Your mask mandate and refusal of service is not in alignment with state and local laws. I do not have to disclose medical information to you and I am not required to wear a mask for these reasons. Your approach is rude and an ada violation. Your corporate office will be notified.

One of the employees were rude at me for returning an item due to Covid-19. Although she could of been nice about it

Ive worked in customer service for 15 years & if I had treated a customer the was I was treated 12/3/20 in early morning I would have been reamed out over it. The younger blonde guy that I normally see there is awesome, hell actually acknowledge & communicate with you like youre a person and not ignore you & walk to tend to the two dollar hotdogs after you had been patiently waiting for them to finish their previous task with out so much as a Ill be with you in a moment or even looking at you.

Ok for gas prices, but their hot food selections are less than from in the past.

I only go there for gas - the pumps have not accepted my debit card the last three times I have tried, even though it works fine everywhere else I use it. Telling the people inside that it doesnt work only results in rude answers and when I say the pumps have not worked for debit cards the last three times I have tried to fill up they dont even respond.

A consistently bad experience. Most employees are beyond rude and unhelpful. The only good customer service comes from Zonja and Corey, other than that you might as well talk to a brick wall. The customer shouldnt be made to feel like an inconvenience or spoken to condescendingly and thats just basic business practice and shouldnt have to be brought up in repeated reviews. Pathetic.

Great gas prices but thats all thats great . 4 of how ever many workers there are very rude and have attitudes towards costumers. Dont bother asking question or for change it will greatly upset the older later. If your looking for meth its a great place to ask the people who work there they will slip it under your money. If meth or questions are the only thing your looking for. You have another who loves to chit chat and hold you up from doing the things you need to get done. Id say if your just getting gas and can avoid talking to MOST of the people who work there . Its a great place for gas anything else take your busness else ware . 711 has great prices and on the same rd at ampm

They advertised 2 different ice, but the one I wanted was always out. Asked if they could check and they said No, we no longer do that, the machine is making it.
