Brooks did a wonderful job on my car. And in addition, they secured a rental car for me when I was unable to do so. They also handled matters with the insurance company and kept me apprised of the progress every step of the way.They were thoroughly professional. I recommend them highly.

I brought my car over to Brooks after it was vandalized on the street. Brooks automotive, and particularly Frank, were extremely professional in all of my dealings with them. Brooks replaced my windshield with the special factory windshield that was unique to my car, fixed all of the dings and divots on the body, and repainted the entire car front to back. My car now looks spectacularly new and has a better quality paint job on it than when it rolled out of the Dodge factory. Their attention to detail and quality have left me completely dumbfounded. My car is my baby and Brooks took care of her like she was their own. While it took over a month to get my baby back, there is no rushing craftsmanship of this quality and caliber. If you want your special car to be worked on by true craftsmen and are willing to invest in the work, I cannot recommend any other shop above Brooks. Working with them has been a peach.

I have used Collision Repair by Brooks for many years. This time, it was to repair a front fender. The job was completed as promised. The paint is an exact match. Beautiful job.The office staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly.

This was totally VIP service. I truly appreciate the commitment to there service provided. My vehicle was vandalized and sustained severe damage to the interior/exterior. Rhett took great care of my vehicle. He called me every step of the way communicating the issues with the vehicle and how he and his team were diligently working to repair the car back into brand new shape. He was very professional informing of his plan (inspect the damages, vacuum all the glass, re inspect) order parts, and make sure to delicately paint the drivers door using a special painting technique. He even provided me with his expectations and goal for me being reunited with my vehicle. There service was excellent! My car was almost in brand new shape again. There was just once part we were waiting on to come in and Rhett and his staff went above & beyond setting me up to work out of there location while I waited for the part to be replaced when it came in. I felt totally safe social distancing. They even included me in their lunch. These guys are experts, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My car looks exactly how it looked when I drove it off the lot. This place is fantastic! Rhett was extremely communicative and offered wonderful service. He advocated for all OEM parts with the insurer. The quality of their work is top notch. A small squeak developed in the tailgate and I took the car in and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Highly recommended!
