance. Ultimately i would like end by saying I never want to see Ray again, BUT thats because that would mean something happened to my car and not because of the quality of service i received. But in anycase, highly recommend Bay Bridge Auto body and its team for any auto body needs. A++

Auto body repair shops do not make car keys. Nowadays replacement keys must be ordered from the dealer/manufacturer because they have a chip inside the plastic remote. The ignition simply wont engage otherwise.

Take my truck to repair after an accident they told me that in 2 weeks I would be ready and it took 4 lawsuitsWhen boy to pick it up it turns out that he lacks mud guards the carpets the 4 feet to tie the load back door did not close were left to paint it completely and only painted where the blows were claiming for what was needed and they told me that the boy who the disarmament was gone and they did not know where I left the feet that was why they took time to have it readythey charged me $ 7,000.00 that if they charged me in advanceI do not recommend the truthvery bad experience
