I called another company first, and they were supposed to come by the next day to take a look and give me an estimate for a broken home window. They never showed up and never called to apologize or reschedule. I then called Glass Doctor. They answered and gave me an accurate estimate immediately. I booked the job for 4 days out. They showed on the day they said, and was even earlier than they estimated. They stayed in touch to confirm and to let me know when they would arrive. The installer was super friendly, did his work quickly and professionally. I believe it was Josh. I felt their pricing was reasonable as well. I would absolutely call them again and do highly recommend them.

Super ethical company! Rare kind of find unfortunately in South FL so very lucky and grateful I chose them. Suggest you do the same for a truly honest diagnosis of what your needs are and to perform the work, if needed.Been dealing with very a complex, persistent leak in my bedroom whenever it rains hard. Initially, sensed it was due to the window being the original and very old. But whenever it rains no signs of water, condensation etc...in/around the window or walls.A very seasoned, laser focused technician named Gary came by. No nonsense, very professional and fully engaged. Knew immediately where to look and thoroughly scoped everything out with precision. Was insistent nothing needed to be done (repairs, needing a new window etc..). Easily couldve fabricated everything but didnt.Thanks to his great work along w/ the Jennifer (in their office) entire team was very on point. They composed a clear, concise invoice/summary which I was able to present to the HOA to provide validity about the situation. Now the HOA is going to do what likely shouldve done weeks ago.

Called and person over the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone else I called tried to hurry me off the phone but they took the time to explain. Took my old glass piece in for them to match and the guy came and measured and asked what city I came from. I told him I wasnt close and he told me if I wanted to wait he would have it done in about an hour so I wouldnt have to drive all the way back. Price was more than reasonable. Will definitely be coming back and referring.

I called and requested info for a mirror project in my home. They called me back right away. They promised to send me a quote for my project in advance of the date they arranged with me to come measure. This quote was never received. On the date they were supposed to send someone, no one showed up. I called and they were apologetic but without explanation. We rescheduled. Again no show. Would never use this business. Not professional at all and a waste of my time.I just received your reply. This is absolutely untrue. No one called me. If this was the case when I emailed indicating I was very disappointed that you were a no show x 2, I would have received that information. I would be happy to forward you the email I wrote again. The fact that you can’t reply with the correct spelling of my name shows your lack of attention to detail.

Were very happy with the job done by The Glass Doctor at our home. I called them to replace the old sidelight windows at our front door. They gave us a multitude of designs to choose from and customized the frosted glass design of our glass. They were excellent every step of the way from scheduling, quoting, designing and executing the job. Excellent all around! Thank you Glass Doctor, were very happy!

Absolutely great company to work with. They provided n estimate over the phone and honored it. BEWARE of any ‘professional’ glass company that cannot give you an estimate. I almost fell victim to that and would have ended up paying twice as much. I recommend the Glass Doctor for fair treatment and a good price.

The broken window being replaced was trapezoid shape, 3/8 inch thick, medium bronze tinted, butted plate glass pane spanning 8 to 11 feet off the ground and over 4 feet wide. It involved putting up scaffolding, removing the glass pane with multiple crack lines, removing and then replacing an alarm detector attached to the glass and installing the new pane. Dave came on time, calling a half hour before they would be at our house. The job took two men three hours more than the time on the estimate, but they only asked to be paid for the time they had originally estimated. Inspection by us turned up no glass fragments inside or outside of the house. The window looks great.

Great response from everyone. We had an issue with the first glass ordered not matching in tint, but they remedied the problem as quickly as i could expect. Personally dealt with Christina, Elvia and Dan and they were all great to deal with. Highly recommend them and also commend them on their customer service.

Not only do I use this company as a Property Manager, I have referred numerous people who have all thanked me for the referral and mentioned how great the value and service were.

I would ask that when the date of service is delayed please contact the customer when known rather than waiting until the actual date of service. Had I not called one week prior I would not have known. They young lady shared that she would have called me on the date due. Another suggestion would be to call a customer back or have someone call a customer back when you say you are going to do so. I had to call myself on at least two occasions because of this. The installer was fantastic. Called me prior to arrival to let me know he was on the way. Installation was quick and clean and I am very happy with the replacement glass. I wish I had known about Glass Doctor a long time ago.

Service was quick and responsive. Truly was 24/7. Answered our call quickly . Our shattered window was replaced less than 3 later even though our call to Glass Doctor was made after 8!pm

Excellent clean facilities but not one employee that I saw was wearing a mask, including the two that helped me at the front desk.

Gary arrived within the time we anticipated and quickly assessed our situation. Within a few minutes he was removing the broken glass and replacing the odd shaped pane. He also was able to quickly replace our patio door track and rollers. The service was very reasonably priced and the one-stop responsive service was outstanding. I highly recommend Gary and Glass Doctor.

