Barbara thank you a thousand times!!! Did all she could to get my insurance verified to begin work on my car. I was in town for a family emergency and something or someone shattered my windshield and Barbara was supportive and concerned! I didn’t expect anything from Auto Glass Specialist but they delivered the unexpected. My windshield was Porsche certified and repaired beautifully.

Barbara and her team of technicians are second to none. She helped me with my windshield insurance claim explaining with clarity the process, and even setting up a teleconference with my insurer. Higly recommend.

I had broken windshield and called the Auto Glass Specialists for repair estimate. They scheduled me for installation the following day and sure enough they came in the afternoon. One installer came to the house and seemed to be rushing through the job and off course that never ends up well. As a result he damaged passenger side Garnish of my car which cost $475 to replace. Called the office and they promised they will order a replacement and have it fixed. That was a month ago and since then I called and texted so many times and Ive heard every excuse there is in the book of why they are late. Lately, they stopped taking my call or replying to my texts.Yes we all love to help small business owners but if this issue was to happen during the installation from the inexperienced Safelite technicians, they would have replaced the part instantly.It is your call on who you choose to fix your car but this is not the company I would recommend to a friend.

I called Auto Glass Specialists to try and get my broken passenger window fixed that day. They were super friendly over the phone and assured me they were giving me the best deal possible, I was happy with the price since it was over $100 less than Safelite would’ve charged me to replace it and they had same day appointments available. The overall experience was terrific! There was an issue with the glass they were putting into my car and had to get a new piece delivered at closing time, they stayed late and worked hard to get my window fixed as they promised. They were very friendly and professional the whole experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass repair.

I will only call Barbara and Randy at Auto Glass Specialists for any glass repair I need on all of my vehicles from now on! Their customer service and work is far superior than Safelite! The best company to deal with. They actually answer the phone and the attention by Barbara is professional and to the point. Geico referred me to Safelite, which is wrong first of all, because they dont give a chance to other good companies. I waited for Safelite for 2 days and they never showed up. AGS installed the glass in one hour the same day I called. Dont waste your time with Safelite

Having seen one bad review after another for windshield repair companies in the area I called the local Chrysler dealer collision center to see if they would replace the shattered rear window on my Chrysler Pacifica. Being they dont do glue in repairs they referred me to Auto Glass Specialists, said that that is who they use for all their work like that. And now having had AGS do the repair, I can see why. Diane, who took my call, could not have been more helpful. As it turns out, she had a used rear window for my vehicle, and if I was happy with it she could have it installed at a great savings to me. I went right over, saw it was in immaculate shape and approved the install. I just picked up my car, and the window looks just like new! Fast install, great price, super nice and helpful people who know their business. Unequivocally, the holy grail of window replacement companies. Highly, highly recommend!!

From Day 1, she was very responsive & before even seeing photos of the car for the 1st time, already had a vast knowledge of the extent of the repairs required; she became even more valuable when lending her experience in the actual claims process - a lifesaver actually! And because her reputation is so pristine, a great many of the luxury dealers recommend her as an approved glass repair/replacement contractor ... this is how we became lucky enough to find her ... and were SO glad we did because we wont be going elsewhere for our future needs!Because the vehicle has an onboard safety camera, the vehicle had to go to the dealership after windshield replacement for camera calibration; so Barb coordinated our entire visit to take place at the actual Audi dealership (vs. us having to figure out how to coordinate moving the car between her shop & the dealership to handle the repair & the camera afterward). Our installer, Danny Renier, personally met our vehicle at the Audi dealership - the replacement work he did was perfection & he is so experienced in his craft that he was able to complete the repair ahead of schedule - this allowed the camera to get repaired the same day (vs. the next day as wed been told by Audi) so, in the end, we didnt even wait one (1) full day to get the car back - Barb had the vehicle, all in, for only 7 hours and it was returned in better than new condition.Not an easy profession to be in ... especially not in these times ... so we thank you (both) and are looking forward to working with you again :)Karen

Very satisfying experience. The girls were so helpful and got me in and got me out anyone who has a mirror that ever fell off of your car please take it to these folks because they fix it with expertise and for very reasonable price. Dont try those glues in the stores because my mechanic says its a waste of time the mirrors always fall off

Had a rock hit my windshield on my car. Called Geico who at first had Safelite fix it. They didnt do a very good job. I then called the Mercedes dealer who recommended Auto Glass Specialists. They handled the entire claim and dealing with the insurance company. They ordered OEM glass and two days later, I brought my car In. Their service was outstanding. They arranged for a rental car and were easy to work with. The windshield was finished a few hours later and looks great. You would never know that the glass was replaced!!!!

Got my 2008 Civic SI windows tinted shortly after purchasing the car new. The people there are pleasant. My back window started bubbling about five years ago. Probably because my car sits alot. My work as a limo driver is nearby and I drive their cars for days on end. I went back to Auto Glass Specialist about two years ago to get it redone under lifetime warranty. Theyll do it. The problem is they make you wait months on end until they are ready. They called me about three months later when I was too busy to get there. Now I might just have to pay this Israeli guy at University and 44th Street to redo it. Would have been nice if AGS didnt give you the run-around. Im in the process of fixing up my cars blemishes. Has very low mileage.
