Had parts i needed and counter people very knowledgeable. Much better than competitors. Prices are a bit more but worth it to get right part first time and getting the knowledge of someone that actually knows cars.

Great selection and super mega helpful staff. I have had to go in there on a few occasions for hydraulic hose fittings for my excavator. They have bent over backwards to help me find what I need. They did not always have exactly what I needed, but it was not their fault. They spent a long time helping me and were fantastic.

These dudes are always on top of it, know their stuff, and always have a smile.

At a fair price. They also made suggestions to us on how to spend our extra 6hrs in Oak Harbour with some free suggestions. Lovely service! Saved us missing out on 2 days of our limited time in the states! :)

I have never been disappointed with the service I have received at any NAPA Auto Parts store however during my recent visit to Oak Harbor. Erik at the Oak Harbor store went out of his way to help me out. delivered me some batteries to the marina on a day that delivery is not normally done. They really went the extra mile for me thanks guys
