1 star is being generous. Buying experience 3 years ago was pleasant. No issues there. Service department is horrible. Eric was about as useless as eating spaghetti with a spoon. No communication from him at all. Picked my car up today after dropping it off 6 months ago. It was diagnosed incorrectly after it was there 3 weeks. Eric never called me, I had to call everytime to get an update. Once diagnosed correctly I had to wait for parts on back order. The General Manager Jeff wasnt much better than Eric. He turned me over to Chrysler Care after a couple conversations and it seemed I was forgotten about. Finally after getting the part in stock, another 3 weeks were needed cuz apparently there were cars at there shop that were there before mine. Dealing with Steve was a bit better but too little too late. Needless to say, my advice, have you car serviced some place else.

Had to break down and buy a car during the middle of the inventory shortage. I have never purchased a new vehicle, but used cars are so expensive now it just makes more sense right now to buy new. We searched for a long time and came finally went in to OHmotors just to see what they could do. This is an excellent business. They weren’t pushy at all. Provided us with top notch service and were able to spend a lot of time going over the purchase agreement. We drove an hour to get there and a few days after coming back home we realized a part was missing on the interior. After texting them, they overnighted the part. We were very pleased with the entire car buying experience at OHMotors and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
I brought my Jeep in because it was consuming oil. I am ASE certified but my Cherokee is under warranty, so I took it in. I was told that I was driving too aggressively. This is a nine-speed automatic that wants to shift way before 3,000 RPMs. It consumed 2-3 quarts of oil in between every oil change and that is not acceptable for a 2019 vehicle. I was hoping this dealership could at least understand this. Instead, they told me that it is normal. I cant in good faith support this dealership.

My Sales Rep was Kevin, and I am very happy doing business with this dealer! I drove my car 700 miles to trade in, and they provided excellent service. I confirmed the deal with their truck and my car, sight unseen. Kevin contacted me every step of the way, listed issues that the picture may have not captured, test drive impression, enlarged photos, and was very honest to work with.Once I got to the dealer I inspected everything top to bottom and asked them to top off my coolant and power steering fluid. The attention to detail by the service team led to them tracking down the correct fluids to top off with, not just whatever they had on hand. They sent their tech to Napa to pick up the proper fluids immediately.Great experience!
Great experience. Wasn’t pushy, no hassles, and I trust I was getting a good car that was sold at a fair market price. I’ve bought 3 cars in a year for myself and family and this was the easiest experiences I’ve had getting what I wanted. I had to literally argue with other dealers about fees and prices. Not here.
The Best Ram Dealer I could have hoped for. My New truck stopped working while on Vacation and Eric and Ryan were eager to help. They kept truck, did a few things, told us the code problem but did not have the part. They knew we were leaving soon and gave us the names of dealers who on our trip home had the part in case it started acting up again so we could stop and get repaired. We drove all day with no problems. The next morning, it didnt start. We towed back to dealer. We were offered a loaner @ no charge which was amazing so we could still enjoy what was left of our vacation. They over knighted the part we needed and had fixed by Friday morning. They were courteous, understanding, attentive, everything we did not expect to get outside of a Porsche dealer. If their was a choice of 6 stars I would give it.
My husband came in to have a recall done and was very happy with the tech that did the recall. He said the guy was super fast, keep everything clean done and did a wonderful job. I think his name was Mac or max, anyway if or when we come back we’re definitely asking for that tech again.
My 5 stars goes to the service department. The guys are always attentive, courteous and they always make time for you even if you just pop in with a question or hey could you take a quick look.
My experience at Oak Harbor Motors inc. was a very good. Bought a 2012 Nissan Juke, and am very happy with my purchase. The salesmen Robert was a fun, and personable, guy. He made the experience of buying the car very simple and comfortable. Never once did I feel he was trying to rush me into buying something; he answered all my questions and helped me find a car that suited me.When I had an issue with the car this week, nothing of their doing, I went in and they instantly helped me get all the relevant information I needed to get my issue resolved. A very professional staff.
I shopped all over the country for a great deal on my Challenger Hellcat and settled on Oak Harbor Motors. I worked mostly with Rob Srdar over email and he was able to give me the best deal in the entire country. I contacted over 50 dealerships and spent over 2 months searching before working with Rob. I couldnt be happier with the honest and transparency he showed and would definitely come back to purchase a future vehicle. Highly recommend!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This was the most unprofessional, uneducated Dodge dealership Ive ever been to. I brought my 2016 van in for what I thought was fuel problems. They had it for two full days and said they couldnt find anything wrong and they test drove my vehicle, ran diagnostics, etc...They didnt drive my vehicle to notice the problem. I have trackers on my van and it showed that it never left the lot. Based out of Spokane, I drove to Oak Harbor, towed my van back home to my local Lithia Dodge of Spokane and they had it diagnosed, fixed and ready within 2 hours of having it. Dodge of Oak harbor cost me nearly $1,000 in time and labor. Not to mention my van was out for nearly two weeks. Which could have added up to thousands of dollars lost. I have letters written to the BBB, Dodge, and the Chamber of Commerce of Oak Harbor ready to send out if Im not contacted by day end tomorrow. What a terrible representation of a highly recommended dealership. Go figure theres a pile of 1 star reviews.

