Every time I go inside the employees are just standing around talking. I do not get acknowledged. I cannot get assistance without having to seek out someone after I’ve already tried getting the item myself. The curbside service is a joke. We placed an order for curbside, ended up having to go inside, and did not get our complete order. We tried calling several times and no one answers the phone.

I had a very easy and pleasant experience with the self-serve printer today. Sometimes Im technologically challenged if the process is more than just click and print. I had to print a 27 page black and white document from my email, hidden inside 5 other responding emails (cheap, too- just $3.24). The OfficeMax employee easily and quickly walked me through the steps and explaind how to do the print job. I walked out very satisfied and relxed.

Great customer service! Had issues at another store and some conflicting information and it was taken care of promptly and with total understanding of my situation. Thanks guys!

Friendly Fun and Happy staff every time I visit I am greeted by at least one employee that asks if I need any help which I usually dont but at least they pay attention to their customers.

This OfficeMax is nicely arranged and stocked. Its team treats customers well and works to find products that fit our needs. They also efficiently process ink and toner cartridge recycling drop-offs. After a month, they process our orders when we use the recycling credit. Its a worthwhile program.

I submitted an online order for a program to be made and the date was past the date that I needed them. They were for a funeral and they were time sensitive. I called the store and spoke to staff in copy and print dept, the person I spoke to couldn’t make the changes but she told we when to call back the next day and who to speak to. I called back the next day and spoke to Morgan. He tried to reroute the order and that didn’t work. He tried to walk me through reordering online and that didn’t work. He then sent me an email confirming my order requirements. I sent him the original document. He replied with an example of the program and suggested I resize the original because it had white space on the top and bottoms of the program, didn’t look good. He told me what size to make so I did. I resent him the document, he said it fit perfect and then within an hour he had the order complete. I was blown away with his customer service and how he went above and beyond to get my order perfect!

Terrible experience with the printing team. Lauren was rude and managers just stood around watching it happen. Store seemed properly stocked but for an expensive print job I certainly want treated correctly!

Manager very rude. Refuse to return stuff that they offer 2 year warranty and pushed my shopping 🛒 to the door.

Clean and organized. Staff are usually always around - asking if you need help finding anything. Great for some inexpensive office supply finds - especially around back to school time.

Managers customer service stinks. All I did was ask if they had any visa gift cards larger than $50. You would think I would asked to share his lunch. 🤷🏻‍♂️. Anyways my business is in West allis and they are great at that location. I live in oak creek.

Good place. Walked in and was asked right away if I needed help. Need ink for the printer and the associate walked us right to the area then assisted in finding the correct one. At checkout, they honored a competitor online coupon. Was in and out in literally 5 mins.

I went there looking for a decorative pen. They only have the standard pen you see everywhere or a $50 pen made by Cross in about 3 different colors, black, silver or gold. Youd think theyd have something more stylish than the standard ball point pen & a $50 pen that is just thicker than the others.

I come here for things like receipt books, notebooks, and their printing services. They seem to be well staffed although I it took me 10 minutes of walking around before an employee finally asked me if I needed help finding something. I walked past multiple employees more than once and I was quite obviously looking for something but it took a manager to actually stop help me. But by all in all I am satisfied with this location and the printing services they offer. Prices are decent, not cheap but not overly expensive either. The store is set back quite a bit from Howell Avenue so it can be difficult to spot from the road but there is an OfficeMax sign out on Howell road to alert you of its presence. Its almost never really crowded which makes for a pleasant shopping experience and I have never had to wait more than a minute to check out. Products are well stocked and the store is very clean.

Ben, at your Oak Creek, WI store, was so helpful and knowledgeable with most recent computer purchase. Highly recommend the store and Bens expertise! Going back tomorrow for a printer purchase, I sure hope Ben will be there to help us again.

Copy and Print staff had great customer service. The store even has a self service section for your paperwork needs!

I spent 35 minutes waiting for the brown haired thick girl to print 2 B/W copies from the computer.......she gave me them for free (OMG I SAVED 30 CENTS!!!! LOL!) but still, she should NOT work there if she cannot do her job! I was beyond pissed!

Attempted to use the printing service to get a high quality print. Even though I created the image in Photoshop, the worker refused to print them, because they looked like they are copyrighted. Refused to print them unless I bring in an access code.
