I have been getting my car fixed here for months and they are always extremely polite and extremely professional. They’re very honest in a world where it pays not to be. They had everything done the same day, and even went above and beyond to scan my engine code for free and offer me the best solutions. My husband surprised me with an amazing trip to Chicago but on the way back we started to experience car trouble. We called around to what seemed like a million auto repair shops but no one was able to get us in same day; we happened upon Global Auto Repair after deciding to just rent an suv and pull our car all the way back to KY, thank God for them, they not only agreed to fix our car same day but they got us in and out and gave us an extremely fair price while updating us every step of the way. As if that wasnt enough they called us the next day to make sure that we made it home safely. These guys were real deal heaven sent!

My air conditioner would not work on any of the lower dials and Just Tires recommended that I go to Global Auto. When I initially went there, they were closing and two of the workers were leaving the store but they spoke to me about my car even though they were off work. I brought my car back in the next day and they fixed it for me with no problem. They were professional and very nice. I am definitely going back there for any of my auto needs.

Their check was extremely detailed and their recommendations of what to fix made me more comfortable with what I was getting into. I had service done at a local car dealership, and they said I needed new brakes and rotors. I was unable to pay what the dealership was asking, so I priced out the difference with Global Auto, and was able to save a significant amount of money. I have been going to Global Auto Repair since they have been open and I have no complaints! This is my go to place whenever I need anything done. The guys that work here are very easy to talk to and tell you everything about your car that is wrong. Nothing more, nothing less. I have been to many mechanic shops where I have been told such false information regarding my car. Before going to Global Auto, I used to have numerous problems at mechanic shops. It was as if I went to get something fixed on my car, I magically had a new problem that never even existed. I always seen myself having even more issues because of false information that was relayed to me; however, since I have been going to Global Auto that has not been the case. Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable.The guys here are able to diagnose a car and actually get it fixed. I feel that every penny I pay is worth it! Global Auto is my go to shop for quick oil changes and unexpected auto repairs. I havent gone to any other shop since my brother introduced me to Global Auto a few years ago. I usually call a day ahead before bringing in my car and they always seem to take it in their shop right away. Many times they have brought me into the shop just to show me what exactly needed to be repaired on my car. When I take my car back I always feel like Im driving in a car thats been well taken care of by the mechanics. I have no complains about this shop as the owners are very helpful and professional. The shop is very clean the guys are awesome came in to get my air sensor fixed and they also told me about some work someone else did that could’ve cause my car to catch fire and fixed that as well. I am very grateful for these guys and definitely will be a returning customer!!!

They are the best mechanics to work with, they will tell you exactly what is wrong, how long it will take, estimate of cost and when you go back to pick your car up the estimate is almost exact unlike some of the places out here that like to estimate low and charge 10x the estimate.
