These guys originally quoted me $800 for a bumper repair, then charged me $900 when I picked up the car. They held my car hostage with a personal check of mine until I actually came back for the car. The car is 2 years old and I paid $30,000 for it. The job was lousy. The bumper part on the side was not aligned and when I told Alvaro about it, he said I should leave the car for the afternoon and he would fix it. They put a screwdriver to it and scratched the plastic part too. To top it off, the SOBs emptied my completely full gas tank and totally denied it. The paint was sprayed so that the top of the bumper and the trunk dont have any space in between. That place is full of illegals that smirk when they look at you as if theyre proud that they just pulled one over you. I wanted to call the police, but my husband said to let it go because they might retaliate. Alvaro is a thief and a liar. Spare yourself the headaches and go elsewhere.
