Paid my phone bill good service nice folks

There is only one person working so the store is shut down during what is normal business hours for break. People wait outside for half an hour and say it was like this last time they were here...

My daughter was having problems with her phone. Young male clerk went over and above to assist her to, due to family emergency, get a replacement.Thank you young man!

Got a phone overnighted on dec 23rd after a week on the phone with boost mobil tech.we were told to go to boost store to be told they cant help us and we are out 125.00 dollars and still no phone

This staff is the best around. People in customer service should take note of how incredible this staff is. The ONLY reason I chose this particular store was how friendly and helpful these guys were.

I came into this store recently to switch my service from Metro. The store was quite busy but John helped everyone, myself included, in a timely and efficient manner. I had a few questions to ask about the service and promotions going on at the time and he was very knowledgeable about everything. I ended up going with the iPhone 6s. John set everything up for me, helped me create an Apple ID, and was even able to transfer stuff from my old phone to the new one. Great employee.

Love that this is a Christian company and they hire Christian people!

Finally getting around to writing this review, but went to the store a couple weeks ago and I believe the guy there was John, I may be wrong but he was really tall and had brown hair, if that helps any. Anyways he was very knowledgeable and super nice. He seemed a tad bit stressed cause he was really busy and no one was there to help him but even though he was stressed he was super nice and helped everyone in a timely manner. I went to get a screen protector for my phone and because he was busy I offered to put it on myself but he said he would do it! Great employee and clean store!

This place is terrible. Stopped here to pay a bill for a friend and I couldnt because the only service representative was busy flaming for a lack of better word for a good 30 minutes and I had an important meeting to attend. Im not pressed by the cellular reception either. I wouldnt recommend doing business here, maybe another location.

I received very courteous service, very knowledgeable answers to my questions. Justin was the representative that assisted me the day I went in. He was so very polite and very patient with me. Will be going back in the future!!

I have been with Boost for over 6 years and love the service and deals....No one can compete with the price and all they offer.The Oak Ridge, TN Boost Mobile store is great! Justin and his Brother havr always been super helpful .Bought a phone from Justin and added family plan .He is always very helpful and full of knowledge about the product .Hope Him and his Brother stay around for awhile! My phone finally went out this past week.. As soon as i walk into this store I have received a warm welcome by Justin.. This man has done everything he could to make me feel welcome.. They have got to be the most exceptional customer service I have ever recieved in my 15 years of owning a phone and having to deal with representatives.. Stephanie assisted me with a new phone decision and continued with my transaction. The training skills that were held during my purchase were remarkable and seemed to be a high priority for Justin. Horrible service from one or two employees with no upsales or sales guidance to their customers.... sorry to say I have changed my phone service to a different company. I hope management or owners of this location spend some time retraining or rehiring. Looking forward to stopping in to check on these young salesmen and women... work on it!!

I have been to multiple stores and multiple pro viders in the last year. Boost mobile is the best I have found but this store in particular was the best hands down. Store number 39274. We ever you are its worth the drive. Ms. Kenzie and Ms. Alexandria were the most helpful,kind, and knowledgeable people I have dealt with. I hope Boost realizes the assets they have in these ladies and use them to train the rest of their employees. Thank you ladies for making my first phone activation experience enjoyable. Its the first time I have left a phone store and not felt like I just got ripped off as if I was at used car lot. 5 stars all the way. I truly hope that this review is not only helpful to other customers but is seen by the manager here and the upper management at Boost.

A 5 year old could do better

Been with boost for years and this is first time I have got a discount on my bill and just when i needed the most a coulple of months ago. They gave me $25 toward my phone service. Thanks Boost! Doing things like this for long time customers will keep them loyal to your service. New customers are important to get but never forget your excisting customers as we are just as important. Thanks again for that $25!!! I appriciated it.!!💝

Alert! If you buy a phone from Oak Ridge Boost Mobile and it doesnt work, you only have 7 days to return it! If you wait past 7 days, you will learn (like I did) that you are stuck with a non-working phone!

The people there are VERY helpful but the cell phone service through Boost is not always reliable. I got a great deal on an I-phone!