Called glass doctor in July 2019 to reseal a upstairs window that was leaking water into the house. Their tech came out and finished the job in about 20 minutes. Seemed ok for about 8 months, then again water was leaking into the house. Found out the tech just applied sealant over the old sealant around the window. Never actually removed any old sealant. The sealant the tech applied has basically dried up and water is again leaking through the old sealant. Was charged just under $200 for a band aid repair. Save your money and find a company who will actually fix your issue and not charge you for a shady repair.

They did a great job with repairing a large window that had many glass pannels in it that were cracked. They gave me great advice to help save money. They CREATE Pains....many pains.Ordered glass replacement for my front door. The installer didnt show up two days I stayed home, and then when he came he said they ordered the wrong glass. They he returned the next day in said it was the correct glass and sloppily installed it. I was told he was new. I asked for a refund, ask the owner to call me back, and no one has ever returned my calls. The glass was much darker than what I ordered and they refused to engage in a dialog to remedy my dissatisfaction. Seems like this is trypical as noted in other reviews.

March 19, 2020 I changed out my shower door to a glass wall. It was done by the Glass Doctor. Theres a small hairline fracture on the top left. I want to give this company a lot of credit. I called them this morning and this was their response No problem Larry we will send someone out Monday. It has a lifetime warranty no worries. They did a beautiful job! Stuff happens and they were great about saying they would take care of it!

Do not purchase from or use this business. I made a simple purchase of a table top glass from them and when I got home with the glass piece I was just simply cleaning the off the dust and prints and the glass shattered into a million pieces. I contacted the company to advise what happened and was told they would not replace this defective piece of glass because the warranty doesnt cover it.The owner was very rude and blamed me for the glass breaking. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Glass Doctor kept changing my times until they scheduled me for the next day. they only had one driver working to do installations and they do not calibrate the camera i would have to get that done some place else. The lady taking my appointment was clueless, she had to call me back three time confused about if she was talking to the correct person at my insurance . She even told me once that she was told i had to pay a $500 deductible. what a mess and very stressful.I ended up calling USA auto glass INC out of Hialeah about 60 min from my location. They arrived about 90 min after i got off the phone with them and they came strong two drivers and prepared to work . they were done in 45 min and a job well done.

Had an amazing experience with this company. Called all over town to find a glass place to replace a piece of tempered glass in a boat window. No one could do it. Finally called Glass Doctor and they were extremely helpful. I brought the frame to them and they measured and ordered a piece of tempered glass that worked perfectly. They even gave me new screws for the window frame. The cost was extremely reasonable and I received the new glass very quickly. Wonderful customer service. I called Safelite that morning and they didnt have any appointments until Wednesday. There was no way I could go 5 days with a smashed window! So I called Glass Doctor and spoke with the nicest woman (I wish I knew her name). She was professional, understanding of my situation and beyond helpful. Glass Doctor was able to repair my window within 12 hours of the incident -Friday afternoon. Cant say enough good things. Ordered a glass window replacement and floor to ceiling mirror - installed well and on time. Also ordered a large custom mirror with outlet cutouts, but the mirror was not made to the right size, so they replaced it without any issue whatsoever, and on time. Eddy was the installer and was great, Quiet, professional. The prices were more than reasonable. This was the most peculiar service call I’ve ever experienced. Randy, the technician, refused to get out of his service vehicle because it was raining and he would get wet. He said we had to reschedule. I was disappointed but asked him to please come inside the home and look at my window to guarantee that the glass could be replaced before I rescheduled. My concern all along was that we wouldn’t be able to replace the glass and that the window itself would need to be replaced. Randy, absolutely refused to get out of his truck because he would get wet! I still can’t believe this man said this to me. My brother went outside in the rain to talk to him in person at his truck. Randy gave him an attitude and my brother decided at that point he didn’t want this technician with a bad attitude in our father’s home, so we asked him to leave. I guess Randy was having a bad day or something because nothing happened other than it starting raining and he wouldn’t get wet!! So weird. The receptionist called later to ask why I cancelled the job and I had to call her back and tell her what really happened. She was very apologetic and said that they don’t reschedule appointments because of rain and that Randy should have waited at our home to complete the job until the rained stopped. I’m still disappointed. I drove 1.5 hours to my deceased father’s house that day to get this window fixed so we could put it on the market, just for Randy to refuse to get a few raindrops on his head. Sounds to me like he didn’t want to work that Saturday and was trying to rush through his jobs so he could go home.

I have to say I was impressed by this company. I broke a window panel at my house and within 24 hours they had a tech named Randy come out to replace it.