Oak Harbor Motors helped me get into a new, safe vehicle. They were professional and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. After one day of having the truck the transmission started acting up, called Kevin and he said to have it towed to dealership and they will take care of it. Well they went above and beyond and got the issue taken care. Highly recommend them!
Purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel from them. I Had done all of my research ahead of time, knew what I wanted. The staff at Oak Harbor motors were very helpful. Most of the paperwork had been done over the phone of over the internet. So, when we got there we signed papers and left with a new truck! Great buying experience!
Brought my Jeep in for a problem with the Bluetooth suddenly not recognizing my phone as a media device. I was told that all the software was current and I need a new radio. Of course that costs $500. I was also told that I was lucky because most cost $1200.I took the Jeep home and googled my problem. Turns out my software was not current. I updated it myself with a USB drive and now everything is fine.These are trained service professionals?
Walked in and couldnt find anyone. Walked around and found a guy by the window at his desk playing on phone. I said hi, he looked at me and went back to being on his phone. I walked around some more to find another person and no one. Terrible customer service. Went to Bellingham instead where customer services exist.

I took my Dodge Ram (diesel) here a couple months ago when it the engine began intermittently cutting out. I was told they couldnt reproduce the issue or find anything wrong. Now here I am on a 500 mile trip, and the truck finally broke down and had to be towed. 3 days later and $$$$ for repairs . Turns out that the fuel filter was clogged and caused the lift pump to fail. Probably could have been prevented if the fuel filter had of been changed and the fuel system wasnt struggling. I dont think Ill be coming here again, nor recommending this shop. Their lack of basic knowledge really hurt us down the road.

Look if you want to go here then go here, but let me tell you a little story before you make this decision:My husbands car needs a part (they tell us that the part is gonna take a couple months to get here) nope....IT TOOK 8 MONTHS.About a week ago, they fix his car, but oops they didntPrior to my husband finding out that his car had NOT been fixed, they charge him and tell us that theyre goanna call our insurance company to see if they will cover the part, the insurance company says they wont which sucks but that isnt the dealerships fault.HOWEVER what is their fault is that when my husband and myself asked for a refund, they said they WILL NOT provide us with one because they technically did their job and did what they said they were gonna do, this is a lie they charged us for nothing and did nothing to fix the problem, and are not refunding us a simple 90 dollars when the actual part is gonna cost us about $400.00.I dont recommend this place, especially if your car is broken or needs a simple part, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache of having to deal with these greedy people.

After doing a lot of vehicleresearch I chose to buy a new 2013 Durango a year and a half ago. Then I researched dealer reviews and all of the local dealers to me had bad ratings, so I went up to my old residency town of Oak Harbor and bought from them. I can only say i have been thoroughly satisfied both with my buying experience, and subsequent service. I would love to say my vehicle has been trouble free as well, but this is not so, none the less the service has been polite, excellent and never any hassles over coverage at all, all has been under warranty so far. I have had it in for two recalls, (neither which impacted me directly except for my vehicle being on the list), a leaking sunroof, and an engine malfunction light indicating the oil pressure sensor. The latter repair will be done later today as they had to order the part, but I suspect based on my past experiences that it will go as well. I do love my vehicle in spite of these things and would still choose it again, but it is kind of depressing that my Korean made Hyundai of 10 years and 100000 miles never had anything break on it at all. Thats what I get for buying American made I guess, but none the less I am most pleased with the dealership.
Worst costumer service ever. I took my car in for service and days went by and no one took their time to call me and update me about my car. I decided to call them and this Ray guy told me that the manger Erick will call me with more info. Well, no one ever did. I finally decided to show up and all I heard was excuses and never apologized of their lack of professionalism. I still havent gotten my car and it would take another 4days.
I bought my New Jeep JK Wrangler here and they wont even match mopar online price. I guess I will be going to Karmart next time I buy a new one.
