I went in two different occasions to address issues with my phone caused by changing the SIM card from Sprint to T Mobile. Neither time was I given much help, and the second time I was told my phone might just be broken and they didn’t provide tech support. Pointing out the problems were caused instantly when I switched SIM cards did nothing. A phone call to T Mobile had a LOVELY customer rep in the Philippines fixing the severe problems quickly.However, I still rate three stars as I called the store to let them know and received the lovely Nicole on the phone. She said that more could have been done, the reps should have called tech support if they didn’t know how to help, and she’d be speaking with them all. When I told her what was done that actually fixed the phone, she said that was what they should have done there and that she realized I hadn’t been listened to. Good management, which I believe will address the issues I faced so future customers can avoid it. (Nicole, I will def tell them to call you, like you said, if needed and you’re not there. Thanks again!)
Bridget, Austin and Cody at the new T-Mobile store in Oak Ridge were so helpful and friendly! They were all very patient and kind. Bridget helped me find the perfect phone and it ended up being a less expensive one than the others. She didn’t try to coax me into buying an expensive phone that I didn’t need. She also helped me change my plan to a cheaper one. Cody was very patient and professional. He and Austin helped me find the perfect case and it wasn’t the most expensive! Austin was really helpful and nice. They all worked as a team to help me find what I needed and didn’t try and get me to spend more than I had to. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this store!
Went there bought a phone didnt work still doesnt correctly. The manager johny tried to charge me more money to replace, after it didnt work correctly on day one! Waste of 300, horrible customer service Ill be switching providers after this experience
Ive been a metro customer for some time now. They have cool phones and special deals that change often. Staff are usually always friendly and typically have a bit of music playing in the back ground. The store has a clean, open look so it never feels too dirty or crowded when youre in with a few other customers. There isnt a massive selection of phones, but they still have some good deals.
Went in to check pricing on adding a line. Xavier helped me out. Had about 4-5 other customers in store. Very professional and conducted himself very well! Very impressed! Worked very well by himself. Especially after fimding out he had only been working at the store for about a month! Great job Xavier!!!!
Bad company! They dont even have a working phone number! If you have a problem and need to talk to someone, nobody can be reached. Only rating higher so my comment will show. Have used them for awhile, but now I dont get service anywhere! One told me it was because they were replacing towers, now theyre telling me its my phone and I need to buy a new one! My work cant even contact me because my phone stopped working the day I went and paid my bill. Not worth it at all or the headache! Several people have had this problem and theyve had to buy new phones! I just bought a new phone and now theyre saying I need to buy another?! No thanks!

Been using my metro phone for about a month now and have amazing service, love my fast unlimited calls, text, and data . When i started service I felt as if the employees really wanted to help me, and find me the right service plan and phone! Would recommend Janae if you come in! 😁
Didnt have any of the phones we wanted in stock and long wait. Staff had no real idea of what they were doing. Recommend the one on Kingston Pike staff there was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Good value but trying to get your phone fixed when you pay monthly for insurance and the phone isnt even a year old... At the end of the day... Not too happy
Only been using as Mt cell phone carrier for a few months but so far very nice staff, quite helpful and good prices. The cell service hasnt failed me yet and certainly beats Sprint.
Bought a phone to upgrade to a better one. It broke 3 days later. They would not replace it, this place is a scam. I reported them to my credit card company, and reported to metro pcs, both are investigating.

Bought a phone and speaker was messed up and tried to return it within my 7 days. Was told to go to Lenoir city. Went there and was told it would be there the next day. So went back to store. The manager said nothing wrong with it. Well called the next day and she hung up on me cause she couldnt hear me. Well my husband called to see if the phones was in so I could exchange it and they told him yes they were. I get there and she tells me they werent there. So she lied to me. So I went ahead and bought another phone and she told me I could replace it within my 7 days. So I had it 2 days and called to replace and the manager and a worker( named started with a j) told me I couldnt. Exchange it. And I know I could cause I called customer service. So they are awful they will lie to you. Dont go there.. They dont know what they are doing.
They have great customer service but they sell phones that are refurbished and say they are brand new. Also even if you have insurance if your phone malfunctions they say thats a factory problem so insurance doesnt cover it. There service isnt that great either.
Really like pricing. And. Promptness to assure my service is always optimun.

Loved my interactions with the store manager she was extremely helpful and polite!! Even though it was closing time and the other employee immediately turned her back to me and walked to the back and got on her phone with a personal call. The store manager immediately gave me the impression thatbshe actually cared about helping me choice the right servixe/Phone combo that was right for me. She informed me very well an I felt like she didnt really focus on whether I was purchasing their service/phones or not! She was very patient and understanding. She even went as far as to give me examples of how she personally used her smart phone to keep track of her home life while she worked!!! I van honestly say she was a true professional. If I had $800.00 @ the time of entering that store that day, I would have purchased the S7 without question just so she could have gotten the credit for the sale!!!!

I just walked in there about a year ago or more just to kill some time. I didnt really need anything so I cant say for sure how helpful and courteous the staff are. Theres a liqour store next door if that helps. And used to be a window shop across the street. I think thats been closed for years tho.
Stricter credit requirements than Verizon. I was told my credit wouldnt allow me to open 2 lines there even if I bought phones outright. Went to Verizon, opened 2 lines and left with 2 note 8s for less than what I wouldve bought their two cheapest phones for.
If you live in Oliver springs do not get metro as no service is almost always on your phone
