My experience was not one of the great reviews that I have seen for Fort Lauderdale Collision.I had an accident a few months back and chose to go with Coral Springs Nissan for my repair. In turn, I was referred 1 building down where I was greeted by Donovan who represented Fort Lauderdale Collision. My vehicle (a 2010 Nissan Versa) was later left in his possession after insurance information and car keys were exchanged. Approximately a week a later I was called into pick up my vehicle that was ready for pickup. What I was greeted by was a vehicle that had been obviously neglected and still in need of repair (PLEASE reference the 3 images uploaded with BLACK lettering). After my SELF INSPECTION of the vehicle I let Donovan know that I would not be accepting the vehicle in the state of disrepair that it was in. Donovan apologized and took back possession of my vehicle for a second time. All the while, I was still in possession of my rental car through my insurance (Progressive Insurance). Progressive had not known what transpired with my vehicle still being in the possession of Fort Lauderdale Collision. So I, as the customer; had to middle man the whole deal so I was not charged directly for the extra days that the car rental vehicle remained in my possession. Even though I had not officially received my vehicle back yet, it was in Progressives database as fixed and ready for pickup.A couple days later I returned to Coral Springs Nissan to meet with Donovan. I then accepted my vehicle as repaired, returned my rental vehicle, and thought this whole ordeal was over. I was wrong..I am now writing this review present day - as my vehicle has now shown obvious signs of poor workmanship and overall negligence (PLEASE reference the 3 images uploaded with BLUE lettering) by Fort Lauderdale Collision.Upon returning to Coral Springs Nissan (3 days ago) and speaking with Donovan for the 3rd time. I let him know of the current state of my vehicle. He was again apologetic and referred me directly to Fort Lauderdale Collision (Oakland Park location) where he verbalized to me that all of my vehicles defects would be taken care of.Upon arrival at Fort Lauderdale Collision (Oakland Park location) I was greeted by Frances (a masculine type of lady that presented herself as more of a male - I am referring to her in this way because I do not 100% recall her name. I do not mean to convey any malice undertone). I was able to to give (Frances) an abbreviated version of recent damage sustained to my vehicle (without even having had a chance to mention my dealings with Donavan months prior) before I was led out to the parking area to show her (and a co-worker of hers an older gentleman) the damage sustained by pylons on I-95 marker dividing the new turnpike lane from Atlantic Ave to Sawgrass Expressway. Unfortunately for me, one of these pylons, due to my mudflap flailing in the wind (and being 6 inches wider than my passenger side mirror) hit a pylon. Before I could explain to Frances what took place originally; I was made out to be a LIAR and a THIEF LOOKING FOR A HANDOUT. I could not even form a whole sentence before I was interrupted by Frances and her male co-worker, time after time. All I received were snark remarks like we dont use drywall screws and you mean to tell me you drove your car with that mudflap flying in the wind like that?I was left speechless and could not take the blatant disrespect and lack of common courtesy: So I left, feeling lesser than a human being..Now here I am, writing this review in hopes that my voice will be heard. I never was treated as a man by Fort Lauderdale Collision, but more like a guy driving an old 2010 Nissan Versa. But you know what? Its MY 2010 Nissan Versa, that I own outright and would like for it to be repaired to Nissans certified standard.

I was side swiped in the parking lot and the perpetuator didnt leave their information. Ft. Lauderdale Collision worked directly with my insurance and not only exceeded my expectations but blew them out of the water!! You cant even tell that I had work done on my car. It looks better than when I first bought it. They went above and beyond to make me and my car feel extra special and loved with the little extras. Dont bother to take your car anywhere else you wont be as happy. They are perfectionists and fantastic people from Fran in the office to they guys in the back and the owners. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!

These guys are great and do a fantastic job. I was rear-ended hard enough to bend my frame rails. These guys fixed my Jeep Grand Cherokee to where you cant even tell it was wrecked. Its been a couple years now and it still drives as straight as it did when it was brand new. Ive had them do other work too, always quality work.

Being involved in an automobile accident is nerve-racking, stressful, and just a headache at times. The staff at Fort Lauderdale collision truly are amazing. My vehicle looks beautiful. Thank you everyone.

I highly recommend Fort Lauderdale Collision without hesitation! They have done perfect work on my car, fairly priced versus other shops in the area, they are friendly and they completed the job days ahead of the estimated time. They even took out a lot of scratches that were unrelated to an accident I was in and made my car look brand new. I have never had a collision repair done on-time, let alone done early. The appearance of the shop is professional as are the entire staff. They made me feel right at home from the very beginning and I feel fortunate to have found them. In addition, they coordinated to get me a rental car. I visited several other collision shops and they cannot compare in any way. Do not think twice about it, go see Alan at Fort Lauderdale Collision and have your car repaired, he and his staff will not let you down. Thank you for reading about my experience.Nick

Satisfied with repair. I just dont like that my car was held because they didnt receive check from the state, which is guaranteed for my auto collision.

I brought my car here to have collision body work and paint done. It was recommebded by a neighbor and I did my research and online comparative shopping before making up my mind.The company owner spent time explaining the work needed and options to me.The staff handled everything with the insurance and even offered to help with acquiring a rental. I was told when the vehicle would be ready and they were true to their word. I was kept updated about the progress of the work by staff with phone calls, I never felt the need to check up on them.The work done on the vehicle was PERFECT. I am so happy with the entire experience and results. 1st new car and 1st accident and it couldnt have been an easier process, which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Very reasonably priced and they took great care of my explorer. Also detailed it very nicely when it was finished.

Brought in my 2014 Audi A4 after someone backed into the front left fender and bumper leaving significant damage. Dropped it off on a Monday, and it was ready on Thursday. Looks absolutely beautiful. State Farm tried to supply them with a used fender, but Ft Lauderdale Collision got me a brand new one instead on their own volition. They even buffed out some scratches that werent related to the crash. Would absolutely recommend them! Great service and friendly people.
