This place was so good to me!! I was still in shock about my accident so I wasn’t really on top of my car or where to get it fixed so I had come across this place based off the reviews and I couldn’t be any more pleased with the process. They update you on your car, when it will possibly be done if not earlier. The staff is friendly and has a good memory of your vehicle or name. Once I picked up my car it was in great condition and spotless!! You can see how much care and effort they put in your vehicle and i just want to thank them again for a great job. Definitely would recommend

I had an amazing experience today I wanted to share. I went into Caliber Collision on 501E. OAKLAND PARK BLVD to see if they could replace a rear view drivers side mirror. I was greeted by Shan. After explaining what brought me in. She knew to call her boss Marc. Shan said Marc was out but would be back in 1/2 hour. I left to run an errand and when I came back was greeted by Johnny, Tommy, and Marc. It was magical how easy it was to deal with Marc and how truly he cared. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for body work and repair. 6 STAR!!! I will be back 🙏🏻👍👍👍

I brought my car to caliber collision after being rear ended by another vehicle in a hit and run. I chose this body shop Because of all the great reviews I read online and because they we’re recommended by insurance company (State Farm.) They made my Honda Civic look completely brand new, and finished the job earlier than expected! Only had to drive a rental for 3 days. I highly recommend using this body shop. Super fast, super friendly, good service. If anything happens in the future, I will be bringing my car back to caliber collision.

Great experience with this shop from start to finish. Got me in quickly, got me out even quicker. My 20 Chevy Silverado looks just like new. Couldnt see any sign of a repair. Id definitely use them again.

I was rear-ended in July 2021 and my insurance company arranged for repair service at Caliber.Caliber kept my car a couple of extra days during repair whereas the insurance stopped paying for it. Caliber was supposed to cover the excess cost of the delay ( I knew nothing of this as it was all behind the scenes). I returned the rental car and paid the bill then called the insurance company to ask why I had a balance. They informed me that caliber was supposed to pay the bill because they kept my car past a deadline. I called caliber and the receptionist said a manager would call me back. He never called. I had to visit caliber for an unrelated issue because a check engine light came on and the manager came around the corner and said: Oh, youre here about the money... No, it was for the warning light but his comment let me know that he recalled the issue. The manager stated they had been busy and hed get back to me. Of course, he never called.I cannot recommend this place. Imagine if you take your car for repair and they dont finish on time and you get stuck with a large bill.

Came in today for a quote on fixing my back bumper. The team checked to see if they had the parts necessary to secure my bumper in stock, and they did! They had the part replaced and my bumper fixed in under 20 minutes and gave me a fantastic price on the part and the quick labor. Definitely beats trying to order the part and replace it myself. Highly recommend!

I must say I have been to a lot of auto automobile collision repair shops but caliber collision is in a class of its own. They are accurate and precise on their analysis and get the job done quickly and efficient. PS you won’t see any overspray on any of their paint jobs!

Shop took over 2 weeks to replace front bumper, they did not repair all items i had pointed out to them, they texted me half hour before closing on a friday to tell me car was ready. I cant get there in 20 min, so i had to pay for my rental car for 3 more days till they opened on Monday, car was returned dusty inside. They repainted my car hood but now my hood is not smooth like glass but feels like fine grain sand paper. How did this pass their final quality inspection?

When I was driving home Friday night I got stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire.. A man pulled up and offered to help. He introduced himself as Keith and he was wearing a Caliber Collision shirt. When I asked him what I could do to thank him for changing my tire. Keith simply said it was my pleasure. I told him I at least wanted to let someone at his company know what he did for me. Although I have never needed to use Caliber Collision I will recommend them for employing such a wonderful person. Poor body shop only got big name, I got my car way after the due and it still have obviously seen problems parts missing from my car and none knows what it is and where it is, and, stuffs stolen. The one star a gave this place is for the female at the front desk.

I took my vehicle there after being sideswiped. They took care of the insurance side of it so I didnt have to hound the company for approval and go back and forth. There were a couple of items that were not 100% before I picked up the car (I am very particular about certain things and the original repair was very good), but they kept the vehicle and made everything right. I commend them on being professional and doing what was necessary to provide me with the repair I insisted on. I would not hesitate to use them again as I had a good experience with them.

I just moved to South Florida and I did not know and shops but I made the right choice. Great job Caliber. My SUV looks fantastic

I have lived in Fort Lauderdale for over 30 years and this was the worst customer experience I have ever had in our city It is the first time I have been motivated to write a bad review in all my time in this city It was a thoroughly disappointing experience from beginning to end I tried to address my concerns in conversations with their management but unfortunately that just led to more frustrations by their handling of the situation I would not recommend this place of business for any of my fellow residents.

Maribel and team were very transparent on everything that was going on with the repairs and stuck to the timeframe they gave me.

They replaced a broken tail light quickly and expeditiously..

I had the best experience with this place. Everybody was extremely nice, very helpful, and even when my insurance stopped covering the rental car for two days when I didn’t have my car back from them yet, they told me that they would take care of the Fee for the rental car. Highly recommend !

They even did extra work for free. My driver door was fading due to poor previous repairs at another shop and they fixed and repainted at no cost. 2 years later, and my repairs look just as good as the day I got it back. This by far the best place in America for auto repair.its hard to believe how honest they are.my friend was down here on vacation and had an incident which his door was damaged and wouldnt shut.after a quote,that was hundreds lower than I thought it would be.they repaired the car in a day and slashed the quote price 70 additional percent.said it wasnt as bad as they thought it would be.its uplifting to witness a business practicing ethical policies and helping out everyday folk.many thanks
