Due to unclear directions on the T-Mobile website I enrolled in an international calls program with a not immediately recognizable cost of $3/minute (+ $1/minute addl. fees). When I got charged $320 for one phone call, Kevin and Bridget (twice) helped tirelessly to badger the very unwilling customer service supervisor (in India) to get me a refund and enrollment into a less expensive program. Kudos to Bridget and Kevin, no kudos to T-Mobile.

Friendly staff. Simply did a sim card swap and that process was smooth and easy. Hopefully this will help the overall service and connectivity.

Horrible, went in to get help and was given tmobile number on a sticky pad. That was the whole extent of help

I have had more issues than I can count with Sprint/T-Mobile but everyone at this store has helped me above and beyond what I could’ve asked for. Although I regret ever having service with the company, this store is 5 stars!
